Whether you are doing an online, phone or a walk-in order this has been my go to place every time. I had a rather unpleasant experience with another edible arrangement store that is rather close to this one. So after leaving there just blown away by the rudeness of the worker I googled the Eureka road store and I reluctantly, but determined and committed headed over there. The minute I walked in and started talking to the gentleman that was working I already knew I would never go to another store . He was amazing, not only did he accommodate my poor and late timing he didnt make me feel bad about it. He was just friendly, courteous, attentive, and for a lack of better words just amazing. I have frequented this location numerous times every month and I have still yet to be disappointed . Every one I have spoke to and dealt with were no less this wonderful. I personally will never go to another store . Thank you so much to everyone that works there, keep up the great work .

Ordered a bouquet for my girlfriend at 9am and cause on the web site it states it may take 5-8 hours to make and deliver. I called and asked for an ETA and they told me the driver was at another stop and it would be about 45 minutes I waited 45 minutes and called back and then they stated the driver would be their in 10 minutes 30 minutes went by I called back and canceled my order. It was supposed to be a surprise and that was completely screwed of having any chance of still surprising my girlfriend with it. Cause it should not take that long to make and deliver a boquet. I will never order from this place again. They should state on their web site to order days ahead of time to actually Receive it on time.

Very happy with this location. Although I did not see (or taste) the arrangement, I was blown away with how quickly they were able to make my request and deliver it last minute for me... Within a few hours. It meant so much to me and the people that it was being delivered too. Thank you!

Ive used Edible Arrangements dozens of times over the years with business clients, friends, family, team members and even my romantic partners.The fruit arrangements and dipped strawberries both make a real hit ALWAYS!The options to add a balloon, card, additional fruit items make it easy to tailor the gift to ANY occasion.Ive always been able to get last minute delivery same day so its a great spontaneous gift!BEST IN CLASS BUSINESS!!!

Turned away because it was Valentines Day weekend and what was available was marked up chocolatecoveredstrawberries. It does not make sense from a business model in that I would have paid a premium for chocolate covered banana slices.

Cassidy for the 🎉Win! This is not the first time I’ve been disappointed with the Rocklin location. The last two times I turned to the Roseville location and I was read it over the phone with a smile and I guess mentality.Today at 3:00 PM on a Friday I was hoping to get a last minute gift for a friend. I was planning on driving over but not only was Cassidy super friendly, positive, and professional she was willing to describe the options that they had and deliver same day with that late of a request.I am not going to lie ... within 30 minutes the recipient of my gift had texted me a picture and was so surprised and happy with her gift. I will not go to another location again for local gifts. These people have proven time and time again that they look out for their customers and they offer great service.Great job, Cassidy!!!

Horribly over priced chocolate covered strawberries mediocre at best . The manager one of the most condercending women it has been my misfortune to meet . Sherris berries it is not.

Blown away by its level of service. There are a lot businesses that can deliver a flower arrangement, but they go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied? Edible Arrangements went to another store to get something specific for me to send to a dear friend. I thought my friend was at one hospital, but instead was moved to another hospital They didnt mind. They just figured out how to make it work and still delivered the arrangement that day. That was amazing. The delivery man even sent me a picture of the arrangement to make sure I liked it. The next time Im going to send an arrangement in the Sacramento Area, Ill use Edible Arrangements without a doubt!

Delivery was fast and on time. Boxes and fruits were fresh and the recipients loved them! Will definitely order again!

Chocolate dipped fruit is good. Sometimes slightly less that ripe or too firm. Be careful of what you order, arrangements have lots of melon as fillers. Expensive, but good service.

My best friend was having a bad day, so I decided to send her something special to cheer her up. I ordered a box of a dozen chocolate covered strawberries online. Theyre a bit pricey, but what are you going to do when you want to cheer up a friend 1,700 miles away?The box of 12 HUGE chocolate covered strawberries arrived within the hour. Their poor driver had to contend with a somewhat cranky momma whose house has been Grand Central Station all day, but it sounds like he was extremely professional. The strawberries did the trick! Very impressed with Edible Arrangements!
