The service was amazing! I was overwhelmed trying to decide on what wig would fit me best. But the lady helping me new exactly what would look good and listened to what I needed. She was very knowledgeable and compassionate. I brought another friend to the store for that exact reason. And she also did an amazing job finding the perfect wig for my friend.

The staff here has always been very helpful in assisting to my needs, so much so that I brought my daughter in for her very first experience in learning to wear makeup years ago. There was a staff member young enough for her to relate to, and guide her...she’s since bloomed in her make-up artistry big time, but still adds Merle Norman products to her repertoire! I have been shopping at this location since I have been sixteen years old (34 years) and have always received exceptional customer service. Kathleen is the owner and she always knows the best colors for me and doesnt recommend any products unless you truly need them. I also love the free mini facials.

I brought my aunt in this afternoon to look at wigs. I could go on and on about the selection, and mention all the things she purchased. But what’s most important is the way you both made her feel. Your patience, kindness and understanding of her situation meant the world. She left wearing her new wig, a little apprehensive perhaps, but nevertheless a bit more confident even though the hair loss due to chemo has been rapid. Thank you for giving her the attention she needed and assisting with finding something that helped her to feel, at least for a little while, that everything will be all right.

I love this store, I remember the owner sending me makeup to my dorm in 1999! Although they might not have up to date technology they are personable and worth visiting! I also love the free gift samples that was available with purchase 💋

I was very impressed with this shop and especially the owner. I tried four other shops and couldnt find a wig i liked. The first wig she tried on me was great. The color and cut were flattering and Ive had many complements. Im going to go back for my second wig.

Im a disabled ederly woman and have been purchasing Merle Norman products for 40 years. Ive seen many owners come and ago, stores close and new locations open. I have always had good experiences with most of the retail agents. Kathleen is a very personable owner. She works with her customers well and is very knowledgeable about all products. Recently I tried calling 3x and got hung up on. Thought I had a wrong number. Finally someone answered and I asked what the hell is wrong with your phones? And why must I be screened by a recording and then get hung up on? The RUDE customer service woman replied Our owner placed a block on our business phone because too many telemarketers and solicitors continually call. If you (me as a customer) have a blocked line we wont answer the phone. WOW! How rediculous! You are a customer based business. So what if you get telemarketers and solicitors calling!!!! Putting a block on a business line and refuse to pick up for customers who have a blocked line you will lose a lot of business! I have never known a retail company that refuses to answer block calls and places a block on their retail business line because its too inconvenient to answer their phone IN CASE telemarketers and solicitors call. This needs to be changed! Many many businesses receive telemarketers and solicitors calls all the time but they dont put a block on their phone making it impossible for customers to get through or refuse to answer your call if you (yourself) have a blocked personal line!!! TAKE THE SCREENING BLOCK OFF YOUR BUSINESS PHONE SO YOUR CUSTOMERS CAN CALL AND PLACE ORDERS!

I will never shop there again. I like the products - have used them for years but I appreciate and need help in what colors and such would be good for me, not long explanations on what colors the employee likes on herself...Im not her. I can grab my sister for opinions and go to Walgreens, spend a lot less AND not have to waste time listening to impertinent stuff that wastes my time OR buy the wrong products and be sorry later. Its too expensive for that!

I must have tried on 50 wigs. Each one pretty as the last. It took a lot of patience. On their part!!

Love the products but hate that I cant order them on line from this location. Also hate the fact that there is no way to email them. They take phone calls only. They are very behind in their way of business! Makes it extremely difficult for mobility impaired people to order from them.

I went to this store with my daughter, who has cancer, in order to try on wigs before she lost her hair from treatments. Having cancer as a teenager is very traumatic and this was a way for my daughter to get a handle on what was to come. There were no other customers in the store and the person who waited on us refused to let us look at wigs unless we bought one that day. I left the store with my daughter and husband and returned by myself to tell her why we had been looking at wigs and how inappropriately she had acted towards us. She refused to acknowledge that she had understood what I had said and when I asked for her managers name insisted that she was the manager. If you wish to deal with human beings, do not go to this store. Its all about the money, doing as little as possible to help people, and being cruel to those who ask for help.
