Stopped in to grab a studio fix compact, after waiting 5 mins a lady came up to the register and tried to sneak away before I called out to her and asked if she worked there. She said yes and that she was going on break but if I knew what I wanted she could get it and have someone else ring it up. I told her it was studio fix NW?? but couldnt remember the number she scrunched her face and shrugged her shoulders. I asked when shed be off break, she said an hour - I said never mind. I dont beg people to spend my money. I understand she was ready for break but it would have taken all of 1-2 minutes to help me figure out the color. Terrible customer service...I wont be back to this location

Today I walked in to Mac rosedale they made me stand there for 45 minutes no one helped me even thou I asked for help. Finally jessi came to “help me” but walked away when I asked her to help me find the right foundation. She handed me sponges and told me to find it myself. It was a frustrating process. I got ignored and overlooked. I will never return to MAC rosedale 😡😡😡!!

They were very organized while we rushed to get the last of the Selena collection!
