Payed the extra $50 for rush diagnostics, instead of being free, but having to wait, because of other computers All problems were solved. No signs within last day of previous problems. Customer service was very polite understanding outgoing helpful and seemed highly qualified computer technicians.

As usual Chad did a great job. However one of the other employees switched my Dell power supply with a fake Dell power supply. I doubt it will work 2 months from now. Very disappointed that this occurred as I have been a loyal customer for several years.

I had a problem with windows popping up while I was starting the computer. Tech 2U fixed the issue, so not as many pop-ups appear. Tech 2U offered great service offering a conventient time to drop off and pick up my compter once it was serviced..

Called to have them diagnose an older laptop, we tried to do it remotely but could not sync so I brought it to the Roseville location. Technician and I discussed options to repair and both agreed that the cost to repair would not be worth it. I appreciated the honesty in not trying to sell me something that I would ultimately be disappointed in. If I have issues in the future with my new laptop I will most certainly use their service.

Chad replaced hard drive on our iMac with solid state drive. This job is not simple and requires both skill and experience. He did a great job and was professional, courteous and on time. Would certainly take other products to Tech 2U when necessary.

Everyone at Tech 2 u was very nice and fixed what was wrong with my computers and did it in a timely manor.

My kitten knocked my husbands laptop off the table it was on. Laptop was fine, but the power cord was sheared off and the bit was left inside. We took it in fully prepared to leave it and having to pay through the nose for repairs. Chad at Tech2U looked at the laptop, got the broken bit out, checked and made sure it still charged, handed us back the laptop and said we were good. I handed him my card and he said there wasnt any charge. Thank you so very much Chad!!

I went into this store because my computer was having issues with the power cord. I was sitting too far away from the power outlet, and the power chord was getting messed up. The man behind the counter sold me a longer cord with a piece that was a little loose, so it doesnt put pressure on the part of the computer that it plugs into. The computer has had no issues since, and Im having no issues working where I want to work. Perfect fix!

In todays world it seems we have gotten to be a Throw away society. If it breaks, throw it in the garbage and buy a new one. My PC crashed the other day, so I started looking at a new one to buy. Then I remembered I had seen a small truck parked on Douglas Blvd with the name Tech 2U on the side. A computer repairs service. I took my computer to them and talked to an extremely knowledgeable representative, named Steven. After a very enlightening conversation, he took my broken computer into his shop to see what was wrong. No charge for evaluation.The next day I got a call and he explained the exact problem with my computer. A crashed hard drive. The old mechanical ones. Yes, my computer was 8 years old. He explained he would be able to retrieve my picture files and document files. That was critical to me. The repair charge was so reasonable, I decided to fix the computer and not buy a new one.The repaired computer is now up and running, I have all my old files, pictures, documents, etc. And it is faster than when it was new. And I saved a lot of money.Steven and Tech 2U is my go to place for any computer problems in the future. Try them first before you decided to junk the broken computer and buy a very $$$$$ new one.

Power cord was damaged and brought it in thinking it was going to be more than the laptop was worth but these guys fixed my laptop at a fair price!

I took my computer in for repairs. It was constantly crashing while gaming and trying to record music. I was told it was a hardware problem, then they said it was my operating system that was corrupt and needed to be upgraded. I paid $460 for windows 10 and my computer still crashes and has other new issues now. Find somewhere more trustworthy and knowledgeable.

Installed an SSD drive installed and Windows 10 upgrade, including importing data. They had it done in a day. Fair price. Definitely would go back.

I had a 2007 iMac 24 which I was going to junk because the hard drive went out. They replaced it with a SSD drive and now it works great and way faster! It cost me about $400. Highly recommend them!

Were amazingly helpful. Had my problem sorted in 2 days, where everyone else held it for over a week and couldnt figure it out. Real friendly and Ill be going to them again for my future problems.

Absolutely garbage, came in with my computer having problems. they ran a few tests on hardware. left paying 45$ for just a SCAN no recommendations and having the same problem I came in with. waisted 45$, Gas money, and waisted my time. Im still having these problems and the only support and help I got was install graphics card drivers and reinstall windows which Ive donever both and didnt do anything. Would not recommend this to anyone.

Laptop came back with dings and scratches, another time they managed to break the USB connection to the motherboard on my laptop. Only way to fix that is to to replace the motherboard which is hard to find for my laptop. Additionally, the serial number of my laptop could not be transfered, because they dont have the hardware/software to do so. Doing a replacement with them would invalidate my OEM OS and other software that came with the laptop, including the factory restore discs. Also, once the they forgot to put in the screws that secured the DVD drive in the laptop frame. I went to pick up laptop, and drive fell out. And finally, they have broken several screw holes that are used to hold the whole thing together. They did not take responsibility for the damages when I went to pick up my laptop each time I used their service. But other than this, the staff was polite, respectful, and seemed knowledgeable. They were able to replace the keyboard several times with an exact match (this also stopped working 2x after getting my unit serviced by them). They were also able to do an OEM replacement of my laptops battery which had died

Tech 2U is a life saver! I took my computer in with a virus on it that had locked up my entire computer and was bribing me for money to release my data. Tech 2U was able to get the virus off of my computer and get all of my data unlocked. I highly recommend this place if you need true professionals.

I was helped quickly and professionally. I went in with internet connection issues and they diagnosed the problem right at the counter and found out the the internet would not except any drivers. So they solved my problem with an internet adaptor and only charged me for the adaptor. The gentleman was polite and help with out issue. I will be going back to them if anything else arises.
