I needed a real PC and a dual monitor setup at my home to give myself the best chance to succeed through a rigorous 1-year program through the state which included a 4 hour timed exam at the end. I needed the system to be flawless and it was. I never had to contact Mark once throughout the program and the system he built for me was very affordable and the performance is excellent. Not one glitch. I passed the program and cant thank Mark enough for meeting and exceeding all of my expectations. Highly recommended!

My computer I use for online lasses broke so I dropped it off late January and it still hasn’t been fixed. Every time I call or go in store he has an excuse. Hopefully I can pick It up tomorrow Friday 2/26. Ridiculous.

After being told from another company that I should not spend money to repair an 8 year old computer, I called Mike and asked for his opinion. He told me to bring my computer in and he would take a look and give me an estimate for repairs.. I was delighted to find out after 2 days that the repair cost was much less than I expected. I had the work done and very happy with the results. My computer now runs much better. Part of his service was to install an anti virus for a low price and an updated version of Microsoft Office.

After trying to fix my laptop my self for over 2 hours and still nothing was working, I decided I was going to have to take it in somewhere. Did a quick google search, found CNC Systems was .5 miles from my house, and they had pretty good reviews so that’s where I took it. I talked to the owner Mark, he said he would figure it out and give me a call. Less than 24 hours later he called and said that I missed a few updates and they got out of sync, which was causing my laptop to not boot up. This is a brand new laptop not even 40 days old, I had no idea that I didn’t allow it to update or that this could even happen. Mark called me back an hour later letting me know my laptop was all done. He set it up so it will automatically update and never have this problem again. Mark was very friendly and helpful with educating me on my laptop. I would definitely recommend going to CNC Systems if you have any computer issues. He’s been in business over 25 years, I’m all about helping my local small businesses.

I have taken my own PCs to Mark and his team for a few years now, and theyve always provided stellar work. Ive recommended CNC Systems to friends and family members as well and CNC has never once made me regret it. They even have a satisfied, return customer in my mother, and thats no easy task!

I think that the price was too high for what was needed to repair my laptop. All my laptop needed was a new hard drive. I dont see how that costs 300$ which is what I was quoted. The hard drive costs 40$ depending on the size, and it would take probably 1-2 hrs to install the software. I think a quote around 150 wouldve been more suitable but even then. I guess they just prey on people that dont know any better.

My video editing computer took a dump on me recently and I thought I had lost everything. CNC was able to recover all of my data (that I foolishly didnt back up). The box itself was a lost cause but Mark built me an even better and EXTREMELY affordable computer in its stead and I couldnt happier! If I have a problem with my computers, I bring it in and they evaluate it at no cost, this allows me the opportunity to make an informed decision. Some times If I had issues, I called first, explained the situation and many times been given steps to take to fix the problem on my own and that also was free. Been going here for many yrs. I use to try to fix it myself. But they know their stuff. They have always fixed my problems and managed to save all my data. They do great work.

Brought my pc in for repair and Im told he doesnt know when and if he can fix it. But since I was a returning customer, I gave Mark a shot. Days later with no word of update from him (If he called people with updates, he wouldnt get work done, he says), I decided to let another shop try. I go to pick it up and its in pieces. Even though hes not working on it, and he still has no timeframe for me. He says its a common problem, but had no fix. What? He wanted me leave to wait while he put it together, wasting more of my time. Basically, if he doesnt give you any kind of straight answer, I would take your business elsewhere.

I like to build and fix my own systems, I’d consider myself to be pretty technology savvy. I’ll admit, I like to scavenge those computer shops that clearance their merchandise when they go out of business, but it continues to amaze me that CNC Systems is always carrying exactly what I’m looking for and is far cheaper than those “ blowout clearance sales” and even Microcenter.

Bought an $11 aftermarket laptop charger for $33 plus tax, NEVER mentioned on the phone that is wasnt OEM. Could have bought an OEM charger right up the road for $40 plus tax. I am out of a job at the moment and even mentioned that to the owner as I was purchasing this ridiculously over priced after market Chinese fire starter.. I need this computer to send resumes and check my e-mail since I have sent out resumes on line . Had it for less than an hour when I realized my OEM charger was working fine, it was my power strip that shut off. I called immediately to return and was told ALL SALES ARE FINAL...BAD business, I will NEVER patronize that establishment again.

I have taken two computers to mark now. The first was a refurb laptop that died. He figured out what was wrong and was very honest in telling me why it was originally refurbed and he could fix it but it absolutely was not worth doing. I trust his opinion and honesty and it brought me back when my main studio computer crashed. He gave me a reasonable price on the repairs (new motherboard) and had the computer back to me very quickly. When I got home the pc wouldnt boot up (due to something Im pretty sure I caused) and he took the computer back, fixed the issue, saved my hard drive and had it back to me the next day for no charge. This is my go to guy for pc issues and Ill also be going to him for my next studio build and my moms next computer which she is desperately in need of. Super friendly and professional. Ill take his expertise and this personal experience over the corporate geek squad or micro center experience everytime! I was up and running for just a little more than what micro center was going to charge me to diagnose.

Mark and Micheal are outstanding in costumer service. In addition to taking care of the problem, they spend time educating to avoid future issues. Before, I left my computer, they checked out the coputer status and showed that Microsoft Office Tech 25 was not with Microsoft. Yes, my identity is compromised. Mark has helped me through this process. Thanks to CnC staff, I have been able to file and start an investigation and educate others.

A couple of years ago I purchased a new Lenovo laptop to do my photo editing and blogging on. When Windows 10 came out my wife upgraded my laptop from the 8 that came with it to the new system.Shortly after it was installed every so often it began acting crazy, blinking on and off in a continues loop. As time went on it would do this more and more often. Karen uninstalled 10 and then reinstalled it to no avail.I took a video of it going through its blinking loop and went to a couple of computer repair shops, including Micro Center. None of them could tell me what was wrong, or how to fix it.I was at the point of throwing the piece of junk out when I remembered Mark Clem. I knew Mark from the Chamber of Commerce but it hadnt dawned on me that Mark owned CNC Systems, a computer sales and service in Roseville. I also remembered Mark saying that he is a dealer for Lenovo. So I sent him the video.Mark quickly came back with a try this. I did, still no luck. Then he messaged back with instruction to take the battery out. Once out of the computer let it sit for 60 seconds then put it back in. Bingo, it cured the issue, and it only took about ten minutes at home.Thanks Mark, should have thought of you sooner. You’re at the top of the list now!

It took over 2 weeks to get my laptop back, which only the screen and the keyboard needed to be replaced, now my casing which holds the screen it broken and the keyboard is not installed properly, the whole let board moves. I was told 3 to 4 business days for the parts to come in, finally over 2 weeks later I get my computer back broken, that was not the way I gave it to them, going back and making them replace what they damaged. Not a happy camper.

I had been looking for a place to fix my broken IPad screen that was absolutely shattered thanks to a very healthy drop and bounce. My neighbor actually referred me to CNC Systems in Roseville. Im not sure why Google doesnt display CNC Systems in the results for IPad repair?? Instead, Google sent me to a few places that DID NOT fix IPads even though Google said they did. I thought Google knew all?? Regardless, CNC Systems fixed the screen quick and affordable and it looks and works like brand new! Thanks so much!
