Great experience here. I had an issue with my PC that I couldnt fix myself and after geek squad and tech 2u couldnt fix it, I was just going to give up and buy an entirely new PC. I decided to give it one last try and took it to patriot computer solutions and they finally found out the issue. They were friendly, super responsive (it was fixed in 24 hours), and reasonably priced. The quality of their work was great too. You should skip the trouble of lugging your PC around to geek squad and tech 2u, just come here and theyll fix your problem right away.

I wont leave names, but I couldnt ask for anything more. Straight forward, helpful, friendly and was able to recommend a course of action to resolve my cracked laptop that he wasnt able to supply. Once I recvd the new screen he was able to accommodate me and fix it quick with a fair price!

I stopped in at Patriot Computer Solutions after leaving the tech repair place up the street. Jason was very helpful and diagnosed my samsung chromebook in 5 minutes for free. The solution ended up being a simple fix, unlike the $199 the other guys tried to charge me, without any guarantee it would solve the problem. I wont take my tech issues anywhere else! Also his beard game is on point!

We had a great experience with Patriot. Jason took my sons dismantled gaming computer that was failing to power up from my 12 years olds rebuild. It was a rats nest of wires and a box of misc components, bolts and wires. He returned it to us in about 24 hours, fully restored and beautifully organized inside, viewable from the clear glass panels w RGB. The computer is running great and the stress at home from gamer vs parent is gone. The cost I believe was reasonable and the turn around time stellar! We expected to be out of commission for a week or more so getting it back in a days time was awesome. What brought us to Patriot was their long established presence in Roseville (10yrs+ in their current location), professional and secure appearance of their shop and plenty of good online reviews, which were confirmed by our own experience with Patriot. If you are wondering where might be a good place to go for issues with your PC or just a little help to get it up and running, go here. Dont bother with chain store geek squad or tech2u that just put you weeks out and hoping they dont run up the bill, just come here. Clear, straight forward and honest, why would you want to spend your money elsewhere? I had problems with my new build and had been driving by and just stopped in and Jason got everything up and running and even did some extra work on my pc that saved me a few hours. Cant argue with service like that.

If you need computer repair Patriot Computer is the place to go!!! Pricing is very reasonable and fair. Customers service is over the top. Turn around time for replacement part was quicker than expected. While waiting to pick up computer Jason was helping another customer, and I was so impressed when that customer was let know that his iPad was still under warranty, and to take it to Apple for replacement. Jason is the man if you need device repair!

I use to shop Frys, Best Buy, and other big box computer stores. However, I discovered Jason at Patriot Computer Solutions. He is awesome. His service is wonderful, and he stands behind the computers he sells or repairs he makes If you have a need to make your older computer last, and even get quicker talk to Jason. Over the ten years I have used Patriot I have been pleased with his solutions, his repairs and the computer I bought from him that was a refurbished HP that has now lasted me for years. If you need a computer guy or computer repair/improvement dont hesitate to stop in and talk with Jason.

As a teacher during COVID, I need my computer working well and don’t have much down time to leave it at the shop. Jason was responsive and very personable, he was able work with me with my timing issues by being super flexible with his own time. I highly recommend them!

The owner Jason is very knowledgeable, as is he dad who I call Pops They are both very good people. Don’t waste your time with this business, they use the used car methodon pricing service.I called to get a price on a computer build, and they would not quote a price for a simple build. They told me there are too many variables. Really?Maybe you guys should call any other computer repair place in Sacramento Like Tech 2U, they seem not to have a problem in quoting a price.

WOW, these people are GREAT. I had a catastrophic Hard Drive failure and both Phillip and Jason were excellent. They worked quickly and kept me informed the entire time!! What I thought was disastrous, they were able to fix. I was concerned Id be overcharged, they were reasonable. The first person who looked at my computer said this was above his pay grade but the guys at Professional Computer Services kept reassuring me they could help. I hope I never need them again but if I do, I will only go back to them!!

Dropped my laptop off with Jason cause of a severed fan wire.He assured me hed repair it for me and a few hours later he had my laptop back to 100%; additionally he told me he pulled a huge clump of cat/dust ball out of my fans. Super embarrassed because I thought I was on top of it, but now the fans are super silent and my laptop runs super cool now.Lifesaver! Jason at Professional Computer Services is quite simply the best there is. We first met Jason years ago when the computers at my husband’s business came down with an “unfixable” virus; Jason did what no one else could and had them up and running the same day. In the years that have gone by since then he has helped us with any number of software and hardware issues; he is exceptionally knowledgeable and his work is incredibly priced.Jason has installed two routers at our house and, when it came time to replace our home desktop, he built us a lightning fast computer at a fraction of the cost at big box stores. Helpful if your laptop or desktop computer is experiencing trouble. I can operate a computer, not the inside works. Have refurbished computers if yours is not able to be resuscitated.

I had a broken key on my MacBook Pro. I ordered a replacement key and tried to install it myself with zero success. I first took it to the Tech4U guys down the street and the technician there told me that the replacement key I had was broken and that I would need to order a new one. He quoted me $50 for when I got the replacement key to come back in and have them install it. I decided to get a second opinion and soooo glad that I did. Jason had the key back on my key board in under 2 minutes and was generous enough to not even charge me! Make this place your go to for any computer issues...I will definitely be using them again when I need to!

2 days ago Iam not a pc person, took old & new tower to have info & pictures transferred, 95 mb & 14 files were transferred cost $90, couldnt find pics, called they took control of my pc and said its done, still no pics. Finally 2 weeks later my friend a pc prof took alook at everything, he put both pcs on desk, put thumbdrive in old pc downloaded in 10 mins, put thumbdrive in new tower uploaded in 3 mins, 4 GB, 306 folders .wala,. Granted they down loaded some stuff, but I paid to transfer everything, last time I talked to them they wanted me to bring the towers back, do u know how long it took me to hook up everything,i didnt have a 13 yr old in the house, so I just said why bother with them.

Dont count on this business to answer any phone calls. I was sent directly to an answering machine during regular business hours—tried calling twice.
