I scheduled and confirmed a 50K service via text. When I arrived at the dealership, they had no record of my appointment. I live an hour away, so this was frustrating. Im happy to say that Nelson at Lexus of Roseville was quite gracious and got my car in for the service even though they were short handed both technicians and service writers. Overall, despite the appointment mix up, they made it right and Im pleased.

I traded in my silverado for a $35k tacoma they had on the lot on September 13th. The truck was advertised as having certain features like remote start, and the salesman explained how I can set-up apple car play through the entune sound system.The truck began having problems with alignment within 2 weeks, and the service department put it on the alignment machine 2x, both times with the alignment being off. During the time my truck was in service, they would not offer a loaner because the car was not a lexus, even though I had bought it from them just 2 weeks prior.They also informed me that the VIN does not have remote start associated with it, not does entune sound system support apple car play.We reached out to their sales team in attempt to resolve, wether it be returning the truck or simply swapping out for another truck on their lot - as this truck was misrepresented as to what features it has.I have heard no resolution from management and had to talk to an attorney who advised me that this is simple fraud by the misrepresentation of what features this truck does, or does not have.This is all before I have even made my 1st payment.Hoping that this review will not only escalate my issue, but let others know how poor my experience has been post purchase.Make it right!

Heard a strange noise in engine area, and was concerned as we had a remote area trip planned in a couple of days. Called Service and Ryan, the shop foreman said come in asap and Ill listen. Drove in and Ryan came right out, had one listen and said its your water pump. They took it in immediately, gave me a loaner and had it ready by that same afternoon. Ashley, my service advisor, was awesome, getting all the documents set up for everything I needed, and calling me as soon as my car was ready. All of my experiences at Lexus of Roseville have been extra special in all areas.
My car had to be towed into Lexus because the battery died, AAA showed the alternator was questionable, so they couldnt replace the battery. Claire, my service rep, explained they would be running a full diagnostic check, which could take a couple of hours, and get back to me. The service staff texted me the outcome, including the diagnostic results. Battery and struts needed replacing. That took an extra day because they had to order some of the parts. In the meantime I got to drive around a loaner 2021 ES 350. Sweet! Claire kept me up to date and called when the car was ready. Because of the water shortage, I knew the car wouldnt be washed, but just detailed. The reason for just giving 4 stars is because the inside detailing wasnt up to the usual Lexus standards. Claire offered to have them redo it, but I needed to go to the car wash anyway, and they took care of it at the car wash. Have loved Lexus cars and the Roseville dealership for 15 years.

I visited Lexus of Roseville without an appointment when the check engine light came on while I was on the freeway. The wait for a service Rep was minimal. I was given a loaner car while the technician gave my RX350 a complete checkup. The service was professional, friendly and there was a promotion on service that I was able to utilize. Overall a very good experience.

I bought my 3rd car from them. Sang and his manage Chris did a great job providing best customer service. I like that the cars they sell are inspected and serviced to the highest levels. Even though they seemed to have premium pricing sometimes, you can buy with confidence that the car will serve you well and you wont have brake down all the time.
Lexus may good cars but worst service. They don’t respect there customers. I went here twice both times someone was standing on front door, like he doesn’t want you to enter the showroom. Worst feeling ever. Showroom has different prices printed on cars than what shown online. One time it felt like the guys talking to us doesn’t want to sell the car to us.
Kevin got me a good trade in, I traded my GTI for an IS. Super happy with the trade in offer and price of my IS. It was a painless and quick process. All of their cars are super clean and the staff are super professional and not pushy.

Friday September 3rd we became part of the Lexus family. Joe Nazer went above and beyond to find us a great deal on a brand new 2021 Lexus GX 460. They recommend a service interval that supposed to kill your vehicle (engine oil 10k miles).I have 2013 Lexus GS350 and it always been 5-6k miles for engine oil.It is still the same oil and it is still the same car whats changed in 2021 that now oil should last twice longer? Nothing...I assume they just want to make me buy a new car twice sooner.Also, they are no longer give you a loaner car if you do just an oil change, just so you know.
The warranty replacement went very smooth and I am very happy with the service.
Ive been patient long enough. Ive left 3 voicemails and gotten 1 response. I bought a used Lexus on 2/14. Sales went great. But now having issues with registration and still getting DMV notices for my car that I traded in. They told me it takes 3-4 months. This is now month 6... see if this review will speed up the process.
Really disappointed and management is weak . I scheduled my appointment for 7:30 am . I had to wait 25 mins before they call me, and then they tell me we don’t offer shuttle. Then why would u have it on ur website before scheduling appointment? Ruined my morning and had to take my car back because I start work at 8 and late for work . Hopefully management work on their website and update 🙁🙁🙁

I called Roseville of Lexus to ask about updating my 2017 Rx 350. They keep transferring me to 5 different people. It sounds like everyone there hate their jobs..lol Finally, they transferred to someone voice mails. Wow!! May be I should say I am looking to buy 5 new lexus SUV. I am sure I will get lots of helps like in a second. Poor services.
Overall, Lexus of Roseville service department was good. I was able to make an appointment quickly and they returned my vehicle washed and wiped down inside. I didn’t give them 5 stars because I felt that I had to call about my vehicle before the service advisor reached out to me.All in all, we would go back.

This is the second and last chance I gave to Lexus of Roseville. Not too sure if, I was judged by my comfortable gym attire, or it was due to my ethnicity. I brought my newly purchased 2018 Lexus ES350 with 7k miles on it for a maintenance light reset along with my USB-A ports not working. Nick, the service advisor helped me. When I explained my problem about the USB ports not functioning, he was quick to tell me that there is a $190 charge to check. I explained to him that I had bought the car with extended warranty and that there shouldnt be any charge to check that. Even though, the car should still have factory warranty as its less than 4yrs old and less than 40k miles. I told him that Id bought extended warranty for the car, he did not see that in his system, as I was explained by him later that sometimes newly purchased vehicle extended warranties do not show for a bit. He said that hed call to check for the extended warranty. After checking, come to find out, the previous owner had spilled some liquid inside and the ports got damaged, which is fine. But, I was still charged $190 for the service even though theres warranty on the car. I have a Toyota 4Runner and Ive never had to pay for them to check for problems. Same thing goes to whenever I take my BMW 6 series at BMW. The service advisor Nick was not very courteous. I own my own businesses, and have been in customer service ever since I was 14yrs old. All of this, coming from a luxury car service department is a complete disappointment. I sat there for little over an hour, seeing the other service advisors treating clients a lot nicer and more professionally. Once again, sadly, I felt like I was judged off of what I was wearing or either my ethnicity. Lastly, before I got done talking to Nick, I asked him if theyd reset my maintenance light. His answer was you can look it up on youtube and do it yourself. Even though, I live literally less than 2 miles away from Lexus of Roseville, I will be taking my business to Sacramento. What a scam, and unpleasant experience this was.
We just purchased a used vehicle from Lexus. I can not express how pleased we are with our vehicle, the price and overall experience. 😀 They took great care of us without the feeling of being bullied. Our vehicle price was better than great! Kevin was our salesman. I also have to praise them for the condition of vehicle without an appointment. We had an appointment at another dealer for a specific vehicle and the battery was dead, check engine light was on, it was dirty and out of gas. We will only be shopping at Lexus of Roseville!

He answered all my questions.I would have liked more hands on help with many of the operating systems as I am 82 and many of the technical safety features were new to me.They were very busy on the afternoon I bought my suv and short handed. I did go back another day and a young man went through the dashboard, etc very quickly, too quickly for me. I need to go in for more help soon.

First of all, I never write reviews: Called twice for service department and just keeps ringing in cue without answer for over 3 minutes at a time, decide to go into the dealership to get assistance, front desk calls out twice over 10 minute span for someone in service to assist, no one comes to the counter and I leave irritated. Cliffs note version:DISHONEST ONLINE SALES, DO NOT TRUST THEIR ONLINE QUOTES- they will give you a low quote to get you in the door. They will not honor their WRITTEN online quotes. Save yourself the headache and dont reward their lying practice, shop somewhere else.Long version:My mom recently got rear ended and totaled her car. so my sister and I wanted to get her a new car. Since I live in the East coast and her English is not the best, I wanted to make her car buying experience as easy as possible; i negotiate the price online so she can just go in to test drive and sign paper. Additionally, I dont want her to spend any unnecessary time in a dealership because of the pandemic. I have done this with Toyota, BMW, Mercedes for my other family members and all worked out well. I was expecting Lexus of Roseville to be similar but i was sorely mistaken.I requested an online quote from them. After some email back and forth, Joe Nazar reached out and gave me a pretty good deal. After confirming with him the quote, the price, and the availability of said car (by sending him the screenshot of the quote and the car HE quoted me for in my email confirming with him), we set a time for my mom to go for a test drive.Long behold, when she arrives, the car was no longer available, which I can understand. So my mom have to test drive another car (same model). Of course, she loved the car, but the price they then give her was 3-5 thousands more! They then explained the quote they gave me online was a mistake. While I can understand mistake happens, they had MULTIPLE opportunities to fix it in the multiple email conversations I had with them. The best time to mention their mistake would be when I included a SCREENSHOT of the quote and the car they quoted me in the actual email when I CONFIRMED it with them. Also, one of the mistakes they mentioned was not including Tax and Licensing fee in the out the door price they quoted me. I am not sure what out the door mean to Lexus of Roseville but every other dealer I have been to know EXACTLY what that meant. This is also for a purchase thats more than 30k and I am not sure how their Mistake was conveniently a few thousand dollars to make their OTD price looks lower.. again, just to get you in their doorThe saddest part of it all is that we have another family member who are also in the market for a Lexus. We told him that we got this great deal and invited him to come with my mom to test drive the car as well. If it all went well, he was actually considering getting one from them at the same time. What an embarrassing turn of an event.Lexus of Roseville, you have not only lost 2 potential deals but rest assured, we will caution anyone we know that if they are thinking of getting a Lexus to avoid your dealership. There are plenty of Lexus dealership out there that have more integrity and will earn business the honest way.
My first trip to the local Lexus dealer for service after moving to the Roseville area. I always had my car serviced at Lexus Pleasanton. The dealership was very nice and welcomed me as a new customer. My technician Roger Williams was great and very helpful in getting all of my information on my 2014 Lexus RX350 transferred over. Noticed I needed new tires off the bat so got me set up right away with the Lexus sale and worked out perfect with my 100m mileage service. We brought our recently purchased 2019 Honda CR-V for application of the Perform Perma Plate Appearance Protection. This covered the exterior of the car with Paint Guard, and LeatherGuard and FabricGuard for the interior, including all the mats. We thought our car looked fabulous when we drove it off the lot after purchasing it. But after this more recent service, we were blown away! The paint looks even more lustrous and shiny, and will save lots of time and effort my husband always put into waxing our cars.Lexus of Roseville also provided him with a nice new rental vehicle to use to run errands and take a pleasant ride while our Honda was being serviced.We continue to be extremely pleased with the very professional and courteous service we have experienced. I have always taken my car to Lexus of Roseville for any services needed.They are excellent. Brent warned me last visit that a seal was being watched and may need repair in the near future. That way Im able to anticipate any car repairs that will be coming up. This is the first actual repair I have needed on a Lexus RX 350 that is now 11 years old.......maintaining your car with Lexus of Roseville pays off in the long run. Great People at this dealership.
I started off my car buying experience with a little research and also signing up with Costco Auto Buying Program. Within minutes, Yargo sent me an email and followed up with a phone call. He was very patient with me while I continued to do my research. I was able to finally get off work early and head down to Roseville for an appointment with Yargo. This experience was the very best car buying experience I have ever had. We were never rushed or made to feel like we should buy something that we didnt need. Ive purchased a lot of cars in my lifetime and this was, BY FAR, the best car buying experience Ive ever had. The level of service, care & patience they provided was top notch. Pretty rude behavior. I did not have time to elaborate on this review when I wrote it the first time. I went in to look at a car and I was approached by a salesman who appeared to decide I was not worth his time and without even saying a word walked away from me and sat down with the other sales folks. I bought my last Lexus at Lexus of Sacramento and they are the same company so I thought it would be a positive experience here, but in this case it made me feel quite small. I would probably go out of my way to buy outside of their company in the future.

Its low-mileage and I am the second owner, it is in near pristine condition. I had a previous relationship with Folsom Lake Toyota and have been using them for my regular service on my Lexus, but because I had an issue that I felt demanded a Lexus service expert, I decided to consult Lexus of Roseville. Folsom Lake Toyota is closer to home and has always delivered satisfactory and competent service, but I dont review the merely competent or satisfactory - I expect that and when I receive it, I dont feel compelled to report a review.I do, however, review terrible and exceptional service. Lexus of Roseville is decidedly in the latter group. From my first phone call all the way through every step of my experience with them, they have gone above and beyond just the competent and satisfactory. I have been treated as though I am their most important customer. My service writer, Clare Smith, has been courteous without being saccharine or disingenuous, and the rest of the team in the service department has exhibited the same commitment to sincere customer appreciation. They seem to truly understand where their pay checks, ultimately, come from and, more importantly, appreciate us.I have nothing bad to say about Folsom Lake Toyota and would never dissuade anyone from patronizing them - they are a quality establishment. However, the gold-standard in customer care, at least when it comes to a dealerships service department, rests in the ever-capable hands of Lexus of Roseville. They have won my continued business.
Tristan was a fantastic salesman! He was eager to have our business and found exactly what we were looking for at the price we were happy with! It was such a non- stressful transaction. Our only minor complaint would be that we waited about 2 hours to get our paperwork done. We do know that you happen to have sold many cars at the same time so really that is a wonderful thing! Lexus service was one of the reasons I bought a Lexus. I went in for a one-half hour recall which I had requested 2 weeks before, but they couldnt take me because they didnt have the part. When I did get it scheduled they told me it would take up to one hour. When I went in, the service tech told me it would take closer to two hours. I was there 2-1/2 hours. Your scheduler is way off-base. If the job only takes one-half hour, they could have scheduled me at a time or day when things would not be so backed up. I was truly disappointed. I also have gone for service in Palm Springs, CA and it has been much, much better. I have called your Roseville dealership twice with technical questions on my computerized Lexus and have never received a call back. Your dealership is severely lacking.
We took our ES 350 in for routine interval servicing on 3/30 at 1 pm. We were told the car would be ready at 2:30 pm and it was. My wife immediately paid the bill. We then waited -- get this -- 35 minutes after that for someone to return our car keys. We were not happy.
Couldnt be happier with the service here. Great Service Advisor (Clare) and team addressing some recall issues. They graciously extended by loaner vehicle time due to social event late that afternoon. Highly recommended!
Tires were ordered for me and I was told not to drive my car until the tires were replaced. I waited 3 weeks and finally called to find out what happened to the tires on order. I was told they were received and that the service manager was supposed to call me. He never did. I called the service manager and left a message; he never called back. I called again and left a second message; he never called back. Finally, I called a 3rd time and spoke with him and scheduled the appt. When I told him I had called two times before, he never acknowledged the calls, never said why he hadnt returned the calls, nor did he apologize. This is typical of this service manager--very unresponsive. I dont think he realizes how he represents Lexus. Service done on the car is always good. I appreciate the car wash each time as well.

I would give 0 star if I could . my 70 years old mom got the $259 oil change at this place and we found oil leak under the car when she return home in the driveway and we called the dealer to talk to the service manager .left voice mail and some one else called us saying that they will refund our money but they want us not to get service at there dealer and look for some other Lexus dealer to do the services from now on . we wouldnt take our Lexus back there if they would pay us . I came here and I notice base on other reviews that we are not the only one that experince such horeble service . save your self the time and the oil on your driveway and get the service where they appreciate you bussines

Beautiful car but after purchasing my key fob battery was dying and after purchasing a $30k car you would expect this to come with everything ready to go. While I understand this is a small issue and an easy fix after the sales associate Ryan Transport complety ignored my emails or issues with this. He answered me emails in regards to selling the car but then ignored every email after.

I have always had prompt response from this dealership until recently.I left three messages with three different departments on three different days last week trying to get an answer to a problem. No one ever returned any of my calls. Totally unprofessional and very frustrating.If you expect my business, you better return my calls.Update - I had a call from the manager of this dealership to apologize for no one responding. He said covid has impacted their response time as well as new software. For those of you in this same boat, he said to always ask for any salesperson current there, and they would get a person to call us back.

Today they needlessly and completely wasted my time and I got ZERO accomplished. On Tuesday we set an appointment for Friday for my GPS map update. I re-arranged my Friday, showed up and waited a bit, only to have the Service advisor find out in 1 minute that they dont have that software pack in stock. She apologized and conceded that it should have been checked before the appointment was made. She ordered the part but offered me no discount or compensation for completely and needlessly wasting about 1.5 hrs of my day. Good thing there is another Lexus dealership in town. This is not my first problem at this dealer, but it will be my last.
Lexus of Roseville went above and beyond good customer service. Buying a car from them was hassle free, no pressure, just them wanting to give you what you want and what fits your needs. A great experience all the way around.
Service department never answer phone call
The service was awesome.
Worse customer/sales service ever. Sales people and manager could not explain the potential charges they were quoting. When asked about these charges, the “closer” and sales manager both became defensive and could not provide an in depth breakdown of the pricing. They both stated that we did not “trust them” and based on these numbers and the fact that we do not know them, that is a fair and accurate statement. We wanted a Lexus but the people here really turned us down to the brand, even after the fact that we were compromising on certain features. I recommend better training, in depth review of pricing to provide customers with an in depth break down of pricing. We will not be back to this location, ever.
I had an amazing experience at Lexus. Joe Nazer helped me in clearing all our doubts about the car and all the extra features that we did now know about. We brought our 1st car and that being Lexus with all the safety features make us really happy! over all I had great experience! I would suggest any one going to Lexus Roseville branch as for Joe Nazar, he is really amazing!

*****UpdateI was put in contact with Jay at Lexus of Roseville. Let me state that all of my previous experiences with Lexus of Roseville have been 5 star. This was an isolated incident and it happened at a horrible time (like all car troubles). Thank you to Jay for listening and working towards a solution. Expect nothing less from Lexus.Absolutely unbelievably bad service from the service department. They serviced my IS250 (Oil Change) They put the oil filter housing so tight that it snapped the speciality wrench used to take it off. When I called them about it they just said Sorry. It says 25Nm. I can assure it is WAY more than that. Im not sure what kind of mechanics they have there but this work is unacceptable. I am going to make it a mission to spread my word across all social media outlets regarding this issue until I get resolution.
LEXUS OF ROSEVILLE IS A FANTASTIC ESTABLISHMENT. I WAS A TAD WORRIED ONCE LITHIA TOOK OVER THAT THE QUALITY WOULD BEGIN TO GO DOWN, BUT IN FACT ITS JUST THE OPPOSITE. MY ADVISOR, CLARE, WAS AS KNOWLEDGABLE AS SHE IS BEAUTIFUL... AND TRUST ME WHEN I SAY, THAT A LOT OF KNOWLEDGE. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK AND KEEP DOING THOSE SQUATS;)
Mike in the Service Department is AMAZING!! We had a recall on our Lexus and I did not realize it needed to be completed before I could send in our vehicle registration (due within a week). Mike got us an appointment within a few days, and told me it would be about a 4hr job. My 20 year old in college brought the vehicle in and because she was waiting, Mike expedited the service. She was in and out within 1.5hrs. Thank you Roseville Lexus, and Thank You Mike Carlson for the GREAT customer service!!

Worst Lexus dealership ever ! I bought a gs350 Lexus from here and paid cash a week after having the car it needs a whole new alternator, breaks, and a oil change . Also after starting to pay attention to the car you can tell they used some kind of paints on the seats to color match the scratches and messed up seat to the original color ! Worst dealership ever I don’t recommend anybody to buy a used car from here they DO NOT SERVICE THEIR USED CARS!
