Super happy with our purchase of a 2010 Subaru Forester so far! Low miles, clean interior, smooth ride, amazing panoramic sunroof, great sound system (but a little too old to have some of the newer tech like Bluetooth capabilities). I don’t have enough positive things to say about this place! When you first pull up, it’s different than most used auto sales. It’s cleaner and the cars are nicer. We were treated friendly and respectful from the moment we arrived. They went above and beyond to work with us on our budget and gave us an even better deal than we thought we were going to get. They checked the entire car over, did an oil change and filled the car up before we drove it off the lot. If you are looking for a trustworthy place to buy a used vehicle, this is the place. I can not recommend them more; they honestly want the best for you!TLDR, at the top here, friends; First time car buyer, bought an ‘as is car,’ thought I got a lemon, but these guys came through, in a major way!! Made sure I got what I was supposed to, and in a quarter of the time it was going to take without their help. And even after everything, still went above and beyond what was ever expected of them as a car dealership!Full story:In December of 2020, I was a first time car buyer. Super excited, and a little bit apprehensive, this car dealership was my second stop. The shop itself was super clean, and everyone was really friendly. They showed me a few cars in my price range, let me look inside. I found one I like, but couldn’t test drive it until after they finished some work. No biggie, they were replacing a $300 sensor (at no additional cost.) So I came back a few days later (they were great about working around my work schedule) and did my test drive. Test drive went great, I loved the car; we were set. The guys assured me they were going to fix a few last little details; oil change, full tank, full detailing of the inside. They told me what I would need to pay- cashiers check, proof of insurance- the standard stuff.I came back, signed the paperwork, paid- however, I was about $190 short. The guys were great, told me I could wait for the next paycheck to finish that off. However, when I went to go start the car... it wouldn’t start. Super weird, I literally just had it running. The guys came running over—no worries, no worries- it’s the battery. It’s the original battery, so it’s a little older, and just needs replaced. They immediately called someone to bring over a new battery, that they installed right then and there for me- at no additional cost to me. Car started right up, perfect!Four days later, I’m getting ready to leave for a trip up north, and right before I hit I-75 my RPMs go haywire, I’m pushing the accelerator and we are sputtering, the lights start flashings—my car is freaking out. I limp it from 696, down the I-75 entrance ramp, and off the 11 mile exit. I roll it into the 7-11, and there she goes. Smoke pours, I shut down the car, hop out and call my dad.I’m crying that I got a lemon; I’m well aware of the ‘as if’ policy- I was certain I was screwed. Everyone at the dealership had been great, but I had heard all the horror stories of people getting screwed over by dealerships, and I was certain that was going to be how this played out.My dad came, double checks somethings- tries to start the car, and it emits this awful noise. Nope. We tow it home, and call Jenna. It’s a Sunday, they’re closed, so we leave a message.Monday morning, they’re calling us back- first thing. They tell me they’re sending a tow, they’ll take a look, they’ll take care of it, no worries. Tow comes, takes my new car away. Few hours later, Jenna’s calling. It’s way worse- it’s the engine. But no worries, because what had Jenna already done for me? Called the original dealership, found out it had a recall on the engine, and already had it tow over. Originally the manufacturer of the car was quoting 2-3 months, the guys at Jenna pushed, and had it back to me in a month. So, I got a brand new battery, brand new engine, new sensors, full detailing, oil change, fluid top off— all at no addition cost to me. In fact, at less than the original cost that I was going to pay, because Jenna knocked off the $190 I had still owed them! And I never once had to deal with the original manufacturer of the car- Jenna handled all of it for me.They stayed in contact with me the whole time, reassured me any time I had questions, and were honestly so amazing through the entire process. They’ve offered to help with any future repairs I may need, and are just all around the best option for a car dealership. Kind, helpful, quick, efficient, just incredible people!

I cannot really find the right words to tell you all how incredible these guys are.We bought our sons first car a few months back. When we pulled out that first day, I didnt think too much when they said Any issues whatsoever you come back to us. We always work to make the customer happy.... I just thought it was the usual sales patter and off I went.Unfortunately we ran into a few problems early with the vehicle. No fault of Jennas autos. Just issues with the vehicle theyd never have known unless you drive it daily.I took it for an independent mechanic report, and the result came back looking at costs that was not worth it.I called the guys expecting to be dismissed sold as seen buddy. Not at all. The opposite experience.They took the vehicle back and hired a new mechanic. Spent 2 weeks with the vehicle and spent thousands. No doubt they ended up almost buying the car twice.Frankly they didnt care, their focus was only on making the customer happy.Not once did they call me or come to me without the intention of doing the right thing, of helping us out and fixing the vehicle at all costs.They are not doing business with you to sell you 1 car.They do business with you so you have a relationship for life.They want to be your families first place for cars, generation after generation.My wifes car is up soon.Jenna Autos is the first and hopefully only place I call.Thanks guy, god bless you.
