Getting back into the biking world after a 15+ year hiatus. I purchased a new bike online and had it shipped to my house. Got it 98% setup but had a couple issues. I was recommended to try Ride by a family member. My first interaction with them, I called in and gave them an overview of my issues. I was quoted a price and timeframe to get everything sorted out. I dropped my bike off and went over my issues again and filled out their customer info form and went about my day. The bike ended up being finished earlier than originally estimated and cheaper than originally quoted (im sure that does not happen all the time, but it did this time). I went in and they had me ride the bike around the parking lot to see how it felt, it was great and ran smooth.Very happy with the customer support, pricing (even if it didnt end up being cheaper than originally quoted), and turn around time (obviously this will vary seasonally I would expect).I will absolutely be back for any of my bikes needs in the future!

This is a great shop. They are fast, complete the work promised, and their prices are fair. One of my bikes had a warranty issue and Brad went to bat for me so I didnt have to pay for the work. I highly recommend this shop!

I am fairly new to mountain biking and had some issues with my bike (broken spokes and my dropper cable snapped). I called around to multiple shops in the Roseville/Folsom/GB/EDG area and most of them were over a month out for the simple repair. I happened to be in the area of Ride BSC and dropped in without calling ahead. One of the guys in there immediately put my bike on a stand and started giving it a once over. After talking about the necessary repairs and an overall tune up he told me it should be done on Tuesday (dropped off on a Thursday afternoon). I received a call Tuesday morning that the bike was done and upon pickup the bike looked absolutely brand new. The price that I paid was less than I was quoted by all of the other bike shops I called, and the service was done in a very timely manner. The bike is riding better than it ever has. I won’t go anywhere else for bike work and have already referred as many people as possible to check out Ride BSC. Look no further for your bike service needs.

Everyone is telling the truth. The best cycling repair shop in Placer County. After an install of tubeless tires on my new Wheelset and a new chain my bike is better than new. Super fast, great communication, wonderful people

Fantastic service at Ride BSC. They did a 1X conversion on my bike - well priced and fast turnaround. Taken the bike in a couple times since for minor adjustments, they fit me in on the spot. And, fixed things that I jacked up by trying to adjust myself....

I never write reviews, however I felt like i have to after the fantastic experience I had here yesterday.These guys are awesome! I walked in needing my rear wheel dished and derailleur adjusted. Under his extremely busy schedule, he was able to squeeze me in and dish my wheel on the spot within 15 minutes. Ive been to a couple bike shops in the area and none of them come close to the quality/customer service this guy puts out. Well done. You have a new regular customer.

Ride BSC on Sierra College Blvd. in Roseville is the best place in the greater Sacramento area to take your bike for quality parts and repairs in my opinion. The Owner, Brad Winters, has been involved in the bicycle business his whole life and will take care of your bike and you. Guaranteed.

Tyson helped me out. Was honest about what repairs my bike needed and took care of me right on the spot since it was a quick fix. They have a decent amount of bikes rolling through, so give em a call to see what their work load is like. They are definitely deserving of all the business they are getting. Will definitely be bringing my bike back here in the future.

I’m not one to leave reviews unless a business has made a substantial impression good or bad. Fortunately for this experience it’s a solid 5 Star review for Tyson at Ride BSC. He recently installed some upgraded brakes on my E-MTB and I couldn’t be happier. I heard about Ride BSC from a friend who also had a positive experience. Hopefully this review along with many others will gives you the confidence that they are worth a shot. Before I left with my upgraded/detailed bike we were already discussing future improvements. Awesome guys, clean and professional environment!

These guys are the absolute best. They do excellent work, and know their stuff. They have gotten me out of countless jams, couldnt be happier with every experience Ive had there.

Saw them on Google and the great reviews so stopped in with my bike on my lunch and they said bring it in and let us look. Tyson was super helpful doing an adjustment to my rear derailer and also noticed my hub was loose and took care of that at the same time for me. Even wanted me to ride it real quick to see if I was happy with his adjustments. Great service, ill definitely be back for my tune up after the summer!

This is a great shop with knowledgeable mechanics. They were able to install a tubeless tire for me within about 15 minutes. Any other shop I would have had to leave the rim with them for a day or two to get it done. Great shop amazing mechanics who really know how to service a bike

These guys are excellent. I had a creak on my Trek mountain bike that I’d tried to fix for a year, including two trips to the local bike shop where I purchased it. That shop claimed they fixed it, but had accomplished little. Ride identified it quickly and re-greased the bike at the pivot point where it was creaking. Sounded quite challenging to get the part out since the bike shop that sold me the bike had not greased it initially and it had seized up. First ride after Ride’s work was blissfully silent for the first time since I purchased the bike last year. With creaks gone, now I’ll only be embarrassed by my riding skills.They also fixed a nagging issue on a neighbors bike that he couldnt resolve for a long time.They are quite reasonably priced and returned the bike quickly and very clean. They have none of that bike mechanic arrogance that is common and are incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, professional and honest. I like that they are mountain bikers themselves and understand local conditions. Those bikes require more maintenance and take such a beating, so they require different care.I will only be going here from now on. They are going to become quite popular.

I brought my Ibis HD4 to Ride BSC and they did a fantastic job going through it and getting it ready for some Spring Mountain Biking! I have always had issues with my front brake and now it works perfectly! They also recommended some new bars to help me with some hand fatigue that I was experiencing. My bike has never been so clean or ran so good! This is the best place you will find to have your bicycle serviced!

Store owners Tyson and Brad are both very professional and curteous to customers. Me and my son brought in an bike that we havent used for a while. To have it tuned up and change some nessary parts, they made my bike brand new again just after a day. My son is now happily and safely riding it to school. Thanks Ride for the wonderful service. Seeing that Ride Bicycle Service Center is new in town I decided I would give them a try. Boy am I happy I did. The shop is very welcoming and the mechanics on staff were very knowledgeable and professional . They took my Pivot Firebird that has been having some very annoying mechanical issues and fixed her right up. They got my bike looking and feeling brand new like it just came off he showroom floor. I couldnt thank them enough and I know who Im going to next time I need service done on my bike. If anyones looking for great service and expert mechanics to get their ride looking and feeling brand new I highly suggest Ride Bicycle Service Center.

Rad shop!! Tyson fixed up a couple of my bikes. He was quick and knows his stuff. I was most impressed when I was having an issue on my V10 that seemed to stump other places. But Tyson right away knew exactly what the problem was. Got some new parts and am glad to say finally problem fixed!

IF you have bike needs these are your people. Im not sure anyone knows more about bikes then Tyson. Knowledgeable, honest, AND great service deals!

Just picked up some custom carbon wheels Ride BSC just built up !Owner Brad Winter is one of the best cycling/mtg/bmx experts in the business ! I have been dealing with him and having him dial in our my families bikes from every discipline for past 12 years !

This shop is such a great local option for me. Ive been extremely impressed both times Ive needed work done. They completely surpassed expectations on some rim reconditioning after years of using Stans and no maintenance (on my behalf) to just yesterday finding a bothersome creak on my carbon MTB. These guys are simply out to do a good job and have achieved that in spades, I hope the cycling community gives them some love. Update 7-12 Had the shop obtain and install a SRAM Eagle XX1 AXS Drive train. They worked with me on mixing and matching some minor components to cut down the purchase price . When I picked the bike up it appeared as if they went through a good portion of my suspension and serviced it along with any portion of the bike that had the new components bolted on. My four year old bike absolutely rocks now!
