They were very prompt at calling me back and coming to my house. Once we went over my window needs Tony then asked if he could give me a suggestion. I said yes thinking it was regarding my windows. He then proceeds to tell me that I need to move items around my house and not to put decorations up randomly. I was very irritated with this comment as we just remodeled our house and we did not randomly put items in their place. I was talking to one of my girlfriends and she had the exact same experience with her and Tony. He could NOT give me a quote when he was at my house. He said he had to go to the office and do the figures. I thought this was odd. I had 3 other in-home quotes and they were able to offer me pricing immediately.
