Friendly and professional when dealing with them. Car was totaled and sent here. Charged me $150 for cleaning up the road and I signed my vehicle over which shouldve paid for that. I spoke to someone in the office last week who told me I can grab personal items from inside. I told them about my radio, floormats I had custom made for the car and new parts in bags Id like to take, since everything in there was my property until I signed over my title. they said it shouldnt be a problem until I got there today. I was told everything of importance to me I couldnt take, cool. Thanks guys, enjoy the 1 star, totally worth it.

Rob is the best. Actually refused to do my suspension because it was ok which we argued about. He said if u want to waste it money go somewhere else, I wont do that to you!!! So my vehicle got impounded went to go get it out people were beyond rude. When I tried to set up for them to tow it to my residency they let me burn time out and as soon as it was closing time they told me ops past hours to bad come back tomorrow and now I have to pay extra money. Foul place!!!!

Sign said $90 cold air special..turned out to be $180 and the guy put on a bad schrader valve that was leaking and when I called him out on it he told me to F-OFF and closed and locked the door. I would never ever take a car to them again. I plan on reporting to BBB.

Rob (the owner) of Max Towing is a stand up guy. They diagnosed my failing transmission very quickly. Even though I didn’t have them do any work due to the timeline of needing my van (not there fault), I still wouldn’t hesitate to bring my vehicles to them. There pricing was even with other places I called too. The secretary even helped me get my vehicle towed to the other shop which was very nice of her. Thank you guys for your help and expertise.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Took my truck in for no a/c. I explained urgency as I needed to be able to make it back to help my employees on a job site. He took my truck right in diagnosed it, I agreed to the extremely fair price he gave me. Not even there for 15 minutes and they have already started the repair. I will be using them for everything now

For a week or so, there was a clunking noise coming from underneath my truck. I was told by an auto care center that it was either my transmission or my gear shift mechanism and was recommended to take it straight to the Ford dealership. The dealership said it’d sit on the lot for 5 to 7 days before a technician could even look at it! I needed it fixed ASAP so I took it to Maxx. Within 5 minutes, the problem was detected (a faulty CV joint/U shaft), my truck was lifted on a hoist, and within 45 minutes the part was replaced! They got the job done quickly and efficiently. I couldn’t be happier with the speed of their service!

Pulled us out of a ditch and charged us $175.00.. Really??? Rip off! My wife even told them that we have AAA insurance for free service.. They said dont worry we will take care of you and took advantage of my wife..! Never use them again..

This place is a ripoff. I took my car here last week to get my transmission leak checked out. They have a sign advertising free estimates. First they took almost 2 hours to check my car out. They had a guy dispatching and working on cars. When I finally got an answer the guy behind the counter hold me that my transmission was going to have to be pulled out and I was looking at a few grand. They charged me $50 bucks and still didnt give me a written estimate. They took my number and told me that they would give me a call with the exact dollar amount. They never called so the hell with this placeI took my car down the road to Chucks transmission and they pulled my car right in told me that all I needed was a drive axle seal and it would cost 200 bucks. They ordered my parts and the next day my car was repaired in a couple of hours. Stay far away from this place people.

I gave 5 stars because I could not ask for more I just didnt want to pay to get home, lol. I got great help decent timing to get their and friendly. A little confusion on the phone but they were cool about everything and the joking and positivity was appreciated considering the circumstances. I dont like getting towed but when need be theyre a great call and price was fair.

I would never recommend this place ever. Owners professionalism is non existant and is a petty person. There are just so many other choices...why bother?

The staff rude and very unintelligent. Look like drunks and druggies. Tried to get my medication and other important items from my moms car that was impounded less than 24 hours. Was told it would cost $45 to do this. The whole place looks more like a junk yard. STAY AWAY!

268.38 for a battery! I do not recommend going here. I called up there to see if id need a rental car because it was taking all day and he said he was putting a battery in and did not tell me how much it would cost or ask if it was okay. I asked what the price was and he went around it and nevet answered my question and when i got there it was closing time and i had no way to get a rental or i wouldve told him to take the battery out and i would get somewhere else but i had no rental and needed to get to work the next day... Do not go here he overcharges. I will be back if I have more problems related.

They gave my keys to a African American who proceded to drive off with my car

Fraud - theft. They attempted to take a friends car that had been in an accident and was safe in a parking spot. They planned to charge towing and a large return fee. We already had a tow truck from AAA on the way but the driver refused to stop trying to take the car. The police had to stop the driver twice and he only stopped once we threatened to have him arrested.

I took my truck in there to review a clunking. The mechanic Road Tested if for 25 minutes and came back with Tim Hortons... Then I was informed that the Free Estimate was going to cost me $40.... Classic low rent mechanic shop.

Took my truck in for a rear end, he told me I was going to have a one year warranty then decided to use used parts, without my knowledge and drop it down to a 6 month warranty. Took it in for warranty work, which they did and blamed me for it. While I was there I wanted to pick up tools from my truck for work and he sent it to a different mechanic. I finally picked it up and the check engine light was on, which it was never on since Ive owned the vehicle. Not sure if it was coincidence or job security on they are part, but I went from, no check engine light to 11 codes turning on the check engine light. I took a picture of my mileage before dropping the truck off and did the math to find out that they lied about the miles they put on to break in the rear end. The worst part is that they wont call you and let you know that your vehicles done, been there multiple times and only pick up my vehicle after I call them and they say that its been done for a while. They do good work but its a headache dealing with them.

Towed my dads car, they wouldnt release his car to anyone but him. He was in the hospital. Long story short they did NOT cut my dad a break on the storage fees even though he was in the hospital. Told him even with documentation from the hospital they would not work with him at all. Very rude on the phone and in person. Wouldnt recommend to an enemy.

Helped a friend pick up their car that was towed. Was treated very rudely and unprofessional. Calling Michigan BBB and EPA next given the amount of petroleum you see floating on the water in the parking lot.

The guy who answered the phone lied about their hours, then charged me an extra days storage fees. The guy in charge wouldnt give me his name and was rude. It was an all around horrible experience, would never use their services again

I would have done zero stars but google doesn’t have that option. Terrible customer service towed my vehicle with out checking to see if I updated my tabs. Won’t use them in the future or recommend them to anyone.
