I was referred to this shop from a list of preferred companies through my insurance agency. This was hands down the best experience I have ever been involved with. They would constantly call and/or email 2-3 times a week providing any updates as necessary throughout the entire process. When I first dropped off my car, the staff was pleasant and explained everything that would happen. It did take quite a bit longer than expected to get my car back, but that had nothing to do with the collision shop; the part they were waiting on kept getting delayed. I would recommend this place to anyone I know!

I made an appointment. It was for 1st thing in the morning yet I waited over 25 minutes after they let me in. I had to go to work. They should have told me it would be a while instead of someone will be right out (both after I pulled in & when I called 10-15 min later)I could have just left the car & went to work. They evaluated it pretty quickly. About an hour or so after I left I received a call. They havent worked on it yet tho

Wonderful customer service. This is hands down the nicest staff I have ever met. They updated me more than my insurance did. My car looks amazing better than when I bought it. From the moment they did my estimate to when I received my keys, absolutely amazing. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Unfortunately I have had to use Gerber a few times as people seem to like to hit my car. The staff is always friendly and make the process extremely simple and stress free! The shop manager has always gone out of his way to make sure the repairs are completed as promised and my car has always been delivered back to me in a timely manner.

I absolutely love love love this Gerber. The staff is unbelievably professional and friendly, they gave me fast, efficient, clean work on my car. I couldn’t imagine going to any other collision shop. Highly highly recommend!

My insurance (ussa) referred me to Gerber collision. After I was in an auto accident. Never been to this collision, before. So...I didnt know what to expect. Gina and Tina kept me up to par with everything and anything regarding my truck repairs. My truck was in the shop for 2wks . My repairs are lifetime warranty. Very professional job. My truck looks great and drives great. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone needing repairs. They met my expectations and went beyond.

If you are an owner of a business would you tell or suggest your customers to go somewhere else.? I live 10 minutes away 5 miles away and the intake gentleman says Utica is slow I can take my car to them. Now thats 40 minute drive and 22 miles does that make any sense?. Who runs a customer away? I would have to wait for the same amount of time for the parts to come in so why suggest me to go to Utica? Poor customer service. No willingness to listen or patience from the gentleman. He will ruin this business of his lack of experience with customer service.

I brought my 2014 Ram Longhorn into the shop for body work. The job was performed perfectly in 2 days, they completely detailed the interior of the truck before I picked it up! The truck was spotless inside and out! This extra attention to detail is something I have never seen anywhere else. They treated me with respect and excellent service. WOW! I used Gerber Collision and Glass as a GRN Shop in my network through Liberty Mutual. This repair shop did an even better job keeping me updated with my case than my insurance company did. I was in contact with Joe the entire time who was nothing but friendly and honest during every conversation we had. They were excellent at making accommodations for me and helping me figure out what I should do next and they even advised me of damage done that was more than Liberty Mutual had listed for them to repair in the first place. As a young woman, in the past I have had repair shops try and take advantage of me by providing false quotes, etc. to me, but I felt nothing but taken care of during my entire experience here. I would absolutely recommend & ask for Joe!

Great costumer service. Almost two years after repair paint cracked a little on rear fender. They live up to their promises, it was fixed like new. Highly recommend.

I had a good experience with Julie and Joe, had some pretty extensive body and paint work done in less than a week, looks great.

Pretty fast repairs. Depends on the parts needed. My car looked better than when it was new to me. The painting is excellent, and repair is flawless. Of course if anything isnt up to par, they will fix it. Customer service is excellent. Always kept up to date on the repairs. It is also an allstate recomended repair shop.

My insurance company (USAA) referred Gerber to me. This company made me feel very comfortable from the time we dropped off to when we picked up! When they were finished with my van it looked brand new, they washed and detailed it, even inside was clean. I would most definitely recommend these folks to anyone!

We have used them for years for all my insurance claims......NEVER AGAIN. My husband and I were at the casino when we found our car had been hit. This company told my insurance that I hit a poll . Our insurance company investigated us for fraud. We were interrogated separately. Paint samples were sent off and other test were done as well. We were made to feel like criminals This accident happened Easter weekend and now today we get the clear. I will never use this company they are supposed to be for the customer. Never again will I be made to feel this way .... it was the absolute BS You need to learn some customer service. You dont treat people like this and think we are going to use you...nope

Ive never had a better automotive repair experience. Same day repairs. Repairs were scheduled and parts ordered in advance. I dropped my car off expecting the usual several days to get it back. Nope, had it back that afternoon. Granted, no paint was needed, but still I appreciate not dropping my car and having it sit in their lot waiting for someone to get to it. The customer service was excellent.

Customer service is terrible. From the Manager on down. They act like, that they dont want your business. And, YES!! This repair shop is expensive for car repairs. They did not put the shock absorber back on the bumper and under the bumper cover. NOT a good place to go too.
