Don’t be fooled by this place. I’ve had to bring my car back several time just for the “mechanic” to continually mess up on my vehicle. Then every time i take it in it takes about a week or more to get it fixed and they never seem to have any rentals to give out when they have your car for that long. If I could go back in time I wouldn’t have bought my car from them. I would take it somewhere else but it shouldn’t be my responsible to fix their mistakes and come out of pocket. The sales people are fake nice and the mechanic doesn’t know how to do his job. Avoid this place at all costs.

Purchased a BMW M Coupe from this place over the summer. Talked to the owner (Alex) and a sales rep (Jonathan) about the car they both said it was in good condition. They did say it was salvaged but didnt say how bad the repair was. When I got the car delivered I was not pleased. parts where missing, molding was not attached, wires where cut. It was a mess. I called the dealership and complained. The owner wouldnt even answer my call. The sales rep did and obviously didnt have much to say. This is not my first salvaged car but its defiantly the worst. Wasnt worth what I paid. Be carful with this place. They were not truthful. At least that was my experience.

I was searching for a Volvo V50 online and came across a rare 2011 V50 R-Design listed on Exclusive Motors website. The problem was Im located in Los Angeles and the vehicle is located in NorCal. I didnt want to sleep on this rare swedish beast so I contacted EM to make sure the vehicle was still available and it was immediately put in contact with Jonathan from Exclusive Motors. After a week after I saw the listing, I flew up to NORCAL to check out the vehicle. At the dealership I met up with Jonathan. He was super Helpful and courteous. The vehicle was in great condition for a 10 year old car. The price was way below market value so I bought it and drove it back to down L.A.

I recently purchased a 2015 Audi S3 from an amazing salesman, Jon, on August 13th, 2021. I am completely satisfied and happy with my purchase, just not the customer service I received afterwards. WIthin 24 hours, I had a brake dash light come on. I reached out to Exclusive Motors and set up an appointment to get it checked out for the following week, which they cancelled, along with several more appointments. I was eventually seen August 31st, 2021. On that day, they were prepared to repair my front brakes for free. Once the car was jacked up, it was discovered the brake sensor harness had been ripped out within 24 hours of me having the car. This makes me think that it was never properly secure. They wanted to schedule another appointment to replace the harness. I was seen approximately two weeks after that only to find out I was going to be charged $500, which the company considered a deal. I believe this should have been done for free since this happened within 24 hours after I had the car. In addition, another issue I had was ALL my tires were in opposite rotation, which I found out due to a flat tire. I thought the guy, Roman, was pretty chill when it came to repairing my brakes for free, until he tried to screw me over $500.

Came here to try to buy theyre G500. While jhon was helping me try to get best interest rate I was trying to work out best deal (honestly an amazing man) then George basically came in and said either buy car or get out and stop wasting my time...If you guys keep it up you wont have anyone to sell cars to. The general manager and his team at Exclusive Motors went above and beyond my expectations. They made buying my first car the best possible experience I could have had with no stress or worry. They worked with my minimul credit history and low down payment to find the best financing option for me. When I walked into their dealership and explained my situation, I was 100% expecting them to laugh me out of the building. Instead they showed me the best customer service I have ever seen from any business. The car I bought was a manual, I had no prior experience driving a stick shift car so they were reluctant to let me test drive. But instead, they had a team member drive me around so that I could get a feel for the car which I really appreciated. George Dedi, the General Manger, told me to stay in touch and call him if I needed anything. The first thought through my mind was, Doesnt everybody say that?, but then George went on to say, Im serious dude, dont forget us. This made that cliche statement something that stood out and had meaning. At that moment I knew that I bought my car from the right place. To further confirm this, as I drove away I had to stop at a red light. When the light turned green I stalled out for the full length of the green light. I was eventually able to stop and pull over in a parking lot where I called George and asked if he would be willing to help me get the hang of the car. I purchased my vehicle from Exclusive Motors in June of 2019. Six months later and after the vehicles first service (oil change & fluid check) I can comfortably say my experience was first-rate. George was very courteous throughout the process. I live out of the area and was not able to inspect the vehicle myself. Upon my request George agreed to drive the vehicle to a nearby shop of my choosing for a pre-purchase inspection. I received my vehicle title a little more than one month after purchase. George was very patient with me even though I was nervous about the titling process.After six months and over 5,000 miles the car has performed flawlessly. This is THE place to buy a car. I’ve gone to other dealers on the strip and this one is by far the best. As others have stated, their transparency in the whole process is amazing from prices, their cars, what is being charged and why, and certainly no “necessary fees” or “services” that other dealers charge to just mark up prices, even showing us profits on the car. Trust me, you will not find that at other dealers, and I’ve been to many over the years. During our time, we worked with George and he was very pleasant to work with. He has great character, in fact the entire team we worked with does. I started an honest discussion with Roman (service manager) and George (sales manager) about the seep, and they worked with me to identify the cause. It turned out to be a bigger problem than any of us expected. At this point they refused to sell the vehicle to me as-is, citing the importance of safety and dependability. I appreciated their reasoning.I negotiated the repairs with Roman, and he corrected the issues to my satisfaction. He also did some extra work at my request, at a fair price. George and I sealed the deal, and my son now has a vehicle that I wouldnt mind owning for myself!Its obvious Roman and George understand the connection between customer satisfaction and their reputation. We communicated frequently over the course of two weeks. Theyve earned my trust. Not only would I buy a vehicle from them again in the future, I would make their service department my regular place for maintenance and repair.

I had a great experience buying a used car here. They stayed open late so i could finish the purchase that evening. Part of the purchase involved some minor work I was to come back for. Exclusive Motors was excellent in communicating what was going on with the part they ordered, letting me know when it came in, and getting me scheduled for the work on a day I was off work. I am a small business owner so that was very important for me.I wish I lived closer so I could get all my work done here, but if i ever need anything major plan on making the 2 hour drive back. Warning: I would stay away from this company. They sell vehicles that have no been properly inspected, but they say have, and when you find the aggressive problems with the vehicle once the purchase is completed, they try and get you to come back in and have their staff do the repairs and charge you for it. Very unfortunate company this is. I have researched into them and have found many customers have experienced this type of buying scenario with them. There are many options in the area to purchase from, I would suggest doing so.

Would not recommend, they say they do all the proper checks before the sale. Then make you find out on your own less than a week after owning! Super unprofessional

At first, I came to the area to look at a specific car I was interested in. The other dealer I went to was shady and the car was in horrible condition. I saw that this dealership had the same car, so I stopped by. Unlike the other dealer, the people here are friendly and trustworthy. They greeted me quickly and showed me the car. They had done a multipoint inspection and replaced parts that needed replacing. They even providing the paperwork as proof. Being that the car was used, there were small imperfections like scratches that they color matched and buffed off. They also did an oil change before they delivered the car to my house. These guys do quality work and are very friendly, if I were to purchase another car in the future, I would definitely come back here.

They went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Down to earth people who actually care about you. I will be a lifetime customer and I definitely will recommend Exclusive Motors to all my family and friends.

George and his team at Exclusive Motors have re-written the book on used car sales. They are transparent, honest, and put us first today when I took my daughter and her newborn son in to pick out the right car for her new family. I’ve never had better service and attention in purchasing a vehicle, and give them my top recommendation!

I had a broken steering rack on my car and George took the time of day to find me a replacement that he verified was in perfect shape, and for half the price of OEM. Labor was super affordable too (charged half the hours the dealership quoted). Definitely worth going to. This guy puts passion into his work and that’s a hard thing to find in the auto industry.

I recommending this family car business for you if you need to find a car or fix it. I am always fixing my car there and they warking very smart using computer for finding car issue. Never regret it.

Exclusive motors, specifically John with exclusive motors, are right at the very top of my list. I give them 5 out of 5 stars. They found a way to take my car and fix it. They gave me a price and they did whatever it took to stay at that price, something that no one has ever done before. They were professional and honest and when it took a little bit longer for them to fix something, they called me and got permission first. Previously with other shops they kind of went by the easier to get forgiveness than permission style of repair. Id show up and the bill would be way more than it was supposed to be and they would just try to justify it. John Did whatever he had to do just stick to the quote that he gave me. plus hes tall dark and handsome. LOL Start to finish this group is way above ordinary. Ill never use anyone else for my 4 vehicles.

The owners were very easy to work with. The process was easy and not stressful.

Bought a Suburban in Feb. Had sensor lights come on on my drive home. Sent photo right then to dealer. No response. Drive 50miles back a week later, light not on so cant locate problem. 1 month or 1000 mile warranty. Now making car payments on a car that wont even start. 2 alternators, warped rotor. Talked to owner said for me to pay to have towed down there and will only charge me $125 diagnosis. Said would call back on Mon, a week ago, and no response. Never again from this dealer.Never offered to look at for free. Wish I could post text messages

WARNING: I would not purchase a vehicle from this company. 2-17-20. I, unfortunately did. I purchased a Maserati that looked amazing on the outside, was told inspections were done for the inside (were not given to me during the purchase, even though I asked, but I believed the GM George Dedi when he gave me his word in front of my colleague that the car was properly inspected and operating fine).Sadly, this was not the case. When I left the dealership and made my way back to Reno, (it was around 7PM) the car, once on the freeway, was aggressively pulling to the right. I texted the GM George Dedi to let him know there was a problem. He said that he had drove it and it was fine, so I took a video of the car pulling because him arguing was odd, but he said he would take care of it. He later tried to blame me for all of this claiming it all occurred right when I left the dealership. Pretty sad.When back in Reno, two days later I was suppose to be sent the vehicle maintenance reports promised during the purchase (texted the GM George Dedi and he said he forgot), but still have not received them to this day (it has been two weeks). The third day having the car a belt started squealing so I had to take it in to a shop that is certified in these vehicles to have it examined. Due to the belt, I paid to have it completely examined because it did not make sense.Upon examining the vehicle they found the serpentine belt was worn and cracking. They found the alignment was aggressively off (you have to see the spec sheet to see how bad it really was and I will be happy to provide this to anyone and plan on putting it online as well) and was wearing down the new tires really bad in the wrong way.Into further inspection, they found the brake rotors are cracking at almost all cross drill points, the pads are cracking, and about to fail (I drove over the mountain range to get home with this vehicle in this condition for three hours over the pass).Further review showed the turbo inlet hose dripping oil as well. The rest of the examination showed a series of problems from bent brackets, to undercarriage damage, to way more.I sent them the examination sheet (I have had the car one week) and in texts and emails they tried to blame me (even the alignment) then sent me an inspection sheet from their tech which threw me off (the one I asked for originally) as it showed they checked all of this off, but sadly, based on this evidence, was inaccurate.I asked for the company to help me fix this, and they denied. The General Manager George Dedi said I had to deal with the service manager Roman Mikitiuk and that he would assist as needed. I called twice and was never called back on the issue (this was over a week ago now). I did social posts and found many other customers had this same problem with this company in the area. If you have, reach out to us please.I am thankful I am safe. Now it is a legal issue. If you know anyone who has experienced this as well, DM me and I will help. If you have any questions or are debating purchasing here, DM me, and I will send you all my emails with pictures and reports for you to decide.It is very unfortunate and sad that some companies do this to customers from out of state who they might think will be fine with it. The State of Nevada however found this very offensive and so did the State of California in finding this out today.Together, as a unity, we can stop companies from thinking they can take advantage of customers like I was.
