Purchased a 2021 RDX Advance from here yesterday and I was extremely pleased with the overall experience! Kasey was my main advisor through the process and she was fantastic - very personable. Thank you to Paul and Michael as well! There’s a much closer Acura dealership to me but I drove a bit further to Jeffrey because of the positive reviews and I don’t regret it one bit. I haven’t experienced the service department yet, but I have high hopes if they are just like the sales department. Loving my new ride!

Jeffrey’s staff is always friendly & efficient, but they also always find something to upsell me. Perhaps they are legit needs, but I feel like I have to make snap decisions, and it always adds to the bill. If I come in for an oil change, just do the oil change. You can ask me if i want you to check air filters and other items that will be at an added expenses. This would be less surprising.

I had my first oil change service done after the purchase at this dealership. The online scheduling was easy. They immediately started the work when I took my car in. I only waited about 30 to 45 minutes for the service that includes multipoint vehicle inspection. Very happy with this experience.

I trusted this dealership I trusted Matt I used to deal with Todd but somehow they transferred such a wonderful guy over to Honda.Matt I just hope Acura is just as loyal to you as you are to them.I really needed to hear that day from your mouth you lie right to my face. how often I came in and complained about losing oil and you kept telling me it was due to some kind of switch and that my vehicle was over the warranty. Ive been complaining since 2017! Look at the dealer notes!When You suggested something, Id trust you were right and Id go with it.Even after bringing my car back in and you putting oil in my vehicle when there was no oil change due. Was Pretty amazing to hear you said it never happened.I hope when you read this review remember I trusted you. Even after telling you I lost my husband of 30years last year, youd take advantage of me like this? Whoa!You lied to me, you lied to me, you lied to me. You told me I did not have the oil consumption problem.I trust you. I even went ahead and spent nearly 3k... And you knew from the beginning I had the oil consumption problem. To imply that I had gone 10k miles w/out an oil change was just pathetic. Never did you ask me had I gone to other oil change places.I keep records Matt. Extremely friendly staff and quality service. I felt that they were very thorough and honest. They gave me data and their opinions, but allowed me to make decisions on my vehicle. My only recommendation would be to add a doorbell or something to be able to tell people that you have arrived if they are away from their desk.

The appraiser was awful. I have a 2014 Dodge Durango Limited (loaded) I was going between the Acura MDX and a Buick Enclave. They would only give my $8500. My sales guy tried telling me that my SUV was a 2 wheel drive when it actually says AWD. The Buick dealership gave me $12500. Huge difference. Jefferies is not for the customer, they are out for themselves. What a shame.

This is the best place to get your Acura serviced. Dont go anywhere else. Matt and Brian took care of us and our car. Matt was attentive, knowledgeable, and worked hard to get our car fixed. I drove 90 miles to lease my 2020 RDX from Jeffrey Acura, because they had the best deal by far compared to other dealers I contacted. I worked with Michael Scenga, who has been doing double duty as Sales Manager and salesman. He made it easy to do as much of the deal as possible ahead of time, and was always very fast to respond to my emails and phone calls.As soon as I arrived at the dealership, I felt at home. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming, much more than I‘ve normally experienced with previous dealers. As it turned out, Mike and I spent the rest of the afternoon on the deal, through no fault of his or mine. But because of his professionalism and genuinely friendly attitude, it was one of the most enjoyable leasing experiences I‘ve ever had. Rude and unprofessional. I had to wait over 30 min just to talk about prices for the vehicle I wanted to lease. When I finally spoke with the manager he basically told me I was lying about a quote I got at another dealership. Jokes on them I currently am leasing an acura through a superior and more professional car dealership 😁. Their egos were too big to accept that another dealership could beat their price.. thats a pretty small minded way to carry yourself! Spend your money elsewhere.

It was the most terrible experience. Before visiting dealershop, the deal was confirmed thru email and phone call. 50miles far from dealership, pay $160 for UBER. When arrived with cashiers check, dealer said it was wrong price. Can you believe this? Completely unacceptable, no professional at all. Dont want to do any business with this guy. He tried add 2k more. I still keep all the email.

Fantastic Service!!! I moved from Florida 3 years ago and am so happy I found Jeffrey Acura. They have always been great and provide such great service. This last time I had service done on my vehicle, I spoke with Matt in the Service Center. As always, he was very knowledgeable and informative and explained everything that needed to be done with my vehicle. When he called to let me know the service was complete, I told him I wouldnt be able to make it until they opened the next day and he offered to have my vehicle driven to me. I had researched the 2019 Acura RDX and came in for a test drive on a Friday. Walter (Doc) was great in explaining the car before and after the test drive. I told him that I might have some questions on Monday.The trade-in on my 2012 Honda CR-V was more than I expected.On Monday, I called and he answered all my questions. Ive worked with Matt here a couple of times now and he has always been very attentive. He goes out of his way to really take care of his customers. Service is top notch and so far everyone has been friendly. They have really put in effort to try and figure out what was going on when I had some problems with my vehicle. On the day and time of our appointment, Matt and the service bay were ready and available. Seconds later, the service tech was there to take our RDX for a ride where he determined our brakes needed a look. We were asked if we would like a loaner which we accepted and much to our surprise, it was the vehicle we wanted to test drive later this year. Called Acura Service, Matt Smith scheduled appointment... received phone call and e-mail follow up... Came to dealership, technician was immediately available to test the car. Major problem was diagnosed and vehicle was on the hoist the moment we came back from test drive. Had warm conversation with Todd service manager and Eric sales manager. They were very interested in my concerns and answered all questions I had. Meanwhile, Acura technician Marc (very skilled) complete the task. Acura was willing to keep the case open if the problem still exists. I leased a 2018 Acura TLX @ Jeffery Acura recently. Walter Reed and Jason Tamaroff were awesome to work with. We made a couple of visits and took our time on a Saturday afternoon trying to to decide on the color of the vehicle, both were very patient and stayed past the closing time and made sure that we werent feeling rushed or pressured, A welcome experience compared to other dealerships.There was no sales pressure and they were honest in responding to all my questions. The closing was also pressure free, no heavy push on Warranty plans, no hidden fees/charges or any surprises, and they very transparent with the numbersI was extremely happy and satisfied with this experience and The Jeffery group will be my preferred stop the next time Im in the market for a new car

This is the best dealership around. I have been going to this place for 10 years. My previous car was a 1995 Nissan Pathfinder that reached 230,000 miles. I now have an 2005 Acura RSX-S. I took it in for a funny noise under the hood and they fixed the noise. The prices are fair and I continually keep taking my car back to them because of the high quality of service that they provide. All dealerships could learn a thing or two from the Jeffery Team.One month later I called Matt at 11am on a Monday and asked if they could check my car for me. Matt and Todd said bring it in we can make time to look at it for you. I had a small anti freeze leak. I was in recently for a anti freeze change, first time in 8 years with only 65,000 mile on the car. They put it up on the rack and put a new hose clamp on the hose for me. No charge and I was only there a short time. Oh! how I love this place. Best service garage in Macomb County if you ask me.

Rarely is not the word for how often I get a superior service experience like the one Service Manager Todd Thompson gave to my wife and I last week. We were looking at a low miles used RDX from a non Acura dealer and took it to the Jeffery dealership to have it inspected. Jeffery Acura sold the car originally and Todd recognized the car, knew the prior owner and car history. He suggested we save the cost of the inspection as he assured us that the car was in excellent condition. Beyond that he let us know that if we bought the car we could return to their dealership and he would help us set up the cars customized settings. He knew that we were from out of state and wouldnt be back for service but he spent 30 minutes with us and the dealership didnt make a nickel. My guess is his Manager already knows the impression Todd makes on customers but its a pleasure to say thank you.
