Had a window installed ( 1) in 2015 it has leaked every year since.They did come out and look at it. I sprayed a hose on it, but could not get it to leak. It only leaks when there is wind driven rain. They questioned my Sales receipt, said that person does not work there anymore. They also said, he might have done this transaction on his own. Well I have the invoice with their letter head and the cancelled check.I called and left a message yesterday as it leaked again.They are doing everything possible to make this go away with out doing anything.NEVER use these guys.
