After a break in and petty robbery on my vehicle over the weekend, insurance would only cover me using Safelite and they were going to make me wait until Friday, 5 days after trying to file the claim! This business took great care of my car and gave me a high quality replacement window for a very fair price and with fast and highly excellent service. Brought it in around 9:30am and they had it ready by 1pm! I can’t thank them enough for taking care of me and my ride!

I called EK @ 130PM ON A SATURDAY for and emergency repair on my Silverado (rear window) and I just pulled up at home its now 415PM with a very nice looking replacement window installed. I love this place...It was recommended by Auto Clinic on Gratiot. I have a very rare truck. I had to replace the rear door glass. They told me they were giving me a new windshield and it had a huge chip in it by the driver side and it leaked very badly it ruined my upholstery when i called them they told me that i did not pay for a new windshied i paided for a used one i aske them where the hell a used windshield cost $475 dollars they were very rude. I would never go back to them i had to pay another 300 dollars to have it fixed right
