In early October, after traveling over 200 miles to visit relatives in Roseburg, my car unexpectedly broke down as soon as I exited the freeway. I was referred to one shop but was informed they were booked out 2 weeks. I needed to go home by the next day. This shop referred me to Patriot Auto who agreed to diagnose my car the same day I called them and they had me back on the road that afternoon with an oil change even! Friendly, efficient and quick! My car made the return trip home with no issue. Very much appreciated. They make it a point to try and accomodate travelers quickly whenever possible understanding not everyone has two weeks to hang around for car repairs! Thank you Patriot Auto...you were awesome! We are traveling from California to our daughter’s wedding on San Juan Island when we discovered a loose front fender. As you can imagine, the stress was high as we looked for someone to take care of this. We couldn’t have asked for better service immediately by Ian at Patriot Automotive. He was fully booked but graciously agreed to take a look. Within half an hour he had us back on the road again with fender fixed and safe for our long drive. We are very grateful for his service. We were traveling down from Eugene to San Francisco and thought we were having some brake problems. We called Patriot and they told us that there was a car they were working on but that they would check us out after because we were travelers. When we got there we waited for very short time and we’re offered drinks and kept company by the dog Clutch (employee of the month). Once there was a diagnostic we weren’t pressured to buy anything. And we’re sent back out knowing everything was ok with the car. I wish we had a shop like this at home!

I called Patriot Automotive and they were able to get me in the very next day. I had an engine vibration on my 2003 Ford F-250. He was able to diagnose the problem and fix it within a 4 hour window. I was very satisfied with the service and the cost. I have and will continue to recommend Patriot Automotive to as many people as I can.

Absolutely 100% recommend!!! This year has been 1 terrible event after the next. Then we where in a accident our vehicle was totaled and we got a new vehicle just for it to break one week later(bad lifter)🤦🏽‍♀️😔 Well we ended up taking it to patriot automotive and for starters they where really nice and truly wanted to help so we dropped it off until the appt date. Well we just got it back and it sounds better now than it did when we bought it!!! We were driving through on our way to a family reunion when our truck started overheating. I called 4 highly recommended shops in town before I found Patriot Auto. They were the only ones that said we could stop by so that they could take a look. They verified that the radiator was cracked and that we needed a new radiator. They fit us in the next day! They had a full schedule, but they took amazing care of us and I would DEFINITELY use them every time if I lived in Roseburg. Amazing people! They honor Veterans with a discount. I am a Veteran, but didnt ask for the discount because we were so thankful that they took care of us when they could had passed us on like the other 4 shops (who were legitimately busy too). I cannot say enough nice things about this place. First of all, I got a very reasonable price for a repair, and that repair was done the same day. My transportation fell through to retrieve my vehicle, but they came and picked me up! My vehicle is running top notch!Great place, run by great folks!

I would highly recommend these guys. I took my truck in to have the belt for A/C put back on because it slipped off. Found out it came off due to a bad tensioner pulley. I had bought another belt just in case the other belt was worn. He put the new belt on with no extra charge. The job was done in less than an hour. They were honest, fair and professional. They just gained a life long customer. 👍👍

Their prices are incredibly reasonable for the high quality job that I got. Im a DIYer who does most of my own work on my car, but if Im ever stumped I go to them and Ian will diagnose the issue quickly and correctly. It’s great to know that if I can’t fix something I can take it to them and get it up and running quickly. I had a loud noise in my wheel which turned out to be a wheel bearing going out (or whatever they do lol) I called Patriot they got me in within a week had my car in and out and even went over and beyond by helping with a belt that needed some tightening. The owners are very kind and professional. I will be going to Patriot for all my automotive needs!! Great job!!!

Having been in this small town for quite awhile now, have had to see several Auto Service businesses, I have finally found the best! Called around several to get a quote to have multiple things serviced/fixed on our vehicle. Actually, the last place I called, Patriot Auto. Decided to give them a try, because, very friendly and professional over the phone and a quote for all services needed that was, just great! Felt at ease upon entering the place. Very nice people! Not only was all services needed done in an amazing short period of time, the work done was of the highest quality. Could not be happier! The bill given was already very low, then given a Military discount. Left enough for us to also get some Tacos. We will never see another mechanic in this town! Knew I had a problem with wiring that was popping my alternator. Specified the problem and had it towed from Cottage Grove to Patriot Automotive LLC. Said he probably wouldnt be able to get to my car till Friday. Yet 2 days early they called and he had it fixed for $45! Top notch service, ahead of schedule and an affordable price. This is now the 3rd time I have brought my vehicle in to them not having a clue what was wrong with it except that it was running really bad with flashing check engine lights. All three times I would not have been shocked to get a $300 to $600 bill for repairs. Ian is so honest that he has repaired my vehicles all 3 times for under $150. Living in a small town it’s rare to find a mechanic tradesman that is both skilled and affordable. I’ve never trusted anyone enough to let them work on my wagon. Love, love, LOVE Patriot Automotive!!!! We love their discount for veterans and first responders too. That said, the discount wouldn’t be worth a dime if they weren’t honest and a good mechanic. It is SO nice to drive away knowing your rig is fixed and you didn’t get screwed In the process. We can tell you horror stories about some of the other garages in town but not Patriot. This is what we all dreamed an auto repair place would be like.

Ian diagnosed and repaired the electrical issue in my truck in 1 day!!! This was the 6th, yes 6th shop for my truck! All the other shops kept my truck for days or weeks at a time and couldn’t figure out the problem. So heres why it pays to read reviews! Patriot Automotive is my go to place for all our cars. They do a great job and are really nice people.I made the big mistake of going somewhere else yeasterday and it almost cost me $498.00 in unneeded repairs!I took my car into Big O tires because my breaks smelled really bad and I was worried because my son had replaced them the day before and I know nothing about cars. I asked the guy at Big O if he could just take a peak to make sure everything was ok. The mechanic from Big O looked in between the rims of the back left tire and said that the brakes were frozen up, the calipers were shot and they needed to replace the brake pads because they were warped from excessive heat. The mechanic said it was unsafe to drive the car anywhere as it could catch on fire from exessive heat. Thats a ton of money so I called my husband. He drove into town and we took it to Patriot. I got a call from the mechanic a couple hours later and found out there was nothing wrong with with the brakes. They were fine! I was really suprised. The mechanic at Patriot saved me from spending a ton of money on unnecessary repairs. While he could have gone along with what the other guy said he didnt he was honest. Lesson learned. Stay with the place that treats you right!!! Thank you Patriot Automotive!!!

My little big girls truck broke down on Friday. The mechanic I originally took it to said it was beyond their scope of work. I called another shop, they were too busy, but referred me to Ian at Patriot Automotive. I had my truck towed there and Ian diagnosed it as a water pump failure. I really didnt expect to have my truck back until Friday. Julie called Tuesday afternoon and said the job was done and I could come and get my truck! I was so elated! Ok folks. I’ve been to a lot of mechanics. When I had bad u-joints in my 4Runner I called them, explained what I thought might be the issue, and she said bring it on in. The very next morning I dropped it off, he had it up on the lift and quoted me a fix. Had it fixed within HOURS. I am thoroughly impressed. I had him do a few things we hadn’t discussed before hand and he still knocked it out in a timely manner. These guys were friendly, informative, and Ian was no nonsense. He was incredibly quick with turn around, answered all my questions, and pointed out things to have checked in future, and didn’t charge for things that didn’t need to be done. Great prices, knowledgeable, and honest. It’s what we need in mechanics these days. They’ve earned my business. I took my 05 BMW in to have the driveline replaced. Ian and Julie told me that they were not sure if they could get it done tomorrow. Not only did they get it done right away, but Ian also noticed a miss and took the extra time to do an initial diagnosis to let me know what I may need done to fix the miss. I have already told others to take there vehicle(s) here. The shop is kept clean (attention to detail), the service is great and they treat you better than family! I was traveling through the area and my car was overheating on the 5. I called 7 repair shops in the area that told me they couldn’t look at my car that day. Patriot was more than happy to help someone in need traveling through. They gave me excellent service at a fair price. Very trustworthy and honest. Very friendly and they have the most adorable dog as a bonus if you have to wait there. I was in and out within the hour. Wish I lived closer and could use this repair shop as my regular place. Would consider driving the two hours if I really needed some work done.
