I recently purchased my second Kia with Joey Griffin and I can’t rave enough over the staff. Seth Boggess was awesome, he was knowledgeable, kind and made it happen without going over my budget. There was no pressure to purchase, I actually went in for service and left with a new car. Everyone was so welcoming and kind. I will go back for my third and I will continue to send more people their way. Kia is the safest vehicle and has won awards. So if your in the market go see them….hey won’t disappoint!

Wow I made an appointment for oil change a month ago and I am finally here still waiting after 2 hours! I definitely will not return to this location for my oil change..this is just not fair..why make an appt if you gota wait over 2 hours just for a simple oil change🤬🤬

I stopped through for a service visit... oil change & tire rotation. Also had an issue with a tire pressure monitor. Long story short, they took care of what I needed and corrected 2 other issues. And still within the normal timeframe. Outstanding service! Plus, they had the new vehicle I wanted... pretty close, though. Could be an early Christmas present. But both the sales and service departments always treat me right!

Nearly 7 weeks ago I “special ordered” a vehicle from Joey Griffin Kia. I was provided with a receipt for my deposit, along with a buyers order stating the price. The order was confirmed over the phone with a manager and I was assured my vehicle would be in within 6-8 weeks. During the the 7 week period, I spoke with the general manager along with others on multiple occasions discussing the process of the order/eta and again confirmed the vehicle I ordered. The vehicle arrived in about 7 weeks and to my surprise, it was not the vehicle I ordered, put a deposit down on, or was promised. I contacted the GM and he showed no remorse for what he admitted was “their mistake”. He refused to honor what I was promised multiple times, he refused to re-order the vehicle based on our agreement, and pretty much said I needed to go somewhere else to purchase a vehicle. This is absolutely the worse that I have ever been treated by a dealership and I warn everyone, DO NOT do business with this dealership! They are not honest and do NOT stick by their word!

Great people. Not high pressured. Didnt get what I came in for because I test drove a different car along with the one I originally wanted. Walked away happy. The missing star is because while there was a soda machine there was nothing to snack on. I was there for awhile.

What a great dealership! The entire staff is willing to work with the customer, are helpful, deliver on promises and fair in pricing. In particular, David Chapman is a great sales rep; trustworthy, amenable, professional and fun to work with. Clarence Harris, the General Manager, is also a man of his word; empathetic to the customers outlook and fair in his dealings. Finally, we drove two hours out of state to purchase our vehicle from Joey Griffin because of our level of comfort, and would do it again. BTW, we also love the car!

Oil change and inspection. Wait wasnt too bad. Man that place is clean and the bill was better than I expected. I know theyre a Kia dealership but I bought my Ram 1500 there and will continue to get serviced there. Requested tire rotation but they said i didnt need it. Saved me a few dollars.

Cleanest, nicest dealership I have ever seen.

After having my vehichle all day, they were only able to diagnose my issue with me physically closing the door myself before they acknowledged there was a problem. Although I understand mechanical issues can be persnickity, there was no effort toward customer service, compassion, or admitting their own inability to diagnose the problem. KIA, as a whole, has a good product but severely lacks good customer service.

These guys are slick. Be careful. One salesman tried to butter me up because he found out that I was a Christian. He kept saying things about God and stuff, I feel like so that he could gain my trust. Then they offered us a deal a while back that would allow us to get $5,000.00 cash back with our purchase to use toward other bills. After they began the financing process I began to realize that the numbers werent adding up right. They were trying to LOAN us an additional 5,000 (which was gonna jack our monthly payment through the roof) even though what they were promoting was that they were GIVING us $5,000.00 of their money to help pay off other debt. They were very slick. Great salesmen, not so sure how honest they are though. BE CAREFUL.

Purchased a New 2019 Kia Sorento from Joey Griffin (traded-in our 2015 Kia Sportage - also purchase from him).Everyone was very patient with us as we were deciding on which vehicle to get.We loved our new car & we’re proud of it. Unfortunately we were hit by an uninsured motorist who ran a stop sign before we even made our 1st payment. Our new car was a total loss, but that vehicle’s air bag systems & side air bags save us all (four elderly people) from major injuries.Hopefully, our “uninsured motorist insurance” & our “Gap Insurance” will take care of the car, and our car insurance will pay our medical bills.We intend to Purchase another New Kia Sorento when everything is settled, and of course, we return to Joey Griffin Kia to try to make another purchase there.

Even in the slowest day you can’t walk in for a basic oil change. Service depart close at 6 walk in at 4:45 for a basic oil change I’m told their is no one there that can do it. Great that’s why people use places Walmart and Precision!

Very good service, nice people. My car broke down and I was looking to buy a new one. I shopped around and decided on a Kia Soul. I went to Joey Griffin Kia, and found a Certified Pre-owned Soul. Paperwork was fast and easy. The staff was awesome! I drove the car home. Less than a month after driving the car, the engine started knocking. The dealership replaced the engine under warranty, and provided me with a rental car while the repairs were being made. Ive had my car back for 5 months, and when I see the young lady that works in the service department, she still asks if everything is working ok with the car. I recommend Joey Griffin to anyone looking for a new or pre-owned vehicle!

I used to get treated well here. Since the move Ive had nothing but issues and excuses from the service department. The salesmen still are some of the nicest Ive ever met. Still doesnt help the situation at all.

This review is based off the service department, they are by far the best Ive ever seen. I went through alot with my car and they were with me every step of the way. From stephanie at reception, to Anthony as the mechanic and Randy as the manager. I had an bad engine and an issue a few months later, they were perfect! Randy gave me status and update calls. Called them to get the paperwork for the engine work because u lived elsewhere when the other issue came up and Stephanie made sure Anthony the guy that installed the new motor gave me a follow up call to talk through my current issues. They are awesome!

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! We bought a platinum warranty with a 2015 Optima thats worthless. The navigation unit went out and the only option they give is to have the unit taken out and drive the vehicle for two weeks while they send it off to get fixed. Then have to take the vehicle back to have the new unit put in. Of course they refuse to provide a rental during this time and could care less that its a total inconvenience to the customer.

The smallest prize for their promotional event is $3. The gas it cost me to get here and home cost more than that...if you’re going to do a promotion, at least give enough to cover someone’s gas to get to the dealership. Makes me feel like it’s a scam. Not cool.

I went in on a Sunday afternoon and was greeted by everyone. Usually salesmen are pushy but not there. They were very friendly and approached me very professionally. Thomas walked me through the entire process and tried to meet my needs. I went on thinking im going to drive out with a preowned vehicle. Instead him and his staff worked tirelessly to put me in a brand new 2019 kia forte within hours in my preferred color choice. I will definitely be referring my family friends and coworkers to them.

If I could give 0 stars I would, the sales man I spoke with was quite rude and I did not feel at all welcome. Luckily I did find another Kia place further away with courteous salesmen.
