Overall it was a positive experience, although it did take a little longer than I had anticipated. Kenny Perkins, the Branch Manager, was very nice and friendly. He took time to explain every part of the process to us. We walked out with a check which was about what we had anticipated. The office is also conveniently located just a couple of miles from our home so getting there was not hard.

Got good on time reliable service.Would love to have gotten about 300.00 more for 1999 Ford Crown Vic.Little engine trouble of misfiring plug(cost of at least 1500) to fix.I was the only ownerand bought it brand new 20 years ago.Still looks good.Brandon did try to get me more for the car.Yes I would recommend this place.On a scale of 1-10.I would give a 9.Thanks Brandon(mgr.ofthis office)
