First of all. I took my vehicle there. One week had a nail in my tire. Week after I had a screw. I was so discouraged. I call Mr. Rick the service manager. He said let me research. I told him I was at work. I only get an hour. Without hesitation, He said well I guess we will come get your vehicle. I started shouting. Saying there is a God. Sometime what is important to you. Isnt always as important to others. So with that being said. I thank you. Especially you Mr. Rick and to your friendly staff.😊

I purchased a 2017 Jeep Wrangler buying process was quick and easy. The day after I purchased it for I noticed the rear passenger wheel was heating up to the point you couldnt even touch it. Took it back the next day. They stated that it was the parking brake and that they fixed the issue. A few months later I noticed it was getting bad again. So I took it back to see if they could look at it once more thinking it was the same issue. I had an appointment for 8 AM, I returned after work at around 3:30 pm to find it hadnt been looked at. Eventually they took it in and they determined it was the brake caliper sticking. I was quoted about $280 for parts and labor they did offer a 10% discount but I would still come out cheaper to do the Install myself, so I did. But I am dissatisfied with the appointment issue and the fact that I spent over $30,000 on a vehicle and I still had to put work and money into it for an issue that I brought it in the day after I bought it.

John in parts was amazing, Gabe Rowe happened to have a transmission in stock that literally nobody in three states had (even in much larger markets), If ordering locally would have take me a month to get this transmission. My shop is in Roanoke, Va, just shy of 4 hours away. John made it easy for a distant purchase, he had the transmission ready when my guy arrived and turned around fast. As well as he was a pleasure to deal with unlike many dealer parts departments. Thank you Gabe Rowe but more importantly thank you John in parts! hope we get to do business again!

I just traded in my car for a pickup truck. I was extremely happy with Jessica and the rest of the staff. I purchased the car from a big dealership in Raleigh two years ago and was pressured into purchasing so many add-ons. Later I felt like I was scammed. Jessica made sure that I got the trade in value for what I still owed and no one pressured me to purchase add-ons. In fact, they used a credit union in Texas to secure the best financing rate. I am having friends and family go to Jessica from now on!

I have had disappointing service from them all with one exception: Gabe Rowe Nissan. Service is easy to schedule. Eric Martin always sees that the work is done right and the turnaround is quick. Mr. Rowe has developed a team that is efficient and trustworthy. However, the thing that I appreciate the most is the courtesy and respect that they show their customers.

For more reasons than one, this is my favorite out of town Nissan dealership. While on a road trip, unfortunately my alternator died. First, my passengers and I were safe. I found Gabe Rowe Nissan online as they were about 20 miles away. I called and explained my situation to the receptionist as I was desperate to have my car serviced in order to continue my road trip. Not knowing how my day was going to turnout, as I was already making an unexpected movie, I have to say I went from frantic to calm with confidence knowing I was in good hands after I arrived. Service advisors knew who I was as soon as I mentioned my name. Eric Martin ensured my part was ordered and my car was repaired the same day. Eric was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He kept communication with me on the status of my car. The other Nissan customers were very friendly and offered suggestions on where to eat and stay the night. They could see we were displaced for the time being. To top it off, the General Manager (forgive me, I didnt get his name) checked in on us and and asked if we needed anything. He ordered us a cheese pizza and it was the best cheese pizza we ever ate and the three of us devoured it, we hadnt eaten all day. We could not believe how extremely genuine, amazing, nice and empathetic everyone was at this dealership. It is so nice to know, with all that is going on in our country today, there are truly good people and down-home friendly businesses who truly care about people and their customers. If you have a Nissan or Infiniti, please do not pass up on Gabe Rowe Nissan. Also, if youre considering a new car purchase, Gabe Rowe Nissan is the dealership for you. They will take care of you! I am so truly thankful and grateful for my experience there and they turned my nightmare into a dream! I made it to my final destination safely. Thank you to everyone! I got a 2016 Nissan in May and before I paid my first months payment my car had already broken down, I had a bad transmission in my car. Gabe Rowe did nothing to help with the $4000 worth of repairs even though I was reassured I’d have a car that would β€œrun and drive good for a long time” by the salesperson. Very unprofessional. This dealership has RICK as the Service Manager. When we first moved to NC, I tried a local dealership for my service. When I got home the oil pooled onto my driveway. I called this other dealership immediately. They laughed and said just drive it in and well put some more oil in. NO WAY I was driving a car with NO OIL! I called NISSAN in TN. They told me about RICK, at that time in Roanoke Rapids, 2 1/2 hrs from our home. He was the third ranked Nissan mechanic in the USA! I had my truck towed to RICK and he has been taking care of my truck ever since. When he moved to Rocky Mount and Gabe Rowe so did I. Rick has taken care of my truck for a decade ! He and his team of mechanics have always done excellent work and never tried to sell me something I dont need. I drive over an hour for all my checkups and service calls.Earlier this year we bought a new NISSAN at Gabe Rowe. Couldnt have gone smoother!I trust this dealership. They are HONEST EXPERTS who will do their best.

When I ask for a price he called back and said that Mr. Rowe want to meet us in person to talk price. Told salesman about contact with another dealership and the excellent price they had email us. Salesman said that Mr. Rowe said he would meet or beat the other dealerships price. Told salesman we didnt want to drive the @45 miles without a price. He called back and promised a price match or better and would even pay us gas money if we would only come talk to Rowe. Drove to Rky Mt., waited 20 min for Rowe to come in and tell us he could not match price. No gas money was offer either. Dont believe their pitch. Got excellent price from another dealer. Find what you like and shop around. I dont recommend Gabe Rowe Nissan.

My air isnt working nor are my lane or drivers assistant indicator or even the temperature reading has been ready -40 for about a month. I havent even made my 3rd payment on the SUV nor am I over the 50k that they claim you have coverage for if something like this was to happen! Then as Im driving the SUV heat controls are off but yet my feet are on fire as if the heat is on hell. This is completely unacceptable & then they wanted to charge me a diagnosis fee. FOR what? Sadly enough the guy Eric that I told about all the issues to & setup the appt was not there. I was even told that someone would get back to me & still no one has.

Spent over $2000 on my truck, had the motor taken apart and serviced, new gaskets, the works, 20 something point courtesy inspection. 1 week after getting my truck back, i discovered all my engine coolant had leaked out and i had nothing in the resevoir. Took it back to Gabe Rowe and had to pay another 500 dollars to get my water pump replaced that should have been replaced the first go around, now i have to pay the labor to pop my motor open twice. And the icing on the cake? The new water pump makes a terrible noise, sounds like the bearing is bad and will probably haft to be replaced again. I will never take any of my vehicles back here. The tow driver warned me about these guys, i should have listened. They fix what they want to and leave the rest hanging so you will haft to come back and pay that labor and diagnostic fee all over again.

First and foremost, I was quoted a price of $1300 dollars to fix my timing belt on my Nissan Maxima. Despite, living in another county and a history of past problems with Gabe Rowe and another vehicle I purchased from them I decided to give them another chance to service my vehicle. After dropping off my car I was contacted by a Gabe Rowe associate some thirty minutes later telling me my car would cost an additional $900...with no REAL expectation why! According to the service manager I told him the wrong car year, which was a complete bold face lie! As if that wasnt bad enough the rental car that they paid for didnt come with insurance, so in addition to paying for the car repairs I had to pay for the rental insurance out of my pocket! Because of the increase in cost and lack of professionalism I decided to forgo the the repairs through Gabe Rowe. Upon entering the service office the service manager tries to bill me for the rental they promised to pay for because I choose not to spend some $2000+ dollars for something that I was told would cost $1300! We literally went back and forth over a $35 dollar one day rental fee because he felt his million/billion dollar COMPANY could not afford to cover the $35.00 rental because I the INDIVIDUAL decided I did not want to pay them an additional $900! After this issue the service manager thought it was a good idea to ask me to leave my car for them to service my airbags because of a recent recall! I spent $22 dollars on rental insurance and 2 1/2 hours bringing and dropping off my car to only leave with the same problem I came with. I will never, ever go to Gabe Rowe anything for any reason!!! I will not go there even if I break down in front of their place of business! This was an absolute waste of time and one of the most horrible car experiences I have ever had. I do not recommend Gabe Rowe for anything, zilch, zero, nada!

When we bought our new car from here on March 23, we were told by 3 different salesmen that our 1st payment would be in 45 days. But in the paperwork they put 30 days for the 1st payment. If you cant do what you tell the customers you are going to do, DONT TELL THE CUSTOMER THAT YOU ARE. When we got the bill today, all they can say is we didnt agree to the 45 days. Thats why we asked 3 different people and all 3 told us the same thing! 1st payment is in 45 days. Now all they can say, Its nothing we can do! Thanks for nothing.This company doesnt want you to know how they treat customers. They removed my post on Facebook and blocked me from letting others know how they will lie to you to make that sale!

I purchased my 2011 Nissan Altima from Gabe Rowe 7 months ago, I had repair issues they fixed those fine but in the mix of fixing the repairs someone cracked my windshield, & when I questioned them Rick talked bad to me, cursing me out telling me Im a liar making me feel like Im nothing. He told me it want nothing they can do for me at all. I didnt get an apology I understand mistakes happen but when they do you are supposed to fix them. They didnt do anything to help me. It depends on what day you arrive as to what service you will get from this place. Some days you will get extremely pushy sales people that wont allow you any chance to simply look. Then there was a day more recently where I got passed off to three people before I could simply look at the inside of a car to check on the spacing for how well it would work with kids. I did buy one truck from them when I was younger and less brilliant. In my ignorance I paid way to much and did not discover a broken speaker until driving off the lot. It took me four, thats four visits, to get a simple speaker repaired becuase they had to see it, then order it, then not have the part in on time, then a two hour wait and they finally fixed it. There is far better customer service and prices worth driving to elsewhere so do not waste your time or money on these incompetent people even if you live in Rocky Mount/

Worst experience I have ever encountered with a car dealership. My Nissan broke down while on vacation as I passed Gabe Rowe. The service department, other than the people working the service counter, were extremely rude and unhelpful. Knowing I was from out of state they tried to rob me blind. Offered to buy a new truck from them, but knowing I was in a bind, the sales department just tightened the noose and would not even discuss coming off the sticker price for a vehicle being used as a demo. Plus they wanted my truck for nothing. I wouldnt recommend even stopping there to look. Drive to the next city with a Nissan dealership
