Staff is always nice and it is clean. Would like to see a more updated mix in the offering of the yogurt.

Absolutely one of my favorite places for frozen yogurt...

Their sorbets are delicious and dairy free and go great with some boba. The place was dirty but it seemed like some terrible kids had just come through and made a mess and they just hadnt had enough time to clean.

Lol I don’t understand why people give them like 1 or 2 star. I mean 3 4 and 5 are understandable like 3 and 4 if you had an issue and 5 if you didn’t but I mean I just spent like an hour reading through the comments and none of the issues seemed terribly bad :/ maybe just a new staff and a few more customer guidelines would fix those people’s issue?? I don’t know but I love this place and have never had an issue. Except one time when I was getting fudge it squirted all over me lol but it wasn’t the employees or sweet frogs fault it was mine but it was funny. Any who yeah 5 star 😊💕

My little brother loves going to sweetfrog. We like the yogurt and toppings. Today i took my dad and brother the employees were in the back doing something we had to wait a little bit till i had to scream hello to pay. I told the girl sorry and she didnt respond she had kind of a rude attitude. I apologized instead of them for getting their attention while there was other people behind us waiting too. I will be back though!

We took a break from Sweet Frog, but have since returned. I have erased my original review and this is my new one....Sweet Frog is an enjoyable place for a low-fat, healthier option dessert. The flavors seldom to never change, but we have our favorites and generally like the new things we try. I also like that they will give you sample cups if you are not sure.

If you havent been here you need to go today. Especially now that the weather is warming up. This place has an incredible line of frozen yogurts. I was splendidly surprised when my 7 year old daughter finally talked me into going there with 3 free coupons. There is a buffet of toppings that are just out of sight ranging from fruits like strawberries, white chocolates, little gummies bears, nuts and sweet candies. It was a great way to spend time with the kids. You pick your cup size, pick your favorite flavor and all the toppings you want. You pay by weight. (by the ounce).

Brought my kids here. Food was fine but when it came time to pay my total was like 10.06 I handed the lady a 20 and then a quarter (so I could get an even 10) instead of taking my quarter she hands it back and says I already put in the amount SORRY. Im sorry but Ive been in customer service for 15 years and a cashier at least 6, last time I checked you had to know simple mathematics to be a cashier....

My daughter had been asking to go to Sweet Frog all day, but I had never heard of it. I googled it and found the Rockwall location....or well kind of. The google maps directions led to the wrong place but thankfully the phone number allows for assistance lol...the worker who answered was helpful in providing directions for us to find it...so thats a good ending to a little gps frustration. Anywho, the setup is very neat and nice...we arrived at the end of the night, so it was a pretty lowkey atmosphere. With it being our first time, getting a little direction for how everything works would have been nice but I figured it out in the end and was pleased with the variety of yogurt flavors...i follow a plant based diet so the dairy-free option was heaven sent. We all loved our selections and will be returning...considering using this location for my daughters bday festivities...we shall see.

It’s gotten cleaner over the pst few months but normally dirty while the kids that work there just stand behind the counter. Today there were three kids behind the counter. One of them was eating a bowl of yogurt while “teaching how to be great at customer service if you get a secret shopper” she said that very important so you can get an extra $100. They will know your a secret shopper if you ask if this is a nationwide chain and where are the other locations. Also if you start to take pictures of the merchandise and restrooms.I would have rather them spend the time wiping the dirty counters and tables. It would have also been nice to see a smile on just one of the three faces. I only gave it 2 stars because my yogurt was great.

I visited Sweet Frog for the first time several weeks ago. The staff was super friendly. The yogurt and toppings were fantastic. The place was very neat, clean, and family friendly. I was very impressed. Additionally, today, Sweet Frog catered for the field day event at Heritage Christian Acadamy. The owner, Luke, provided over 300 kids with chocolate, vanilla, and strawberry yogurt. Toppings were fresh and yogurt wasnt runny or melted. I give Sweet Frog Rockwall 5 stars. I love it, and its not just because of the fruity pebbles!

Decent selection of flavors and toppings. It is a bit pricey, but they have quite a few specials and their loyalty program is pretty good.

Wish it was more reasonable for what you get. Seems like to much is spent on branding materials and not on customer service or cleanliness. So instead of a once a week treat spot with my granddaughter, it is once a month.

This place is good, but, pricey. The last time I went I was disappointed by the lack of flavor variety. But, the topping choices are plentiful! Not a place for a large family on a budget!

I love how the have real ice cream besides the frozen yogurt. What really bother me was the fact that I was trying to pay and I was standing in front of the register waiting for someone to come and none of the two girls came so I had to whistle to get their attention. When a lot of people started to come it they both were by the register talking to each other about personal stuff with their backs turned to the customers, so disrespectful!!!

Only thing that would improve this popular, extremely clean, fun place with excellent,fresh, quality ingredients and toppings would be if they gave full nutritional facts next to each flavors sign, like I 💓 Yogurt does. It is helpful that Sweet frog does tell me something is GF, or Lowfat, but I also need to know cholesterol counts, etc.

The product is great, store is dirty bathrooms are so dirty you might need a tetanus shot after. The teen behind the counter everytime we take the kids is flirting with some teenage boy and giving him and his friends free ice cream. Maybe she should clean and not worry about what her boyfriend d thinks of her.

SweetFrog frozen yogurt is great, the toppings are wonderful and the restaurant is always clean and neat. And, if I hadn’t had a bad experience at SweetFrog the review would end there and I’d give them five stars. But, I can only give SweetFrog three stars because they are just a little too greedy!!! SweetFrog claims to be PREMIUM frozen yogurt and they charge a premium price. I won’t fault them for that. Like every business they want to make a profit. However, I will fault them for being so greedy that they refused me a drink of water because, as the young lady working told me “they are not allowed to give customers water from the sink behind the counter to drink because they sell bottles of water.” Really!!! What kind of restaurant refuses to give water to a customer? Every ice cream and frozen yogurt restaurant (premium or not) that I’ve ever visited (other than SweetFrog) will gladly give a customer a free cup of water if the customer requests it. For example, Yumilicious Frozen Yogurt shops keep a pitcher of fresh iced water with small cups out for customers. So, in conclusion, SweetFrog has a good product but their goal is to extract every penny they can from every customer so don’t expect to get even a free drink of water at this restaurant.
