I wanted to surprise my friend for her birthday but unfortunately she wasn’t home. Rexanne was so patient while I tried to reach someone else from her household. I placed an order 2 days in advance to be delivered for my wifes birthday and, not only they delivered it at 9PM, which is ridiculous to me, since the whole point in sending her an arrangement is to make her day even more special, but the worst part was the flowers she got. Not worth $126 and DEFINITELY NOT what my wife deserves.
Order was marked out for delivery at 2 pm but didn’t get delivered until 5:30 after the store closed at 5 mind you. The chocolate is melted and the cookies that were substituted at the last minute, due to the cheesecake not being available yet still available for purchase on the website, are broken. The fruit has been sitting out for so long that it’s falling off the sticks and dripping in the bag. I will never order from this place again. The communication is horrible. I’m SO glad this is what I get to present to my family member for their birthday. What an absolute joke.
After reading all the bad reviews I cant believe this store is still in business! The order I placed was incorrect and delivered a day late. I placed my order on Friday to be delivered on Saturday. I get a voice message on Saturday at 4:59 PM from Gary saying they had quite a few orders today and only 1 delivery driver. They can either deliver it on Sunday, later in the week, or I can get a refund and asked for me to call them back. When I called back they were already closed! The store closes at 5:00 PM. I called the next day which is Sunday and speak to Gary. He tells me they tried to get a hold of me and left a message. I told him yes you did, 1 minute before closing. He said they didnt know they were not going to be able to deliver my order until 4:00 ish. They open at 9:00 AM on Saturday. He said I was the last customer to be contacted. I wasnt upset about not having enough delivery drivers to get my order out in time. I was upset they called me 1 minute prior to closing. If they would have called ahead of time I could have picked up my order and delivered it myself. He said they would get my order delivered on Sunday and add a box of 6 count chocolate chip cookies. My order was delivered on Sunday, but the cookies were not received with their order.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION. I ordered 24 strawberries and 6 cheesecakes for an anniversary party at our office. I called to check status of our order around 2pm after it was already marked out for delivery and was told that the 6 cheese cakes I ordered wouldnt be delivered because they were out of them. Which is fine but I wish they had called because I would have asked them to replace the cheesecakes with some other item. I called again around 3pm because our office closes at 5pm and we still had not received them and we wanted to surprise our employee. They told me it would be about 30 min. Then after 30 min after that, the order was still not here so I called a few times and left 2 messages and they ignored my calls. They stopped answering calls completely. The strawberries just arrived a few min ago just before our offices closed. I am glad we at least got some of what we ordered before 5pm BUT this has been a ridiculous experience and our company will never order from Edible Arrangements again.
Ordered the birthday celebration bundle to be delivered .My wife sends me a picture of 2 strawberries and a piece of pineapple! The order was missing popcorn and 2 mini cheesecakes! I call the store and the lady says “oh nobody called you to tell you were out of cheesecakes ?” No! I even called the store to track it and no one mentioned it! Very disappointing! On top of that the chocolate was melting when she opened it ! Edible Arrangements was a complete waste of money!
I ordered for my grandmas birthday admitted late, but I was assured it would be delivered same day! I asked for a confirmation email because I’m in another state, they wrote email down charged me but I never got email. Grandma did not receive what I ordered her! I called they said someone got the address wrong and that they tried to reach out but they did not!! They didn’t email or call or go to the house or text nothing. So they fixed the address and assured me it would be there yesterday, yet again it was not delivered. I called to see what happened and they didn’t even have an excuse she said “corporate doesn’t allow us to deliver after a certain time.” I called at 10am!!! I asked for a refund and an email to confirm my refund I was sent an email about the order but it says nothing about refund! This is the first and last time will ever try to order from edible arrangements. They weren’t even sorry and didn’t even apologize for this and I just find this absolutely ridiculous!UPDATE: they did ask me to reach out to them, I did do that but they never responded!
Im very upset that my order was incorrect. I did not receive my cheesecakes or a happy birthday balloon and was not notified by the substitution that you guys made on my order, and I was still charged for these items that I did not receive. I also left a voicemail on September 22nd 2021 on the Rockwall location edible arrangement and never heard back.
Ordered a fruit basket and cookies to be delivered today as a birthday gift and of course - they weren’t delivered. I don’t live in Forney so I assumed they were delivered but my son confirmed they were not. Now reading the terrible reviews, I would have never ordered from here- so disappointed and I feel terrible that my gift wasn’t delivered on their birthday! I will be demanding a refund- I am so mad. Don’t order from here. Update- they just sent the arrangement but only part of it. I have no idea why they would deliver at 8:45 at noght and only part of the order?? Still disappointed and no cookies with the order!
My son who is deployed in the Army ordered an arrangement for his mother for mothers day.He ordered it 10 days out to be sure it would be there. They told him it was on its way right up to closing time.As yall can tell by the review, it didnt get delivered.I am seeing from other reviews that this is standard practice for this place. Wont make that mistake again.
After ordering an arrangement at 1420, and paying extra for same day delivery, its the next day and the status STILL says making your arrangement. How is this considered acceptable service? I will be disputing this charge immediately, and will NEVER do business with Edible Arrangements again.
You are better off buying a fruit tray and some chocolate at your local grocery store. Be advised that your order will be delivered 5-6 hrs. after you place it. The arrangement was nothing near what they advertise. The strawberries aren’t fresh and you will only get a tiny amount of chocolate over them. The lettuce used as a base was soggy and the entire packaging was covered in water from the sweat. You are better off going to Tiff’s Treats or ordering elsewhere. There was never a manager on duty to speak with and I was not able to cancel my order on time or get a refund even after speaking with customer service. It was my first and last time doing business at this location .
Initial experience was great. After that, not so much. Ordered some chocolate covered strawberries for delivery Saturday before Valentines. Terrible winter weather came in and I was given a courtesy call to let me know they couldnt deliver, but would be happy to reschedule (very nice lady, sorry dont remember her name). No problem, I understood, and I told them next Saturday would be fine since thats when everything was going to clear up.It is now next Saturday afternoon (great weather and driving conditions finally!!) and I have received no delivery, no call/email, and no update on the order status online. Called the store and the guy said because of weather they cant deliver but we can reschedule. I asked why I wasnt notified like last time and all he had to say was I dont know. No sorry, no nothing. So I canceled my order and will go elsewhere. Thanks for nothing.
DON’T DO IT! How is this location still even open or able to run? It’s just a scam at this point! My review is the same as ALL of the others on here. Placed an order the prior day, for pickup the following day at 11am. Never got anything saying it was done so decided to drive up there to check on it since yeah...they DO NOT answer the phones..ever. When I walked in no one was in the front but I could see younger people in the back “working.” They even saw me but never came out. I tried calling while in the store and couldn’t even hear a phone ringing so that explains why no one answers the phone. It’s now the following day and I still haven’t received my order or any notification of what’s going on. I’m just trying to cancel or get my money back at this point. Not sure how since there’s no way to get in touch with anyone at this store. If they couldn’t fulfill the order, just say that! I now have 2 disappointed kiddos who couldn’t surprise their grandma with her favorite treat for her birthday. Thanks for that...
I ordered an arrangement at 12:00pm today only after confirming that delivery would be made same day. The lady that I placed order with even said that they would get busy on my order now. It is now after 6:00pm and my card has been debited, but no delivery. I spent $100 and specifically said that I needed it delivered today. Location has since closed for the day so I am unable to get in touch with someone. Not a happy customer!
I initially placed on April 22, 2021 for May 9, 2021. I never received a update on my order. I kept calling the store to see if I could arrange it for pick instead but the automatic system stated they were closed and hung up. The gift was for my mother which who lives 3 hrs away and she was in town for mothers day. Needless to say my order was never delivered I had to go pick it up. The presentation was very poor and one of the cookies was chipped and the other one was broke. Im very disappointed in this location. Ive been shopping with this company for years and I never had a issue until now.
Ordered from out of state/Was directed to this location via Edible Arrangements location finder.Had an issue with my daughters school not allowing food delivery for students but edible arrangements contacted me for a home address and said itll be delivered by end of day. Thank you!
I am having a horrible experience with 1 store in Rockwall, Texas. I ordered yesterday and they have still not delivered. I called the store multiple times with no answer. I called the customer service number listed, it goes to voicemail. In the meantime, the event this was supposed to be for has passed and they say the store closes in 2 hours. I am disappointed, I cant even speak to a person so I can cancel and order from another store. This ranks right up there with the worst customer service ever.
I am not surprised to see so many bad reviews for this place. I would not even give 1 star but I had to. Ordered for a friend whos father had passed. Was supposed to be delivered on Friday 2/26/21. The order showed delivered online but it wasnt. Called for days and no answer. Had to drive to store and was told several lies. Lie #1. they couldnt find the order number. I give the phone number and they pull the order up. Lie #2 we were contacted about the order not being delivered. Again when we looked it up it shows delivered. Manager said they computer system automatically marks delivered whether it is or not. Wow!!! Lie #3 that are money was refunded and it was not. All this by the manager of the store. I will NEVER EVER order from this place again. I dont know who teaches them customer service but all they learned was the lying part. Smh
I would rate 0 if possible. I placed an order days in advance, paid for the order, and when I arrived to pick it up at the schedule time, I was told they did not have what I ordered. There was no phone call or offer to remedy. I received am Im sorry, and my refund. Extremely unprofessional. Never use them if youre planning something special.
No customer service whatsoever and they don’t even listen to directions when it comes to spelling names. A waste of $50 for basic chocolate covered strawberries. They didn’t even put the white swirls on any of them. Don’t waste your time. Go somewhere else!
How disappointing they are in Rockwall. My 2 grandchildren, were so excited to bring me an arrangement for my birthday, only to be disappointed that no employees would come to the front of the store or answer the phone for their pickup today. I order days ago for my daughter 17th birthday. she has been waiting all day and it never came and now there close... I will be there for a refund... soShe and put that 135.00 in her pocketI dont understand why i dont get a phone call or nothing. Read the reviews first!! I didnt think to read reviews for a delivery service as big as this company, but definitely need to. Theres a reason they are rated 3 stars out of 70 reviews. I placed an order on Monday, to be delivered Tuesday. I got the confirmation email, but Tuesday night came around, and my daughter didnt receive her surprise. Edible arrangements did not give me a call or email letting me know anything. I had to call them this morning, where a guy said it didnt make it out for delivery yesterday but delivering it today. Then whats the point of picking the day on their website and paying for the service, if theyre not going to do that. Never using this company again.

I ordered an edible arrangement for my sister and this will be the first and last time I order from this location. I ordered her an arrangement that was suppose to have dipped strawberries in it. They delivered her arrangement after 7pm the day of her birthday and honestly I think it was because I had called around 430pm and left a vmsg bc she hadnt gotten it yet. Not only did I get the arrandgemnt I laid $55.00 for but the extra $5 for the birthday balloon wasnt with the arrangement either!! They never answer the phone and if you can do yourself a favor and go with a different location because you are not getting what you paid for nor the amount customer service necessary to ensure your matter is taken care of . Considering that these arrangements are for peoples special occasions the lack of care, efficiency and concern is just unacceptable. Take your money somewhere else, trust me!
Worst experience Ive ever encountered! Ordered Thursday morning for same day delivery. Paid extra. Never arrived. Wouldnt you think if you screwed up someones order, they would be the first delivery the next day? 5:00pm on Friday, still no delivery. 2 calls, got the delivery charge refunded, be there by 3. Nope! Called back, no answer! Left a message to cancel and better refund my money! Never again!
I made an order for my daughters 21st Birthday and college ring gifting. I ask for the arrangement to be delivered by 11:00 am and by 2pm it had not arrived, we where told that it was on the wrong truck and they had arrived back at the store with the $109.00 arrangement and said they had to remake it but when it arrived by 3 pm it was very wilted and not very tasty at all!! So disappointed with my first order and will probably not order again. The arrangements look so much better on the web sight.☹️
My husband decided to get me my favorite thing in the world for our anniversary which was Chocolate covered strawberries. Paid an extra fee to be delivered same day only to be delivered the next day and not fresh at that. No notice, he had to call the next day after I never received them. He also regretted not reading reviews so do yourself a favor, order from other locations because they clearly do not care for the person receiving the gift nor the one sending.Edit to add ; they did not receive a call from me complaining only because my husband has such a great heart and decided to not make a fuss. But hunny, I would have. Customers pay premium prices for premium customer service, not sure how this location thinks it can be otherwise.

I ordered the birthday bash celebration for $129.99 on November 3rd to be delivered on November 7th. I contacted the store on November 7th and they said that the order would be delivered by 2:30. I called the store several times after 3 pm until 5pm with no answer. The store does not open until Monday and the arrangement was never delivered. I expect a full refund and will no longer do business with Edible Arrangements.

My wife tried to surprise me with something for my birthday and, although it was ordered in advance, they did not have it ready and were so nonchalant about the fact that they can’t meet deadlines to save their lives. The employee Bobby is extremely incompetent and has zero customer service skills. Take your business elsewhere. You’ll be truly disappointed with this place.
DO NOT order same day delivery! I ordered a get well bouquet for my Godmother around 2pm and the order tracker finally said it was delivered around 11pm even though the website says the latest they deliver is at 9pm. I wish they would have called or emailed to reschedule the delivery or at least let me know it would be delivered past 9pm because who wants to wake up in the middle of the night for a food delivery! Definitely not spending that much money again on fruit that takes 10 hours to be delivered

March 1st received a birthday gift from them. I was out of the country by the time I returned everything was shutdown! I assumed they weren’t essential. Normally we get a million emails from them. Why didn’t we get something that says we are still open! She said it expired March 31st my system won’t allow me to put it in. They can do whatever they want but I get it losing too much money!! I won’t use this one again. Honestly you can get this same products from better stores anyway
Placed an order on October 16th for my hubs Birthday. Order never arrived- No email, call, text form of communication givin to why the order was delayed.. tried to call several times day of- called the next day- NO one answers! So I drive up to the store. The stores hours list they’re open, door locked with a note on the door saying call the store. So I call AGAIN- all of a sudden I see an employee pop there head out to see if someone’s at the door.. NO wander no one answered the phone before... Anyways- she lets me in.. I ask for a refund and she’s looking into it. She says it’s in transit and will be delivered today. I said no just refund me. She CAN’T because they sent it to the Rockwall store.... she did try to call Rockwall and see if they could do over the phone but of course NO answer- anyways I ordered it at the GARLAND store?! Can’t help- so I drive on over to Rockwall. They try to tell me Garland has to do it. I said well call them and ask why they couldn’t do it 20mins ago when I was just there.. go figure No answer on the phone. Hey all of a sudden they can do the refund for me now... now wait 3-5 days for your money that we took and wasted your time. The BIGGEST headache! Don’t waste your time on either of these locations- Garland or Rockwall! I get covid but common sense, and some kind of communication is all that needs to be giving! Also the health department should do a pop up to the locations.. I’m pretty sure the girl at the register using the same gloves that was used on a chocolate arrangement and then touched on the register, money, phone, and customer credit cards isn’t following code?!Definitely not ordering from them again!
Ordered a delivery on valentines day. It was promised to be delivered. No delivery and no phone call. Busy day, i get it. No problem. Called to cancel the next day. They insisted its getting delivered and asked that i dont cancel. Sweet. All is good. Again, no delivery and no phone call. Ive done business with this place several times. Never again. My daughter ordered a $70 Mothers Day gift for me it did not come until almost 9 p.m which was really disappointing to her she is young and so she was anxious to see me open up my Mothers Day gift her being out of town and all why 3 stars b?the chocolate strawberries were huge and delicious and I loved the sample pack that it came with
I ordered a birthday package of strawberries and pineapples for same day delivery. The first delivery appeared as though it had been shaken around and was not what I expected for 40 bucks. Upon request, they sent another package that looked much more presentable. I really appreciated their willingness to replace what I ordered.
Update I was very impressed with the manager of this store who called me immediately to remedy this situation and because of her quick and professional response I will definitely order from them again! Also my daughter said the strawberries were delicious!I ordered the “For all your Love” box of 12 for 49.99 for my daughter for Mother’s Day because of the beautiful presentation I knew she would love it, however, the white chocolate hearts with “Happy Mother’s Day” we’re broken which may seem not important to someone but the wow factor was very important to me for her.

Completely mortified. Sent an arrangement as a sympathy to a friend and they left it out in 102 degree weather. My friend got home to it wilted HOURS later. How disgusting. And to top it off for a serious occasion. Unacceptable.

Ordered a valentines for my husband to be delivered on Valentines Day. It is 5:30pm and nothing. I have called twice to be told it should be here before 9pm. Thats it there is nothing else but that? I ordered for the day not for the night. The order was $120 and nothing on the website said there would be an issue with delivery or be delayed. It Valentines, you should have been prepared. Just an update it never arrived. I got a Voicemail offering a partial refund and delivery the next day or Thursday. Who wants old fruit? Partial refund for ruining the day?
So far having a bad experience. My friend wanted to surprise me and ordered me something from Edible. Delivery missed me on the fist delivery attempt on Thursday and left a door hanger saying sorry we missed you, please call us with the Garland Firewheel location address and number on the card. So I called Garland. They couldnt find me in their system. After searching for a while, I was advised to call Rockwall location. I called Rockwall and the lady on the phone found me immediately. She said it will go on delivery again next day and if I am not home again, i will need to pick it up from them. I said okay and asked her around what time it will be delivered on Friday. She said I am in the first round. Nothing came on Friday. Now I am waiting for it to come Saturday. Probably will miss it if it comes in the afternoon.
Ordered an arrangement for my wife for Valentine’s Day. I ordered well in advance of the rush. Once I ordered I checked the system and it stated the store had my order. On Valentine’s Day I checked the system again and it stated the same thing. All was well or so I thought. When the delivery did not arrive by 2pm I became concerned.I actually called the store several times after 3pm and was constantly hung up on. I would say hello and then hear people in the background and then click. I called corporate to see if I could just go and pick it up. I was told I could not because my order may already be out for delivery. I waited and waited and then finally called corporate again around 845pm and was told to contact the store manager in the morning. I visited the delivery location today for my refund. This was the first and the last time I ever order anything from this company.
If you order pass 2 or dont matter what time you should not expect it to get there asap they have many places to deliver to I order at 3 pm and came in at 7 but she loved it so thumbs up to this place
Today was one of the worst experience that I’ve had with edible arrangements in Rockwall I place an order on May 1 to be delivered for Mother’s Day on the a.m. I called him at 1:30 and asked for the manager Roxanne she came on the phone and promised me she will have my arrangement in 30 minutes went back and call at 3 o’clock And ask for the manager she didn’t even bother to come to the Phone some other lady gave me the delivery person phone number to come to find out when I placed the order they took down the wrong address the wrong phone number when I spoke to the manager the first time I gave her my phone number to give to the driver which she never didThis place really sucks
I always order my mom edible arrangements for Mother’s Day, but this is the first year I’ve ever been disappointed. I ordered online several days ago, and arranged to have them picked up by me today at 11 am. I walked in and asked for my name and said that they would go to the back to get it. After about 7-8 minutes, someone comes to the front and tells the cashier lady that they can’t find my order. So then they go back again after the cashier lady says to just grab someone else’s order and they’ll fix it later. After almost another 5-6 minutes, they come out with an arrangement and called me over to get my order. When I walk over, I tell them that that isn’t what I ordered. So then someone from the back said that she’ll find it, she just needs the name. So I told her my name and she found it within 30 seconds. I’m kind of amazed at how bad the communication was there. I waited a total of 20 minutes for some very poorly dipped strawberries, too. I highly recommend other locations, just not this one.

I’m glad I gave this place a second chance! 1st experience HORRIBLE!!! 2nd chance happened because I forgot and was in a bind so I decided to give this place a second chance. So glad I did! This experience was fabulous! From the time I placed the order to it being delivered! I highly recommend this store and it will be on my go to list!!!
I ordered a surprise gift for my spouse for Valentines Day and at checkout I was informed it was going to be delieved on time. Later that day they told me it wasn’t going to be delivered in time. I called to see what was going on and the lady gave me and incredibly disrespectful attitude and began to argue with me. She also told me that they did not need my business and hung up on me. To make matters worst she also called my spouse and told them about the gift (that was meant to be a surprise) and told them that they weren’t going to receive it until the following day. The staff at this location really needs to change their attitude towards customers and have more common sense if they are planning on staying in business.

I ordered chocolate covered strawberries for my Mom for Valentines day. They didnt deliver the until 8:45pm. My Mother is 68 yrs old and had already gone to bed for the day. So they ruined what was supposed to make her day. I called three times over a 3hr period of time and every time they said it was being delivered. I wont ever order from them again. I will go to Sharis Berries were they deliver during normal hours not at 9:00pm.
Edible arrangements of Rockwall is a very poorly run business. I ordered an arrangement for my daughters birthday Feb 15th. We waited till 3:00pm that day and no delivery. So we called and they said that it was not even made yet, but it would be delivered before 8:00pm. No delivery or call from them. We called this morning Feb 16, and the arrangement was not even ready and the excuse was our computers were down. What a load of lies, so we asked for a refund and the lady actually asked at that point if they could deliver today. Thanks for ruining a gift for our 15 year daughter. I hope that a lot of people read this and make sure you dont get any more orders to fulfill till you learn how to run a business. I would give them a negative rating but the stars dont allow for that.
I ordered an anniversary arrangement for my wife the manager there personally made sure it was delivered to my wife they are making every effort to make sure the arrangements are fresh and on time the customer service was outstanding
Do I have to give even one star? I made an address mistake and attempted to immediately notify the store, they told me several different stories, had a driver text me the contact info so I could take the time to hunt down my order and long story short, I received a phone call BEFORE 8am the next morning from the manager who was calling to let me know what I said, did and entered in that was wrong before she said she was trying to make it right even though it was my mistake. Apparently at this location they will make a half hearted attempt to help you, but only after you admit that you, the customer who paid for a service that was never rendered, are in fact wrong. I just cant believe I had to deal with this for 2 days, never got the order delivered and now Im having to wait for the bank to investigate it being a fraudulent charge due to services never being rendered. What a mess. Order through a different location and save yourself the drama of a manager calling to wake you up and be rude first thing in the morning.
I will never order anything from this company that is owned by idiots. They never get the order right or deliver the day tht is requested, even when you order three to four weeks early and it never their fault. The customer is always wrong.

He just stayed quiet and I was nice and he said ok. Im like ok, he said alright bye. No Im sorry! Let me give you a discount on your next order! NOTHING! So rude! I ordered a bouquet for a co worker and spent $138, so I should of recieved my free BIRTHDAY 12 count for spending over $29. When the driver gets there she does have my box. So call to ask if they could the one thats 5 mins away from where I was at to make it and Ill pick it instead me driving 30 mins for their mistake. I had to drive 4 hours away back home I can not drive to you nor wait 30 minutes to bring it. Then the UNEDUCATED managet calls me back like Im not supposed to be upset and tells its not a big deal I can get it to you in 30 mins. I just told him I had to go. So they refused to take care of the customer, they refused to ask the other store I was close too. I would not recommend this place to anyone especially the way the UNEDUCATED store manager treated me. Im sure they didnt take it off. So I will never get my box!!!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WAS I COULD GIVE THEN NO STARS!!!
I received an edible arrangement from a patient who I and our staff assisted. He was very appreciative as he had the problem for over a year.
It’s was my first time ordering for my wife for I anniversary I was kind of nervous but everything came out great .

Ordered valentines gift for my wife. Iplaced my order on January 2nd. They had plenty of time. They close at 7. At 6:30 when no one had showed up i started calling the store to get no answer at all. They never showed. Our first valentines day together and i slept on the couch . super pissed. Biggest let down. Never ever again.
I ordered some stuff for V-Day and it never arrived. Attempted numerous emails and calls but nothing. First time in 13 years with my wife that I failed on V-Day.
I have gottrn 2 of these edibla arangements sent to me on my Birthday and i sent one to my granddaughter. . All were excellent and the fruit was fresh and delicious. Sending one to my Daughter!
My fiancé placed an order over a week in advance to have something delivered for me on Valentine’s Day. I called him as I was leaving work at almost 6pm, he asked me if I had received anything at work. I told him no and he told me that I should gotten something delivered to me. I had to go to the store myself and see what the problem was since they were not answering their phone. There was at least 6 people in the store all with the same problem. When I told the employee my name and order #, girl went to the back and came out with a bouquet. It had a tag on it. She proceeded to take off the tag/note (I’m guessing it was someone else’s and not mine) and hand it to me, she said here you can have this one. No explanation of why it was not delivered. My fiancé orders an edible arrangement for me every year on Valentine’s Day and we have NEVER had this problem. We will be using Sherry’s Berry’s from now on.

Called to ask some questions after already looking online at the website only to get the rudest customer service I have received anywhere over the phone and just to be told to go look online rather than helping me out. The girl was obviously not interested in making a sale and she was awful. I will never order from this location again and everyone else should do theirselves a favor and go on to the next one. Horrible customer service.
Ordered my wife the valentines with the bear and balloon, seeing as I am out of town on valentines day... Only to learn at 5:00pm as she is leaving work, nothing was ever received. I called the store and it took them 5 minutes to find the order and then said it sry we lost track of it. Thanks for making me the horrible husband guys
Terrible customer service called to check on a order to get a eta only to be talked to like I was stupid. Plus I dont get how you do delevieris and your truck is a hour out?
