Great selection of ice cream and cookies. The staff was helpful and accommodating to helping our 4 kids. The snicker doodle cookies are amazing right out of the oven, we did have to wait for them to cool. Glad we went despite the negative reviews turned out to be a great visit.

We love the ice cream and cookies, but whenever we come there is only one person working and can hear several people talking in back. Always takes forever and there is usually a line that forms and no one bothers to come up front to check. They really need a better process...door bell maybe?!?! Also, I ordered a cake online, and what I got was nothing like the example. I understand we are not all artistic, but come on. Also the entire cookie cake was covered in icing, also not what I ordered.

Lailani is amazing! She has a very pleasant disposition and a smile that so bright, it beamed over the phone! I was experiencing issues placing my order online so I called the store for assistance. From the moment she answered the call until its end, Lailani was a Champ. She confirmed my order was received and made the necessary changes to accommodate my requests. She even popped in a fresh batch in to fulfill my order because the kind Id wanted were sold out.I tell ya, it is MY pleasure to write this review. Shes awesome!

Had literally none of the cookies except 2 kinds. Do not recommend coming here if you are hoping to get a specific kind of cookie.

Worst service ever! Calyn was rude and rolled her eyes because we came in the door 15 minutes before closing. Her attitude was poor and her customer service skills were absolutely unacceptable! When she swiped my card she walked off to the back and I had to grab my own receipt off the machine. She never came back out and I can promise you we wont be back!

Manager was rude and I could hear them joking in the back about another customer. Unprofessional. I think the slow one was Anna, usually dont have a problem but whoever was working lacked complete respect.

Terrible service. Wife just came home upset with no desert saying the employee was rude to her and wouldn’t serve her.

Im waiting on my cookie cake that was supposed to be done 15min ago.I gave them a 4 hour notice.I have groceries in the car, I keep getting the run around that the cake will be done in a few more minutes.I was also talking with another gentleman whos waiting on a cake that was supposed to be done Over an hour ago. When his did come out it was wrong.First time in here and for sure my last

Incredibly disappointed. I called to order for my sons 3rd bday. Ordered frosted cookies for his 3-REX themed party. Asked for green #3 with yellow spikes on the #3 like a dinosaur would have. Instead I got blue and white basic frosting with literally a tiny basic drawn #3.

So sad to know the customer service is so poor that deserve no stars but not able to give no stars, visited this place on 4/30 around 7 pm and the two ladies at the desk really are not happy to work.

THANK YOU for great customer service! From ordering on the phone to picking up my order, everyone I interacted with was very pleasant. Although there are several of these closer to my home, I will continue to use this location.

The store was clean staff was friendly. Selection of cookies could be better. The worst aspect is the prices are crazy. $5 for a small cone and almost $2 per cookie. average sized cookie with no theme. The cookie was good but no way near $2 a pop. $1 a cookie would be more reasonable. I will not be going back Tiffs Treats and places in the mall dont even charge this much.

Very nice seating, large space (shared with the Marble Slab Creamery--same seating, etc.).Plenty of parking on both sides (it is on the end of the building so it has all the extra parking).Staff was cleaning often and seemed well kept.I will update more as we visit more often (get a stronger feel for the rating).I know we look forward to getting fresh cookies when a craving hits!

Originally the cookie we ordered wasnt what we ordered. The manager Sherry contacted us to make it right. I appreciate her going the extra mile for her customers. Thank you for caring.

Absolutely terrible!! The cookies are hard and taste like they’ve been in there for days!!! The girls who work there have the absolute worst attitudes, it is ridiculous!

Just stopped by for some cookies to surprise my wife only to find that they’d closed an hour early (8p). When I knocked on the door and asked, they said that corporate told them to close early.. which is obviously BS.

Staff was very friendly and it was very clean inside. I do think that those scooping up ice cream or the cookies should be wearing gloves though.
