Disappointed they did not mix in the Cheetos into the ice cream. It was literally only sweet cream with some Cheetos on it.In addition, the Cheetos were stale, clearly left out for an extended period. The flavor was gross (but that isn’t their fault)Their card reader wasn’t working when I was there. My friend and I each tried different cards (that worked at other stores after we were there, so it wasn’t us!)Before asking permission from us. The employee tried writing down our card number to charge later. We had to stop her from taking our personal information.

We always go here for the cookies. Tonight they were very understaffed for how busy they were. Cookies are great and Sonos the ice cream.

I ordered one of the Raving Craving Sprinkle cakes, As Is. When I came to pick up it was missing two of the main features of cake. When asked why, I was told the manager didnt have time to make the waffle cones?? This cake is shown in 3 different photos in the store.Youre an ice cream business and I ordered a week in advance. If you cant make what you advertise then stop selling them!Wouldnt even give me a discount for their mistake. Never coming back here!

Very disappointed. I tried to call today to place an order on a cake for my sons birthday and even though the website says order 48 HOURS ahead of time, I was told it actually takes 72 hours. I am beyond annoyed with this company as the location in Wylie was also saying they couldnt get a cake done in time. This is extremely frustrating when franchises cannot follow what is listed on the company website.

Friendly staff and good quality chocolate with a variety of choices. We preferred the cashew one to the pecan one.

This review is for the Marble Slab only. Easily one of the single worst customer service experiences weve dealt with, and we will never recommend or spend money through this company ever again. My wife ordered a cake a week prior to picking it up and when she went in to get it the employee said there were no cakes available. When she asked if one could be made for pick up the next day the employee just stated nope. Sad that with a weeks notice a cake couldnt be made, no communication could be sent saying one couldnt be made, and when we go to pick it up we couldnt even get a single courteous response from the employee.

Very nice seating, large space (shared with the Great American Cookies--same seating, etc.).Plenty of parking on both sides (it is on the end of the building so it has all the extra parking).Staff was cleaning often and seemed well kept.I will update more as we visit more often (get a stronger feel for the rating). Look forward to getting, closer, good ice cream!

So I know our standards should be lower here during the pandemic, but my ice cream should not be half soup before I get to the bottom when I ate at a table right outside. Ice cream served too warm?

Ordered the best value and got skimped on portions. The couples ice cream before me was pouring out of the bowl. Mine barely got to the top. Very disappointed

My Kids loved the chocolate chip sandwich cookies with cream cheese frosting. Everyone was so nice.

Just tried the new Marble Slab Creamery in north Rockwall. I got a small strawberry in a chocolate dipped waffle cone. The ice cream and cone were very good but for the price they are a little skimpy on the ice cream.

Been open 11 days, but here we are. This is one of the first Great American Cookies / Marble Slab combo shops in the nation, but more are planned for North Texas and beyond.A staff of 7 teenager looking locals were running the line with 3 older managers cleaning and tending to stuff behind the scenes. Service was extremely attentive and bright. Music from Britney Spears played over the sound system.The location is also setup for cookie cakes and ice cream cakes, so they will likely develop big business for events and parties based on what I’m seeing looking around.The ice cream was delicious, the cookies were fresh and chewy. Location was especially clean and still smells new. Lots of windows and bright lighting. I counted seating for exactly 40.It’s a little hidden from the main roadway, but easy to see once you come down lakeshore.
