This is not related to the Doctor only the store portion, last year I bought my glasses and paid out of pocket for several upgrades along with my insurance, after the glasses were ready in a couple of weeks they needed the nose pieces adjusted, this simple job turned out to be a serious scratch on the lenses, had to wait two more weeks for new lenses, wife got hers at the same time and we had to go back a total of five times to get them right over a period of two Months, a year later I go back thinking things got to be better, needed a simple nose piece replaced (fell off) they scratch my lenses again with a deep scratch, now I have to wait two to three weeks to get it fixed and wear a pair of glasses with a deep scratch which looks bad and can’t be good for your eyes! Pathetic service and just plain incompetence, I will never go back here again!
I highly recommend this vision center. The entire staff is super professional, attentive, friendly and expedient. Dr. Patel is simply amazing!!! He really listens to the patient needs and provides valuable feedback. My prescription requires thick lenses and the price was half of what other retailers had offered. Thanks for providing such an AMAZING service!!!!
Asked for help getting lenses relaxed for my autistic son and they refused to help.
Dr Patel gave us the most thorough eye exam with the best care possible.
I am a employee of WM but in another town. Ive always use a competitor for my eye care test etc. I can tell you after seeing Dr. Petel who did my eye exam was way over the top. He was extremely kind and friendly and helpful. Beth was the same as well! Both were very through and made my first experience a lifetimr experience! I would send any of my friends and family to them both. Prices, service were all over the top.
Very good attention, Dr. Patel was very kind and detailed when he examined me and took the time to explain all the possible options for my new glasses.I recommend it 200%.
I havent had an eye exam since i was 13. Obviously thats too long. Getting a little far sighted now and scheduled and appointment. Had excellent service and got my glasses no problem. A+ all the way. Linda at the vision center runs a tight ship!

Used to use Dr. Li. He is no longer there. Saw Dr. Patel. Dr. Patel was inquisitive, thorough, patient, polite. Office usually isn’t very busy. I was late 15 minutes and they were able to see me as soon as my paperwork was done.
Well I cant vouch for the Doctor for I didnt get a chance to see him. I called to make an appointment with him on December 22, 2015. I wanted to make sure I had the right doctor. I called and spoke with the receptionist.Conversation goes as follows:Receptionist: Dr Li OfficeME: I want to make sure I have the right doctor, is he adjacent to WM on I-30?R: Maam, we are located on I-30, Where did you get his number? (rude tone of voice)ME: I understand you are located on I-30, but are you adjacent to WM?R: Maam we are located on I-30, How can I help you? (rude tone of voice)ME:Are you adjacent to Walmart?R: Maam we are not located in another building, HOW CAN I HELP YOU?ME: Are you adjacent to Walmart?, Like you can walk into doctors office from the vision center inside WM?R: I told you....ME: ( I cut her off at this point) Are you located next to WM but in the same building?R: Yes I told you...ME: the word ADJACENT means neighboring, adjoining And No, you can not help me. Ill just move on to another doctor.Dr. Li needs to have a long talk with his receptionist. Rockwall is a growing community with too many other doctors for me to chose from.Ive worked for 6 doctors in my past life when I lived in Houston. I would never, ever, talk to a new patient in the tone this dumb witted receptionist did to me.Sorry Dr. Li, you just lost out on seeing my entire family, all six of us.
Worst place to get your eyes taking care of.. went here 3 weeks ago because I had bad irritation in both my eyes. He checked them and sent me home with drops and said he would call in 2 days because, He was so worried about my eyes well 3 weeks later still have not received a call. Ive called numerous times and I get no answers.. Worst place ever
Wal-Mart vision screwed my glasses up. They also made a tragic mistake with my wifes glasses and DENIED it. I dont recommend their shotty performance and terrible customer service. We now use Americas best.
The optician who works in the retail department incorrectly identified my son not once, but twice! She was provided with his name, date of birth, and street address on both occasions and still managed to bring up another patient each time (on initial fitting as well as several months later). The most recent incident included providing us a paper record of another patients presciption- including name, phone number, address, prescription, purchase date, and purchase price. This is a HIPAA violation and will be reported. I will never use Wal-Marts optical services again.
OK overall. The prices are average. Service is quick.
Walmart vision center in Rockwall has the worst service! They have pushy sales ladies that have harassed customers that dont purchase more expensive lenses, that have lost our orders several times.
