Before I rave about Pearle Vision-Rockwell. Let me start by saying people matter! We were checking out frames at all locations and ended up in Rockwall. We met Kim who hands down, is the most wonderful person ever! She is so helpful, honest, and detailed. She is extremely friendly and actually takes pride and personal concern with each client including us. She makes us feel like family va just a person coming in for eve wear. Aka though I mention her by name, the remainder of the staff is also friendly and courteous. We travel over 40 minutes away just for Kimberly. We thank you for all you do and your efforts should not go without recognition!! Your rock!!!!

I wanted a second pair of glasses, and since I had already spent over $300 on my first pair I bought a Groupon for my second. Your experience will depend on who assists you. A sweet charming lady helped me. I couldnt have asked for better service. $35 on a full pair of glasses I couldnt believe it! No bells and whistles but still very nice.

The Rockwall office on Ridge had great brand named frames. I had so much fun trying on different frames! They sanitized every frame I touched which made me feel very safe from COVID. I would definitely recommend Pearl Vision.

Hands down the best place! The dr & staffs are all amazing! They’re the best. & I miss them very much. Hopefully soon I can come get a new pair of glasses.

I have glasses that I cannot see crisp out of, my computer and reading is slightly off, Pearle remade them once for me after dr changed script, still not seeing well out of them and they want to change me again if they have to be remake. Dr said to wear them for a week I have and still not seeing clearly and getting headaches. Not sure where to turn now. I cant afford to pay out of pocket again, I paid almost $500 for the pair I am trying to wear, .... Just heart broken and no one to turn to. Do I see the dr again and pay to redo the classes? Out another $500. Cant afford that....

Kim is absolutely wonderful! Went in there to get some prescription glasses and the process was so quick & easy!! Kim was very helpful, kind, and overall just a sweet lady! I was in an out in less than 10 minutes. Glasses were ready within a few hours. I cant thank say enough great things!

Amy is fantastic!!! We had such a great experience. They have an awesome selection of super cute frames and I love how they are laid out according to price. It only took 30 minutes for frames to be made! Amy took the time to look up my daughters insurance and benefits even though we didnt have an appointment or anything. She even adjusted the glasses I had bought somewhere else and cleaned all of our glasses for us. Great prices, great service, great selection... I really dont know why I would go anywhere else!

I will never go anywhere else. I called them and the lady up front worked with me by calling my doctor and getting the prescription, finding the glasses I wanted, and started the process of creating my glasses.After getting there an hour later, she made me feel like I had just spent a million dollars on glasses, never tried to up sale me anything, and treated me like I had been going there for years.Great selection on frames with 1 hour in store lens crafting.

My daughter broke the nose pads off her glasses and we walked in off the street where they repaired them, without hesitation, in less than 15 minutes. When I attempted to pay for the repair, the very polite young man smiled and said that there was no charge because they appreciated us being patients. I immediately informed him that we were not patients, but he still said that there would be no charge. I will make every attempt to return here and give them any business that I possibly can, because we were treated so well.

What can I say about this place. Other than the fact that entire staff at pearl vision rockwall is absolutely terrific. I went in for a eye exam and to get some new pair of clear lenses. All I can tell you is that I wish more places had customer service like this location. Amy and lauren are absolutely the best at what they do. The attention and knowledge they bring to there profession is amazing. As you walk in, your greeted with such a warm welcome, that made me feel right at home.Amy knew exactly what I was looking for, she really understands her customers. The whole experience was amazing. So if your ever in the rockwall area or in the DFW area, its worth making the drive to this location. Looking for glasses or contacts or just wanting a eye exam, this is the spot you want to be in.

Have been getting my glasses here for years! The staff is amazing and the manager has always done her best to ensure any issue Ive had was addressed. Plus they clean my nose piece and have replace them for me at no cost. Ive gotten more compliments in my Tom Fords this past year thanks to Amy helping me get ou of my plain black frames.
