This was my first visit. I I needed an eye exam and new glasses. I found the place immaculately clean and sanitized. Everyone I worked with was professional, friendly, extremely knowledgeable, prices were what I expected, great supply of frames, every moment in the office was a treat! Never have I felt so great having a medical procedure.

I came in to have lenses put into a frame I had purchased online. I was warmly greeted by Carley and Victoria. They both were so sweet and eager to assist me with honest feedback. They showed me a few other options since I was a little undecided but ultimately helped me order a pair of glasses Im sure Ill love. I will definitely come back here when its time for my next exam and glasses! Great job ladies!😊

Honestly, a very nice visit. I enjoyed the background music. The employees were super nice and patient with me while I was trying on different pairs of glasses. The exam was smooth and Pablo was super nice when I kept blinking while he was trying to get my eye pressure. All in all. Would definitely recommend coming here. 10/10.

Omg, this place is great! From the front desk to Dr Moulder to the optician, Victoria, they are AWESOME!! It doesnt hurt that my insurance covers a lot. This was our first time here, and it was very warm and engaging. My son is 8, and he even loved the exam before seeing Dr Moulder, and had a great conversation with Victoria about cars and his favorite basketball player. WINNING!!

Great service and fast! Been using them a couple years and never have a problem. Contacts, glasses always arrive on time and right. Exams are easy and Dr. Ross is great, as well as all the associates that work there.

I have been a patient of Dr. Moulders since 2019 and I have been very pleased with him and his staff. In 2019 I purchased a years worth of contacts and the entire process was seamless. In 2020 I purchased a pair glasses with clip on polarized sunglasses and that was a great experience as well. They haven taken the vision insurance I had (Avesis) each year and we didnt have any issues with them explaining to me what my costs would be after benefits were applied. Kenney has done a great job especially this year when I was trying to see if Lasik was a possibility and if they could still find away to take use my vision insurance before it lapsed. Victoria has done a great job in offering an alternative of using the frames I purchased last year and converting them into blue light blocking glasses while still being able to use the polarized clip on sunglasses that came with my frames. Tara (I believe that is her name) had done a great job helping me pick out these frames last year. Dr. Brier went above and beyond when I had a swollen eye last year. He told me he would do an emergency evaluation free of charge b/c he was more concerned about my health than sending me to an ER or Urgent care who didnt specialize in eye care. They have an awesome office, not only in appearance but clearly in their staff. I can also appreciate them being advocates of sanitizing and social distancing and mask wearing. So yes, I would definitely recommend TSO Rockwall to anyone. I even referred them to my mother who will be coming in before the year is up!

Best eye doctor in the Dallas area (Rockwall). Dr. Moulder and his staff were extremely professional and knowledgeable. The store was very clean and there was no wait. His staff knew all about different lenses and their pros/cons like blue blocking, etc. Dr. Moulder was very friendly and explained everything I had questions about thoroughly. Great experience.

I would give zero if I can. Not happy. Three of our family member were the customer with TSO, planning to take my other child there as well, but decided not to. I had my glasses scratched but I took back to store to see if I get my lens changed. I was told they would be able to order a new pair with some payment. My husband broke the glasses but he didn’t know what benefit with store and threw the glasses coz it’s shattered. I called TSO and asked if they would be able to order another set like mine, they refused to do so, staff have to see the broken lens as proof. We as family of four decided not to go back to TSO.

Dr. Moulder was very thorough in his examination. I felt extremely at ease. Him and his staff made me feel right at home. Dawn was truly amazing as well. She took the time to help me pick out the frames I wanted, without feeling rushed. She was very knowledgeable and patient. If you are looking for an eye doctor that truly cares, you should give Texas State Optical a try. You won’t regret it.

After lots of research on internet, we decided to visit TSO Rockwall for my son’s eye checkup. We had great experience here at TSO Rockwall. Wonderful Dr. with great people skills, Dr. Moulder is the friendliest and thorough optometrist Ive experienced with. I am also planning to take my appointment here for eye checkup. I will recommend all my friends and family to Dr. Moulder for their optometry needs.

Overall, my family and I had a great experience at TSO Rockwall. From the front desk with Norma, the exam with Dr. Moulder, and visiting with Dawn for eyeglasses, everyone was great. Office was inviting and clean. Would have given a 5-star if it wasn’t for the hidden cost of the screening photo which wasn’t covered under our insurance and never told that it was extra. Wish that cost was told up front prior to the screening. However, the office was kind to waive that fee for our first visit. We do plan to come back for our annuals.

They did the most complete eye exam that I ever had (and believe me, I went to many other places before). The lady in front desk is very kind and everyone who was there was very professional. I also bought there my glasses, and I will have them in 2 weeks!Thanks for having such an amazing service!

I was very impressed with how this office is ran. They are very organized and thorough with your exam. Also they are very explanatory. They make sure you know what you need and what you are getting.

This was an amazing experience, and what a Group!!!!! They were very friendly, courteous and the whole process from start to finish was excellent. A co-worker recommended Dr. Moulder to me and I was not disappointed. The whole team at TSO worked to make sure that both my contacts and glasses gave me the best vision possible. After wearing my glasses a couple of weeks I wasnt seeing as well as I thought I should. I went back and they got me fixed up with a few tweaks on my lenses to meet my needs and make my vision just right. I highly recommend this dedicated team. Their customer service cant be beat. Oh, and I got the cutest frames Ive ever had! I love them! Their price was very reasonable as well.

They have a terrible warranty program. There are much better warranties and customer-friendly businesses in Rockwall. We used TSO because of the proximity of the location to our home. They performed an eye exam with a retinal scan/image for my 15-year-old. They told me it was part of their routine eye exam. This is not covered by insurance so you are out of pocket an additional 35-40. We’ve never been required to get an image. We were also not informed on various lenses and what would be the best fit for the frame we picked out. The lens popped out of the frame rim within a couple of weeks. We sent off for repair for additional $25. While we were checking out for the repair visit, the new staff member informed us that the frame will never work with the lens my son has to wear. My jaw dropped. We spent several hundred dollars on frame and upgraded lens. We should have been told this BEFORE buying. After dealing with the glasses issue during COVID, we decided to go back and try to repair. We are barely inside 1 year. We contacted Kenny the manager. We were told they won’t repair them anymore because they had been repaired once before. Now, we are stuck with broken, upgraded glasses that no one will repair. Very poor customer satisfaction and service. I will notify corporate but wanted others to be aware of practices.

Such a great experience! Never have we been treated so much like family, 4 out of 5 of my family got fitted for glasses and contacts for myself, everything was so easy and explained well. We will never go anywhere else! Seriously wish we could give you guys 10 stars!

I went in about a month ago for my visit with Dr. Hina - shes so fantastic! I was originally a patient of Dr. Reids up in Allen (hes great too, BTW) and Im so happy they opened their practice here in Rockwall! The team was very friendly and greeted me with a big smile when I walked in, the office was nice and clean, and the exam was quick but definitely thorough. I highly recommend that if youre looking for a great optometrist in Rockwall that you check out TSO Rockwall and see for yourself. ;-)

I do not normally take the time to write reviews when everything is great but thought, why not? When you have bad service you are more likely to write something but I really enjoyed my experience so far with TSO Rockwall and their staff and wanted everyone to know! Dawn was so helpful when it came to picking out my frames and the rest of the staff were so friendly! I felt so welcome and even when I had a nose piece come off, they took care of me quickly and replaced both to make sure there was no problem. My previous eye doctor did not even know I was their patient, therefore the reason I changed. I do not get any feelings like that here. You almost feel like part of the family! Thanks for the great service, the newest technology and most of all the great personal service you give!

WOW! What an wonderful and refreshing experience! Finally a GREAT clinic with a great staff, great selection, friendly and helpful people and lastly and most importantly the BEST DOCTOR I have ever had! Everything from when I walked in the door to when I left was picture perfect without ANY slips or confusion. I was greeted by Stephanie and seen at exactly my appt time (NEVER HAPPENS anywhere else) and then took my pre-exam testing with Wasiq who was very friendly and informative. Afterwards, I was seen by Dr. Robertson who was very professional and made me feel at home with great conversation and a pleasant short tutorial on how to properly care for my vision and wear contacts. I am so thankful to have found this clinic in Rockwall as I am a patient for life here.
