We had a great experience with Tim! He made sure to take the time to help us find the right bed and we are sleeping sooooo much better. Im 65 and my wife is 5 on a good day. He worked with our individual needs to get the best bed for our bucks. I would recommend him and this location any day! Ask for Tim and he will not disappoint.

Andrew did an excellent job. He didnt try to push is into buying any mattress. He answered our questions where we could make an informed decision. Followed up about ship date promptly.

Great experience and fun. The sales guy ( sorry Im horrible with names) was fantastic. He was very professional and knowledgeable at the same time he made the experience really fun.

The demonstration process was very thorough and understandable. The pressure mapping was very informative and made a lot of sense. Due to the number of options available, the pricing process was a little overwhelming but provided options to better meet budget needs. Overall it was a very good experience.

Tried to get Trey to help me but he is perhaps the rudest employee I have ever dealt with at any Sleep Number store. I would call to complain to a manager but I am afraid he might answer and I might have to endure another conversation with him. You might want to check another store besides Rockwall if you are expecting someone with a good attitude.

Tim the manager is the NICEST person! We didnt know exactly what we wanted and he guided us through a no-pressure, amazing experience!

The sales staff is your run of the mill sales guys. They were nice, knowledgeable and respectful. The delivery department is the absolute worse. We canceled our entire order when the employee setting up our delivery became rude and informed us we had to work around their schedule. This company may have a good product but the customer service needs a lot of work. Considering how much money we were prepared to pay it is very disappointing.

Good experience, good information BUT the $700 savings was one thing that caught our eye only to find it was only offered for the most expensive mattress AND only if buying BOTH mattress and platform! Wasn’t clear to us in the ads! I also had a $50coupon that I forget to bring the email up to use. Since we haven’t yet received the mattress we can’t give that review. Feel a bit “taken”!
