Jene manager helped me exchange a product that a young lady with glasses charged me for when I did not put that product in counter jene went above and beyond thank u jene

Honestly I have had awful services at this store. Not only that but the female at the register that has glasses and long hair is very rude! Probably will not come back here again.

This place is for LICENSED professionals only, no it is not open to the public, you need a cosmetology/barber/manicurist or esthetician license to buy from here (and they request a license number.) we went to school for 2+ years and spent over 20k on classes so YES we get discounted salon products, its one of the perks. Thank you I love this place and I dont think it should receive a bad rating just because it is not open to the public...

I can always count on this store to have what I need or be able to find it! Love that it is family owned and operated. Lisa is extremely friendly, helpful, and really knows her stuff!
