One stud and 5 nuts missing on the PTO and leaking fluid AFTER we had sent it back to be repaired from a rebuild THEY did. They also charged us another 400 dollars to take the transmission out. My company does not recommend

Been here a few times first time coming here they fixed the problem that I had with my current car very well I had a seized ac compressor they diagnosed it and replaced it never had problems with it since so I figured I found my shop well the next time I went after about two weeks and four grand later I received my car back and still had a lot of issues they fixed other things but not what main concern was my transmission but I figured it was just not a common car they weren’t used to working on so never complained the car had a lot of miles on it so I just got rid of it but this last time I took my car to this establishment I told them there was a smell and smoke coming from my F-150 air vents they say it was the blower motor from the ac and the smell was electrical I said ok and agreed to pay the 220 bucks to Replace it. well as soon as I got in my truck and started to drive it down the high way same problem started right back up so that tells me they didn’t even test it to see if the problem was fixed After some research I can see now that my heater core is bad and the smell is coolant the people at this place are very professional and aren’t rude in any way just wish they would have slowed down I would have rather payed them 150 bucks to diagnose and actually find the problem rather than pay 220 for a part I didn’t need replaced because now I have to find another shop and take more time out of another day

Ladies, If you are like me and dont know much about motors, look no further than Integrity Transmission! Keith took the time to explain in detail the repairs needed on my 2007 Land Rover and they did the repairs at literally half the cost!!I appreciate the quality work that Integrity Transmission provides!I highly recommend!!

Keith offered several options to me and explained each so that I could understand. I appreciated his patience and he even offered to give me a ride home. I was pleasantly surprised when he called after the repair just to make sure everything was still satisfactory.

Fantastic customer service, honest mechanic.Owner kept me up to date on the progress and cost was very close to the original quote. He was really direct and honest during the initial diagnostics and quote. Had me hold onto my vehicle until the part came in.Owner drove me to the vehicle rental in Rockwall himself after the Courtesy Pick up got lost in Mesquite... SMH. Id accidentally dropped my card carrier in my car that had drivers license in it. The rental company wouldnt complete the paperwork without it even though Id already submitted a copy with the registration. I called the owner and he drove my license to me. Hes very kind.I definitely recommend this shop for anyone needing transmission work done.

George at integrity went above and beyond to help me with my car... long story short, he spent a lot of time to help me get my transmission replaced under warranty at the dealership and when they said they would not replace it, he helped me fight them and get it replaced. He helped me when there was nothing for him to gain from doing so. I recommend this company 110%!!!!

I found George to be very courteous. We took our Ford pickup there to replace the electrical harness so the over drive would stay on Everything else was fine no transmission problem. Afterwords,. we drove it and when switching to third gear it jerked heavy, Took it back and he said the transmission computer was out. Paid for a new one installed. Still did the same thing so he thought it was another problem. He replaced that and it still did same thing. He then thought it was the new computer and stalled on getting another one for months saying he cannot find one. Finally I took to another shop for another opinion and the computer was fine but a solenoid was bad. The other shop replaced that. It is our opinion and the other mechanic that when they replaced the harness they shorted out the computer and solenoid. I think he has no integrity and his mechanic did a very bad job,. I think he owes me a refund for a job badly done. Never would I let him touch another vehicle of mine.

Solved my problem immediately. Check engine light came on. Auto Zone told me what it was - but I couldn’t fix it. They diagnosed the same thing. It was repaired expeditiously and at a lower cost than what I expected based on web research. Will use again.

Im sorry to say that I cant recommend Integrity Transmission & Auto. We paid to have them rebuild our transmission earlier this year. Within a few months, the van was acting odd again, so we took it back in, but they said they couldnt find any issues. A few months later, it broke down completely. Since it was still under warranty, we brought it back to them and they said the rebuild needed to be completely re-done. That was almost a month ago. Were a family of six, all with busy schedules and appointments, and its a hardship to go this long without our van--especially when they have extended the estimated completion time three weeks in a row. We have not been given money for a rental.We will not be returning here in the future.

They live up to their name. Its refreshing.

I have a 92 suburban it was have shifting issues. I had taken it to another transmission shop they told me it needed a new transmission. George found the problem was kick down linkage. Adjusted and fixed for $85. Thank you and I will be sending all my friends there.
