I have used Horzion Oil Depot for years and they always do a great job. Kim the manager goes out of the way to make sure our cars are running properly and if they find a problem they are honest about it and tell you what you need to do to fix it. I really trust their service and know that my car and my son’s car are going to be well taken care of! Thank you!!!!

Quickest vehicle inspection I have ever had. Everywhere else had a minimum 1 hour wait. They also provide complimentary drinks! Was there for just under 30 minutes on a Saturday afternoon. They have a modest beverage center (coffee, water, juice, soda) to enjoy while you wait. The staff greeted me promptly as i walked into the waiting room. These people will take care of you.

Great place! We just took our Jeep in for an inspection prior to getting the new all-in-one Registration/Inspection sticker. They knew all about the process and told me how it worked. The inspection was very fast too. Weve had several oil changes here as well. Always friendly and informative.

My family has been taking all of their cars to this place for years and whats not to love about complimentary drinks in the waiting area lol! Friendly and efficient and Im always in and out. Even one time when they lost my oil cap they made it right and ordered another one. Highly recommend! :)

Great place gone bad. There is new ownership here and they have a bunch of rude kids running the place. I waited to pull in while the attendant smoked and talked on his cell. He eventually gave me a very unenthusiastic sign to enter. His greeting to me was “what do you need Buddy”. I’m 70 years old and some punk calling me Buddy didn’t sit well. There was a customer in the waiting room and she echoed my sentiments.Sorry ... you lost my business.

Literally no wait during what appears to be a peak service window. Quick service with the requested oil on hand. And its right next to a car wash and grocery shopping, so I can kill all the birds with one stone. Price is about what Id expect to pay anywhere else, so while its more than Id like to pay, its not more than Id pay elsewhere.

Got my BMWz oil changed here. The wait was a little long due to the popularity of this place but Im very satisfied with the level of service and the price.

Fast turnaround, but attendant says Pennzoil only gives 5000 miles for synthetic oil, conventional oil gives you 3000 miles..not sure check it out.

Im new to the area and was looking for a new place to get the oil changed in my truck before taking a trip. After reading reviews I decided to give this place a try. Everything went very well and they were quick. The next day I went on a 5 hour drive and when I got to my destination I had oil leaking out of my truck. I investigating the issue it looks like they left the dip stick loose and oil was spewing out of it. Luckily I stopped just in time before serious harm was done to the engine. If you decide to use them, be sure to go back and double check there work.

5-7 employees chatting and smoking on Sat morning. They were not willing to help me at all. As a result, I found one in Garland which turned out to be the best. Id never bother Horizon Road Oil Depot ever again!

They always do a good job when I come in for an oil change.. Vacuum my car, make sure my tires are inflated well. Very impressed

Very rude and unprofessional. I will never go back.....my daughters car had a crack in her taillight, it was purchased like that 3 years ago. We got it inspected here the last 3 years just like that and it had always passed. I told the manager that I was going to pay for it and then had to leave, leaving my daughter there to wait on it. After I paid for it, he told me that it wasnt going to pass with the cracked taillight, so I asked him, then why would you not tell me that before I paid for it? I asked for my money back and he said, sorry I cant do that. He told me I had 15 days to fix it and could bring it back and they would do the second inspection for free.....we got the taillight fixed and took it back within the 15 days, but they didnt pass it again with something else. It would of been nice to know that before we brought it back for the second time.....I will take my 4 vehicles and my business elsewhere. I would of gave it 0 stars if I could!

Pros - Fast and courtesy vacuum and window wash.Cons - $70 for an oil change. (I must be getting old). What do I get for my $43.99 Full Service Oil Change if you UP charge me on everything...? A free FIlter? And I know you didnt complete the 16 point checklist. Because both of my Wiper blades are shreds and marked CHECKED OK.Hmmmm...
