Steve was phenomenal about three week s ago we drove a jeep that was for sale and it caught on fire on the interstate after a piston had blown threw the block. We didn’t drive it but 3 total miles and the check engine light was on before we drove it. That was a sign however the dealership should have inspected it before having a customer drive it.Obviously there’s not a whole lot that could be done about the fire and the sales rep Steve was very professional on how he handled himself, he was amazing.If it was not for Steve, I would not have returned because the used car sales manager spoke to us after the fire and acted like it wasn’t a big deal. In my opinion he should’ve sat us down in private rather than standing in the middle of the sales floor and said we apologize for what happened obviously that’s out of our control what can we do to help you find a vehicle. Nope there was none of that from the used car sales manager so I told myself I would never go back there.When this truck arrived I called Steve he came in on his day off insured me that I would not have to talk to the manager and the purchase was done that night. Had it not been for Steve I would’ve never returned to the dealership. The used car sales manager had a chance to help but chose the path that he chose rather than helping a customer. In my opinion, that is piss poor management.

Made an appointment, with the understanding I wouldnt have to wait to get worked in. After waiting an hour my contact came to apologize for the longer than usual wait and offered water. Only to tell me it would be at least another 45 minutes. I was at the Service Department for 2 and a half hours..ugh
By far, the best car buying experience I have ever had! The team at Heritage made the process quick and very easy! My salesperson, Terry was very prepared and professional.. greeted me upon arrival, had the car I was interested in ready and waiting for me. I was able to trade in my old GMC and purchase a beautiful new GMC Yukon XL, and was out the door in less than 2 hours! Great staff all around!

I purchased a new truck at this location. The salesman Junior went above and beyond to make me happy. I went into the dealership knowing what I wanted, and what was reasonable for my trade. The sales team made it happen without any games, and had me closed in less than 45 minutes. One of the fastest experiences I have had. JR did a great job. I have purchased a lot of new vehicles, and he is a great salesman. The paperwork was as fast as I have ever finished, no hassle for extra things.The only issue was that the vehicle wasnt clean when I picked it up. I dropped it off and they cleaned it again, still not great. There were a couple of spots on the hood and the top with small scratches, appeared to be from someone leaning over the vehicle when they were working on it. I polished them up, its good.Overall great experience, just need some supervision in the detail department.Love the new truck.
I wish everyone was as professional as these guys, they literally made everything as easy as possible. Yet they dont bother you or pressure you what so ever, they ask you what you want and that is what you will get, period!! The way these guys do business, their lot should be empty 24/7 with cars flying off the lot
We worked with Shawn to get my mother a new Envision. Unfortunately vehicles are in short supply and we weren’t able to purchase, however Shawn worked extremely hard to help us and did everything in his power to make it happen. Would definitely purchase fro Shawn in the future!

Junior the sales guy was outstanding when I went on the second day to actually pick up my car but the first day I went the staff was not very friendly. Im not sure if it was because I used outside financing or because I was a black woman. The crew you actually deal with consist of mainly men that are Caucasian. There were a few minority men but not many. The feeling was cold and somewhat uneasy. The vehicle I truly wanted was there so I just said to myself bite the bullet and complete the task at hand. This was not a purchase to remember. I felt like I was in a movie where I walked into an all Caucasian establishment where I was not allowed. The second day again was great and one of the same individuals that was there on the first day was a bit nicer but it seemed forced. I will not go there ever again nor will I recommend anyone go there in the future.

You had my truck from aug 12 to sep 11 It came in with multiple codes only one of which was repaired. MEL came back on 25 miles after I picked it up. Truck was filthy from sitting on the lot outside and had no fuel left in it after the maintenance drive!

We took my husbands truck in to be serviced for a specific issue. He spoke to Lacey and she understood his issue and said she had heard of it and they could get it fixed for him. They called us a few hours later and said it was ready. Here we are a week later and the issue is still happening and when he called today she said Im sorry, I wrote it down as a radio issue. He never mentioned it being a radio issue. Now they cant get us in until late next week and its super inconvenient with our schedules to get it back over there. If she would have followed through the first time we wouldnt have be worrying about it again. Super frustrated and taking to a different dealership for repair. Would not recommend their service department if they cant follow through and get it right the first time.
I took my 07 GMC Yukon in to have an estimate to repair the back passenger side window as it had fallen of the relay track. It was there for 2 days before I received a call telling me it would be $750 to replace the relay track. I was stunned so I asked Jim Lusian, the service consultant, to please tell me if the relay was actually broken or if the window simply had fallen off the track. He said ok that he would take a look. I didnt hear back so I decided to go up there. When I got there, Jim took me to where the vehicle was and told me that the panel had been put back on!!! Now I thought that was strange because if I had told them to go ahead with the repair, they would then have to take the panel off again. So, Im thinking they never took the panel off in the first place and just quoted me the cost to replace the whole thing. There was a $150 charge just to see what the problem was so I told Jim that I was NOT going to pay the $150 unless I saw the problem. He said well, we have 2 options, 1 you can just take the car and not pay the $150 or we can take the panel off and charge you. At that point, I was willing to just take my car as I didnt believe they checked it out. So he took the vehicle into the garage and closed the door. When he came back out the panel was off and showing me where the relay had been broken. At that point, I had lost confidence in these guys and just left with the panel off. As it turned out, I was able to fix the problem myself for the cost of parts which was $150 and it took 30 to 45 minutes.
Excellent customer service. Immediate attention, quickly understood the maintenance problem, clearly explained the diagnostic steps, carefully explained the recommended solution, provided repair cost estimate and communicated wait time expectation. Good Job!

Had to have airbags replaced due to recall. I dropped the truck off at 8:20 and it was ready by 11:00. They were very nice and completed the work in a timely manner. And I had never been a customer there before! But I will be in the future!

It was just a simple oil changed and tire rotation but everyone is always friendly. I was going to Uber home but was offered a ride from the staff so that was nice.

I realized today I set my service appointment for the wrong day therefore I showed up a day later. My service advisor, Michael Jordan thought it was his fault. I was impressed by the style of sales process at Heritage Buick when I said I was going home and think about the transaction I didnt get a visit from the sales manager and try to change my view. The next day when I came back the salesperson was able to make the price change that made it possible for me to purchase the vehicle not going back and forth to the sales manager for approval. This was my 7th purchase of a new vehicle, it was surely one of the most pleasant.
BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Was on the phone with an older man from the sales department asking about a 60k truck that was listed for sale. He just said Its sold when I asked if it was the right truck he didnt respond. Then when I asked again he just smacked his lips and hung up the phone. Glad I wont be giving them my business, and I dont think you should either.

Our salesman, Doug Hogue, was phenomenal! I contacted him in early December and told him what I wanted. He searched far and wide for several weeks and found the Yukon we were looking for. Doug kept us updated on the status of the vehicle the entire time. Once the vehicle arrived, I told Doug that we needed to quickly go through the purchasing process because my husband had a tight schedule on the day of pickup. He assured us that it would take no longer than an hour and much to our surprise, we were in and out in less than an hour. Completely disorganized and not customer friendly. The service department is a joke. We have been customers for years and we would not recommend anyone purchase a vehicle or service a vehicle there. Super disappointing. The only redeeming quality is Shawn Warra...if he’s still there. He is amazing and will bend over backwards to help you but doesn’t have much support. The loyalty we have shown over the years definitely isn’t reciprocated.

Starting with Katie Stovall she notified me as soon as a new Denali arrived and made sure it would be ready for us when we arrived. She also checked on all applicable discounts we were eligible for and set us up with an awesome price. Jason Leek had the truck ready for us to drive and when we returned he sat down and helped us set up the GMC features so wed be ready to go. Brad set up the financing which took all of 15 minutes and we were out the door in less than two hours start to finish. It was, without a doubt, the best experience Ive ever had buying a vehicle.

I had been dealing with another dealer until the buyers order they presented me ha an additional $3k package of bogus items I didn’t want or need. This was after 3 days of slow sales calls and back and forth wasted time. I reached out to Heritage online and received a response within 25 minutes. Katie returned my phone call and patiently listened to the drama that had taken place and I just wanted to purchase a new truck without hassle and honesty. I presented the buyers order and let her know what I was expecting, she said they would be back in touch shortly. At the other place that meant 2-6 hours at best. This initial contact took place at 6:30pm. I believe around 6:50-55 Shawn returned my call and also presented a buyers order via text. He walked me through it and it was as asked. Not only did he make this simple he made sure that my vehicle was to be tinted the next day per requested and delivery to my house would be the following day. I hung up and spoke with my wife and couldn’t believe all our needs and demands had been met in a 30 min span. I had been in the sales business at a family owned dealership from 2005-08 and it felt like I was back in time. There are very few dealers that hire exceptional employees like Kati and Shawn that are straight forward, honest, and actually listen to each customer. There was a long delay getting the required parts. John was helpful as always and we were happy to have the Acadia back in service. Unfortunately, there are already warning symbols showing on the dash and emails from OnStar. With less then 50k miles we are not very happy with the problems we are seeing. Although we love the car, we are beginning to think that we made a mistake purchasing it. I expected very few problems with the Acadia.

I’ve been using Heritage for service for 5 years and they are great. Oil changes are a breeze! So fast!I like the non-nonsense style of this dealer. They work with you to make sure you are getting all discounts you may qualify for... for example, they told me on my first truck to run across to Costco and upgrade my membership (49.00 extra) to qualify for a 750.00 Costco gift card. I was completely unaware of the promotion and already agreed to buy the truck, so this was just a great bonus. It paid for my gas for a LONG time! They just really go the extra mile to earn (and keep) my business.

The service mgr was ready for me and the wait was minimal. Everything seems to have gone well and the service guy gave me the details when they were through. Only complaint isnt about your service dept but the car wash I had a coupon for on my receipt. The only thing the coupon covered was the basic wash and not the other services and they wanted $18.95 with the coupon for the same service I get down the road for $15.95 with no coupon The treated me with no respect when I turned down the other work

I bought my chevy silverado here and decided to come back to get an oil change. This was the 1st time I have ever taken a vehicle to get serviced at a dealer because I have always heard its too expensive but I was wrong. This place has great customer service and they didnt try to push me to get any unnecessary repairs but did recommend some for my next visit. I will definitely be coming back to get my next oil change and more
