Used their website to contact and called multiple times. No response. Google insists that I rate them and this is what I experienced.

Pat is amazing. My turbocharger went bad and while my car was being serviced for another issue, he attempted to find the part. It took a while to find the part, but once he got it-I got the service done at an amazing price. I’m a tough cookie, so it was surprise.

I was lucky to find s2 after the BMW dealership quoted me 1300.00 for what Pat did for under 200.00.He did the 20K service in under 20 minutes! Was very impressed with his knowledge of the vehicle and he taught me about what happens along the life of the car & when the $$$ repairs will begin.Highly reccommend!

By far the best experience at a tuning shop I’ve EVER had. I’ve had multiple cars tuned and upgraded at places with an attitude like they’ll get to you when they get to you.Not at S2. I got constant updates on the work that was being done to my vehicle. Sometimes even twice a day. They have a text message system so that I can reach them almost anytime.And the value you get for what you pay is better than anywhere else. The prices were fair and when I didn’t understand the cost it was patiently explained to me.S2 has earned a customer for life. I have many upgrades planned for my Audi going forward and this is the company I’m gonna go to

I went there after reading nice reviews but, the guy at the front desk was very unprofessional and condescending. He only wanted me to sign the consent form and hand in the key. He got louder and angrier every time I ask questions about price and inventory and made me feel guilty for asking because he kept telling me that he needs me to step aside so that he can speak with the next customer although there was only one more person in the line and that our conversation didnt take more than two or three minutes.

Went here, after Tire Rack suggested them, to get my tires road tested and figure out where my vibration is coming from. Paid for all the required services and got the diagnostics done - there was a gash on one of my tires leading to high road force value. So I was happy with their help and diagnostics. Went back in with new tires and got it installed, and I also decided to ask for an alignment since Pat mentioned my tires are wearing out oddly. Paid for the alignment, and was told my front passenger camber and caster were off by quite a bit, and since they are not adjustable on my car, my only options were to either live with the quick inner wear, or pay a lot of money in parts and labor to get the suspension checked out and replaced. Well, after the alignment and new tires, I still had vibrations, and my car was steering off center. I send them a message through their website, and I get no response. I decided to take my car to another mechanic, and asked for an alignment and check my front passenger suspension due to the high negative camber/caster. The mechanic comes back with the sheets, and everything is within margin! My camber is -1 degrees, not -3 degrees (as S2 Dynamics machine showed). Also, they pumped 3 of my tires at 44psi, instead of 32psi recommended by the vehicle.Everyone there was very friendly, but not getting a response from my message, and having to find out that my suspension is not messed up (and that my tires are at 44psi) is pretty frustrating. Pat understood my issue - Ive drained over $500 by the time I went to them to get my vibration figured out. They did help me figure out the gash in my tires, so thank you for that. I really appreciate that. But getting ignored, having my tires at 44psi, and a really bad alignment (I paid around 130 for that!) really does not leave a good impression.

I called today to get information on (Tune) for my A7 Audi 2017. A gentlemen name Pat answered the phone and give me all the information I needed. He answered all my question thoroughly plus more. It was all I needed to want to spend my money with this place of business!

I called on a Monday (3/1/21) to schedule an appointment to get my wheels and tires mounted that I ordered from tire rack. I spoke to I believe “Juan” to get a quote . I mentioned will there be any discounts since I’m bringing the wheels and tires separately, he said they can do $100.. ok cool let’s book for the following Friday... He gets my information and said he’ll put in their computer system so the day I arrive, all is on record .Friday, comes up, I show up to drop off my wheels for them to mount. Few hours later i come back to pick them up and was told $140.. I told the gentlemen who rang me up that I was quoted $100. He tried to search their database but had no record.. it just so happened “ Juan” was not working that day either. Quality of work was excellent but was not happy now they did not grant their price i was quoted ..

I took my 328xi here for years as my old office was nearby and anyone with a bimmer swore by this place. I’ve since moved too far away to continue using S2 with any kind of frequency but I haven’t been able to find the combination of quality work, friendliness, and integrity elsewhere. Wish I could still bring my car here.

The guys at s2 are awesome! They won’t over sell you or pressure you into anything you don’t feel comfortable with. But their service is crazy I called to get a last minute alignment after I install new suspension at my house and they took my car right in when I got to the shop. Very good experience will be going back.

S2 has taken great care of my vehicles for a number of years. Pat always takes the time to thoroughly explain what my car needs and never tries to push anything that isn’t necessary. I always feel like I’m getting a straight story, which I unfortunately can’t say about every other shop. I would recommend S2 without hesitation.

This was the second alignment I came in for and this time was a little different. My waterpump went out while my mk7 gti was in there for an alignment. When I came to pickup my car I freaked out a little bit because I never experienced a leaking waterpump. Pat reassured me that the vehicle was still under warranty until 120k and I had no idea. If he would have never told me I would have paid a shop to do it somewhere else. Not only that but they topped off my coolant so I could drive home and gave me a full bottle of coolant for free!Talk about nice and great customer service! They also fixed my alignment issue so that my wheels wouldn’t run in the rear. Very happy and impressed with this shop will be coming more often!

I echo the reviews and comments of other customers. S2 and Patrick are true professionals who listen to understand the situation. Patrick understands the nuances of Audis and was able to prescribe a remedy in the most methodical and cost-effective manner possible. Car are complex and integrated systems with thousands of parts and components that work in concert to deliver performance and a harmonic driving experience. Anyone of the components can cause disharmony. Patrick was able to utilize his experience to address the problem to my satisfaction.He never once said...My tech cant reproduce what youre complaining about. Sound familiar? S2 will be my go to shop. Oh...please dont worry about Covid. They take it seriously by disinfecting the car before repairs and masks are worn by Patrick and all the technicians.

They also take pictures of any potential problem areas, instead of only telling you, so you can make a better decision on how and when to tackle those issues.We have taken our VW Tiguan for service here three times and have been pleased every single time.Ive also serviced my Audi S6 for brakes, rotors, and alignment and the S2 team helped source ceramic pads and spent some time looking for aftermarket rotors. Great communication, very friendly. I had one of my mileage maintenances completed, and they only did the required work instead of trying to charge me for everything. There was also another issue that ended up being covered by my warranty. They advised me on this, and instead of charging me they gave me information on where I could take it and receive the work for free. Very happy with my experience here.

I needed some new tires mounted to my new APEX wheels and I dropped them off almost an hour before closing time and they were able to get them mounted and balanced within 45 min, all without damaging my new wheels! Our previous shop sold me a transmission flush when I needed a valve body, and the owner admitted the techs took my $400 for no reason. I went to a dedicated transmission shop and moved on. The MINI came home once with a bolt missing a newly placed zip tie which were not disclosed, and that was the end our patronage.I met S2 with a MK5 Jetta, and while I regret that car, it was a good relationship to build on. There is an inviting enthusiasm for keeping my sweet beater on the road. My Golf is 15 years old. My MINI driver trusts S2 for solid advice and repair competence...which he never has elsewhere.

They are a very honest and upfront business, and they always tell you straight up what needs to be done, or what their honest opinion is. They were very lenient with each part of the process, and were able to make it most convenient for me as well. The warranty on their work they offer is generous. Patrick was great with working on my car while they had it and he was very knowledgeable and responsive.

Back in early April, two weeks after dealing with a tuner at this company called Speed Tuning LLC, I started to have a few complications with my car. After a google search I decided to reach out to S2 Dynamics, seeing as they had spectacular reviews. I spoke with Pat, and I told him what the situation was and what symptoms my car was having. Alone from his composure, I could tell he was knowledgeable and experienced.Pat and his team were able to properly diagnose my issues. He told me what modifications I needed for my tuned Audi A4 and I’ve been going back to him ever since. From then on whenever I got my car worked on, wether it was for a upgraded part, or preventative maintenance, these guys have taken great care of my car.They’re thorough, and it shows. S2 Dynamics isn’t here to rob you for every dollar you have and scam you. All their products are top of the line. The only other place I would maybe consider taking my car to would be a certified Audi dealership, but even then, these guys give you the same, if not, definitely better quality work at a lower price than Audi.You can certainly trust Pat and his staff (which are also all friendly and professional) with your car for any issue.

Ive used S2 for BMW, Audi, and Porsche service over the years. Patrick and team are honest, skilled, and great to work with. I work on my own cars when I have time, so I know when someone is stacking unnecessary services on to a bill. I never have to worry about that at S2.

Very happy with cost of service & even happier once I found out the mechanics are former BMW mechanics & they keep up on their training. Service staff appear to be very knowledgeable and even friendlier. Also like you can make appointments based on your service so you dont just have to drop off in the morning. Nice waiting area as well if you want to wait.

It pains me to leave a bad review for these guys! I moved to the area and had been looking for a shop with good customer service that I could call home for my car for regular maintenance. I got lucky and found S2 fairly quickly and brought my Audi S5 for scheduled maintenance and everything was great. Nice team, quick service, good prices, checked all my boxes.Recently, about a month after my 75k service, I had a rough idle and rich smelling exhaust and brought it in for the first mechanical issue Ive ever had in the car. It sputtered and ran very rough and eventually shut off and wouldnt come back on. I had it towed to S2 and after their evaluation, they said the motor is seized up and Ill need to replace the whole thing!! Sent me an estimate for just over $12k, I honestly thought they were kidding. They proceeded to tell me details of the cylinder heads not holding compression, maybe a spark plug had failed and ruined a cylinder, rare but can happen (hed seen it before). Being very reluctant to proceed, Patrick called me and talked to me for 20 minutes about how they are honest and experienced, its unfortunate but rare things like this can happen and it would probably cost just as much to take the engine apart to diagnose as would be to replace the whole thing. I had the car picked up the next day and taken to the Audi dealership. 4 hrs later they gave me a diagnosis of a failed fuel injector, they sent me an estimate but were very busy so they helped me find a local shop who could do the repair (much cheaper than they could have also) and today Im going to pick up my car, completely fixed with the original engine still intact. The shop replaced the fuel injector, performed a tune up, replaced a few gaskets, lower radiator hose, etc. and in total Im out $2200!I hate leaving bad reviews, I genuinely thought the guys at S2 were nice and customer oriented but this experience definitely changed my opinion on their mechanical fortitude so I wont be taking my car there in the future. Just another cautionary tale to consider when picking a shop for mechanical issues rather than preventative maintenance.

This was my first time visiting S2 dynamics for service on our Audi. Very professional and honest staff with great prices. They were able to take care of all my issues and the car was cleaner when we picked it up than when we dropped it off. I would highly recommend them and will be using them for future service.

Time will tell. But first impressions of the shop and the customer service is very good. I gave them a call on Monday and had the car ready by noon of the next day. They have replaced a clutch on my VW GTI.

My Audi is getting a bit older and now out of warranty and with the high cost of Audi dealer repairs I decided to find a new repair shop. I found Patrick at S2 on line from the great reviews. I have now been to S2 on 2 occasions for service and was extremely pleased. Patrick is a really nice guy, very knowledgeable and seems to be very honest and a lot less expensive than the dealerships. The service is great, all the guys in the shop are really nice and courteous and they take some of the pain out of car repairs.

As a first time Mini owner, I wanna make sure that my car is taken care of by people who knows about the car well. S2 is the place. They’re not trying to sell me things I don’t need, so I don’t feel pressured at all. Everything was done with great professionalism. I got what I came there for. And the waiting room was well-thought of too, with lots of outlets, charger cables for your phones, coffee and tea. They will see me and my Mini for sure.

Pat and his team spent considerable time examining my 1999 BMW 323i without charge, providing low-cost estimates -- even though I let him know I soon may selling my car as it is and, therefore, might not be doing any repairs. My second very good experience, very knowledgable and experienced shop for German cars. Took my Mercedes-Benz S430 for Maryland inspection, the car needed 2 side marker bulbs and the right side mirror signal lights, they changed the bulbs and only charged me $4.00 for the cost of bulbs and no additional labor cost. I am extremely happy and will take my Mercedes-Benz for all future services. My son and my friends also had very good experience with this shop, highly recommended and 5 stars all the way.

I brought my car in for a routine oil change and, as always, the service was outstanding. I was able to bring my car in at a time convenient for me, I got a text when my car was ready and when I picked it up I knew that Pat had checked everything thoroughly. I’m quite pleased to give a 5 star rating . The owner was very thorough with his evaluation and diagnosis of my car’s transmission issues . All in all, Patrick and his team are very knowledgeable about BMWs. Presented many options including the pluses and minuses/ risks and benefits of different approaches to the repair. They even looked at the 2-yr cost of ownership as my car has many miles on it. Finally, the cost of the repairs was much less than the dealer. I will be bringing my car for future service. Took my BMW here a few days ago for an oil change and to have them look at a couple lingering issues I had been having. I was happy with the work they did and will be bringing my car back here to have them work on the oil leak and door issue going on with my vehicle.I was especially impressed with how they dealt with the key fob issue I was having. I bought a new battery from Amazon and they had experienced similar problems with the exact same battery for the key fob. They replaced my battery with an OEM BMW battery at no cost. Thanks and looking forward to bringing my car by soon to finish up the work.

Pat and the whole team rock. Apart from doing things exceptionally well, I was coming back from the vet once, and they let me wait in the lobby with my puppy pit bull as opposed to driving home to drop him off. Good people over at S2. Rare find nowadays.

Great place to bring your Audi/German made car. They wont rip you off like the Audi/Porsche dealership right down the road from them. At the time of this review, S2 charged me $80 for an oil change (including the filter and oil!), whereas the Audi dealership wanted $155. I also had my rear pads and rotors (2010 A4) replaced at S2 and Im very happy with the work they did.

If you have a European car and are looking for the best service and quality for a reasonable price look no further. I am so pleased with my experience here. I have a VW CC and the owner Pat has taken great care of me. Very professional!

I am giving 5 stars only because I cannot give more stars. The Service, knowledge and workmanship that S2 Dynamics offers is absolutely amazing. I have learned so much about my car from Pat. I brought in my Merc. S550 to them, even though S2D is not a Mercedes specialist, they do a better job than the dealership! I definitely recommend S2Dynamics over any other shop/dealership!

Hands down the best repair shop Ive been to. My starter had died during the winter and I had it towed to the dealer. They took a look and quoted me about 1300 dollars to fix. Looking online, I saw it shouldve cost about 700. I called s2 and talked to Pat and he got it down to 600 and he even paid for the tow from the dealer to his shop. Loyal customer ever since.

Patrick is fantastic. He explains all the work, personally test drives to confirm everything is correct and is very meticulous about the work his team performs. I had another place install a sway bar and shame on me for not coming to S2 to have the work originally performed...unfortunately I didnt know about S2 when I had the sway bar installed. Patrick has fix the sway bar and now my Jetta hugs the turns at high speed...too much fun to drive...THANK YOU Patrick! If you have a German car, take it to S2...they are honest and very conscientious about their work.

I just took my Panamera to this shop because my boyfriend gets his cars serviced here. My tire had a gash and needed a patch right away. I called and they said they could take care of my tire that day. I went in and the shop is clean and the entire staff is extremely polite and professional. They were quick and and very honest with me. They dont try to upsell you or treat you as if you dont know anything about your own car. They actually didnt charge me for the patch and gave me advice on how I should handle the return of my car when the lease ends. I had a very positive experience at this shop and would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants an honest opinion and good service. I rarely get this kind of service at an auto shop and am quite pleased with how they treated me and my car. I will be coming back here for all my auto needs.

I simply had a mount and alignment for some new tires that was desperately needed, as my tires were definitely worn and affecting the ride in my A4. Ordered the tires myself and had them shipped directly to the shop with no issues. The appointment took a bit longer than I was expecting (closer to 2.5 hours), but the waiting area was nice and I was using the WiFi to work. Ha, I might not have even noticed if another customer had not come in an hour after me and have their car finished before mine. Anyways, cost was very fair, much less expensive than what the dealer service dept was offering, and my ride is smooth again. Will definitely be the first people I think of if I have any other issues!

I am very picky when it comes to my BMW X5 and I will not take my BMW to just any shop, the only place I have the confidence to take my car is S2 Dynamics. Pat and the staff at S2 Dynamics is very professional and experience, the place is very clean, its affordable and they know exactly what they are doing. they are no hidden cost and they take the time to explain what the problem is and how it will be fixed. Amazing service

My first time there and I was very impressed, and I dont impress easily for auto repair places. They clearly had experience with my Audi S5 with the V8--they understood the typical issues and how to deal with them. They were prompt with the service including had the parts in stock. (They only use OEM parts.) Prices were reasonable, and definitely cheaper than the Audi stealer. Pat was great explaining exactly what they were going to do and at the same time understanding that I have a good technical grasp on automobiles. They only did the work that was required and did not push for any additional work--they recommended the most cost effective path for repair. Definitely recommend.

I have had my Audi for 13 years, but I just discovered S2 a couple of years ago. They have been wonderful at helping me take care of my car as it ages. I feel I can really trust them to give me the best advice and find a way to make repairs at the lowest cost.

I took my e39 5-series to S2 for the first time yesterday, for an oil service and an inspection of the alignment and steering system. I was experiencing some odd noises and slight wandering at highway speeds, and had seen recommendations for S2 and their work on BMW forums. Since I recently moved to the area, I decided to stop by. I’m glad I did.Patrick and his team checked my car over, changed the oil and differential fluid, performed a tire rotation, moved a misplaced wheel weight, and advised a watch and wait approach to see if that solved my steering issues.I appreciated the conservative approach, and enjoyed chatting with Patrick. He gave the whole car a once over, made some observations about the general health of my car, and made a a note of any issues I might need to address when I tag and register it in MD.It’s clear that this is an enthusiast-run shop staffed by people who care about educating their customers. I will certainly be returning for any future work.

This is frustrating because this guy, according to my source, use to be nice, but they paid the ultimate price having to deal with him. That person forgives you and all who were involved for what you caused to happen to that person. I am speaking on their behalf. I have the right business. So this is no mistake. I hope some day you are able to release all of that hostility, and become a model citizen to ALL again. No apology necessary. It isnt welcomed..... Fantastic service! In addition to the repairs, they went above and beyond to assist me with a road hazard claim on a damaged tire. They also informed me that I had one more warranty service remaining with my dealer (which I was unaware of). Honesty and integrity.

After having our Jetta to three different repair shops to fix a partially unidentified problem (without success) we decided to go to S2 based on online reviews. Pat immediately identified the issues, and worked closely with us and our insurance provider to get the repairs done. In addition to the excellent work, in the end, going to S2 saved us money. Its nice knowing we have a skilled, fair and reasonable service location for scheduled an other necessary maintenance.
