Bob does a great job keeping my aging Lexus running like a top. Honest, affordable & a great guy…..this is a terrific auto repair operation.

Bob has been in business for over 15 years and keeps my bmw running like a clock. Hes also honest and wont sell you any repair you dont absolutely need.

I ran into a scoundrel few blocks away with my 2015 5 series and came here to get a second opinion and next thing I know owner in this shop called his neighbor which is same biz and quoted me the same price of $600 for belts and pulleys which on material alone costs less than $70 and labors is less than 1hr at $80. So owner of this shop attempted to coordinate ripping people off with nearby business. This business is toxic and should be avoided. Guys like this pretend to be affordable non dealer shop but on the contrary. Avoid this place like std. Better to go to minority owned shops.

The original review I composed two months ago mysteriously disappeared however it was factual and everything I stated can be proven. Please be very careful with this business and make sure you check the condition of your car before and after you receive it. My windows were operational before taking my Bmw in to be fixed and during the process of evaluation my windows were stripped and not returned in the same condition. As a military member I am not sure if my freedom of speech is being limited here which is ironic with some of these reviews. Bob and I had a very unproductive conversation because when I refused to pay him $1200 for his mistake concerning my windows he became irritated and returned my car with a broken window that was unable to go up and the frame falling out. I was left searching for a second mechanic to assist with my window because it was left cracked leaving me open to more damage from the rain and theft. You have been warned and the reason no response has been given is because this is true. I was left scrambling to fix this issue before trying to Pcs. The major issue was he did not want to replace anything he altered or missed while fixing the car two times.

My BMW Z4 was towed to Bobs garage after sitting almost 2 weeks from another shop in the area, within 3 hours after car was towed Bob called and told me the the car is up and running . There may be many good mechanic around the area but so rare who is honest and spend extra miles and work from the cheapest and simplest option to fix the problem rather than asking customer to replace the expensive part. I am happy and satisfied with his service
