The oil change was done in a professional manner. The message setting on my ford transit has changed after the service and when I come back to town, I like to take it back so they can fix it.Thank you for your professionalism.

Terrible experience! I went to Jiffy Lube for the first time in January to get an estimate for an oil change. While pulling up to the lane, the mechanic asks me to pull the lever to unlatch the hood so he can check what type of oil my car takes. After he gives me a quote, I decide to go elsewhere. Thinking that the mechanic has shut the hood properly, I drive off. Some minutes later I get on the highway and the hood flies open completely shielding my view and shattering the windshield!!! Thankfully, I was able to pull over to the shoulder quickly. I had to get my car towed back and get my windshield replaced... After contacting this Jiffy Lube and speaking with two of the managers (that reviewed the video of the mechanic not completely latching the hood), I was expecting that accountability would be taken. I completely didnt expect the run around and undue burden that was put on me to get more than one estimate for the damages, to produce several receipts for the windshield replacement that I PAID for out of pocket and to constantly call for updates. Really disappointing customer service!!

I’ve been here twice now after going to the lube center and in my opinion it’s much better. The staff is extremely nice and they always answer all the questions I have. The wait time for my oil change was at most twenty minutes which was very fast. They also showed me how to change my engine filter and even replaced it free of charge since I had bought it before coming at an auto shop. Definitely recommend!

Worst place I ever been. The cashier was like a principal to me. I think because I am an Asian. Technicians did the job on time. But this gentleman had a very bad attitude.I dont want to go to this court house anymore.

I stopped in this Jiffy Lube on my way to the doctors cuz I found out there was car parts hanging on to my undercarriage. They took care of me immediately, I had no wait since my VIN numbers on file, and no charge. I actually made it to the doctors office before my appointment time. The job was well done and very professional...Rockville is a MultiCare store, so there is a hydraulic lift. They installed front and rear brakes, clips, rotors and pads from Amazon. My tip is to show up as a first customer...you get all available techs helping out...the job was two hours, start to finish. Additional charge for fresh brake fluid, which was expected from Jiffy Lube. Car was delivered clean and well done, with a smile.

Customer service was very friendly and helpful. Work was done quickly and even the chairs in the waiting room were more comfortable than other locations Ive been to. Very convenient.

Great experience: I never got out of the car... power steering flush and radiator coolant flush were the 2 services I went for.Ronald aka Ronnie -was extremely professional start to finish. Then the manager did both jobs. He was very thorough - I was watching and never felt he wasnt sure about what he was doing. He also cleaned up around the area he was working on.Prices were great considering the cost of the fluids if I were to have purchased them and time is money. The price they charged was good so I decided to let them do it instead of me being outside etc.Im glad I decided to go with this Jiffy Lube location for services that are vital after 100k miles.Take care of your car and prevent more expensive repairs and best of all they ARE MUCH FASTER than going to a dealership or mechanic shop!!

I went here a couple times. Just coming to write a review on something that happened a couple months ago now that Ive replaced my car. I came in to SEE WHY MY CHECK ENGINE LIGHT WAS ON and they broke the lock on my drivers side door, triggering an anti theft engine lock. So my car wouldnt start, I had to tow myself home, and was offered nothing but a ride home, with my 9 month old son. This cost me $800 to fix, being as though my lock was broken and the anti theft system had to be removed. All of which worked fine before I got here. I DROVE here to see why my check engine light was on (which they couldnt fix the problem with that either) and left without a car. I suppose, this is why you dont go to jiffy lube for car problems, which I know now. But thought I should mention this.

My experience has been terrible! I took my vehicle in for a simple oil change on 10/02 and since Im sure day have had nothing but issues with my car. Since that oil change the idle has been lower than normal and a red warning message (oil pressure) pops up as my car cuts off. When it first happened I went straight back to this location for them to see what the problem was. I was given an estimate for O2 sensors and told [it shows on the estimate also] if its not that it could be several other things. SMH what type of feedback is that?! I asked again if that has any bearing on oil pressure and was told No at which point he says its down a level and proceeded to add more. How is it possible to be down 9 days after having it changed??? Since that Monday it was discovered Sat 10/17 that the brake fluid was low and that they actually put too much oil in my vehicle! Which I am told can completely destroy an engine!

Brought it in because my headlights were both out. Zach checked it out and said it was not a fuse it was not the bulbs it was likely something electric and they couldnt fix it there. They topped off the fluids. And the best part yet, they didnt charge me anything. Great service in a great team. Thanks a lot

I had the rear calipers, rotors, and brake pads replaced along with the brake and power steering fluids flush done. I was greeted cordially and informed of the process throughout by Anthony. I only waited for the time it took for all the work to be done, and everything was done very professionally. At the end, the car fluids were topped-off and the air in the tires was checked as a courtesy. I really appreciate the way everything was handled. I will be going back to get work done in the future; thank you so much.

Came in needing quite a bit of regular maintenance. Several items all happened to be due at the same time. They took care of everything and also found a nail in my tire which was patched. I had suspected it was there because of loss of tire pressure. They were relatively quick and professional even though they were pretty busy. Didnt have high pressure sales of various services like I have had some other places.

I have had two excellent experiences with this team. 1) oil change/inspection, and 2) headlight change. They were incredibly friendly and professional, as well as speedy. I was impressed by their comprehensive management and that they didnt even charge labor for changing out my headlight! I would absolutely recommend them.

They are great! Showed me tricks to close the hood on my old car. Real, down to earth people. I came in to change one of the bulbs in my headlight and they showed me the broken headlight connector and said the bulb is fine my mechanic just needs to rewire it. They helped and didnt even charge. Great service. Good vibes!!!

Customer service is HUGE to me. I did not feel valued at all. After waiting 2.5 hours and thought my brakes were almost done, I was told we are about to pull your car in now. About to? I was told the same thing 2 hours ago. Then I was told I took someone ahead of you real quick. Needless to say I left and got the work done elsewhere.

Had an issue with my tire pressure and stopped by on my way to work. A marvelous human named Joshua came out and checked the pressure on each tire, topping off with air, at no charge and with an incredible attitude. That kind of above-and-beyond customer service will guarantee I come back the next time I need maintenance or an oil change! Highly recommend!

Jiffy Lube was super efficient and even vacuumed my car while I got the oil changed! So quick, so easy. About $75 for synthetic oil change. Very nice, helpful guy, too. Ill be back.

All the staff I encountered were very polite and helpful. Not at all pushy. The only issue was the additional wait to have tires rotated. Apparently only 1 of 3 bays were able to do that service.

Not mad just highly disappointed for the price I paid for

I was passing this Jiffy Lube on Frederick Road in Rockville, Maryland, when I noticed a dragging or pulling sound coming from my car. I pulled into the Jiffy Lube, and I was immediately helped by Ronni and team. Within minutes they had my car up and were investigating. It turned out to be trouble with my front brakes and they were able to fix them within an hour and for a reasonable price. I was so impressed and appreciative. What could’ve turned out to be a horrible evening was in fact a minimal worry under the care of this crew. I can’t thank them enough and plan on using them again for future car needs. They are an A+ team!!!

It took me 2 hours to have a change oil. I understand that there is long line, however it should not have taken me that long. Reason: they do not have parts in the store. Particularly the air filter. They should have told me and so I could have waived/deferred the replacement. The technician was offering services that they do not have the replacement parts. And driving out, my engine light was still on! I have 3 cars on record with jiffy lube because I like the previous service experience. Never going back again with your service team at Rockville 972.

Frightening. Took my car for oil change. A few minutes later after driving I get the CHECK ENGINE message. I stop and check the oil level and it is EMPTY. Careful if you take your car here. Do your own quality control. Nobody will do it for you.

Good service, quick and easy

I agreed to have the brake pads replaced as part of my signature oil/filter service.I was told that they would need about two hours to complete the appointment.After waiting nearly two hours,I asked if my vehicle was almost done.The service manager informed me that a vehicle on the lift ahead of my vehicle wasn’t complete with its own set of repairs.He assured me that my vehicle would have its repairs completed by no later than 2pm.I told him that I’d Uber home and wait for his call to tell me it was ready for pick-up.At 2pm,I hadn’t heard from anyone at Store 972 so I called to see if it was ready.I was told that they were waiting for the brake pads to arrive (they still hadn’t),but expected them by 3pm.He told me to come to the store before closing time (5pm) and it would be ready.I showed up at 4.30pm at the store only to learn that the brake pads that had arrived were the wrong ones and wouldn’t fit my car.I asked them why they didn’t call me earlier so I wouldn’t waste my time coming to the store.I received a half-hearted apology and was promised they’d pick up the correct pads first thing Sunday morning.The service manager told me that the vehicle would be ready no later than 10am Sunday morning.By noon on Sunday,I hadn’t received a call from Store 972.Again,I had to call to see if my vehicle was ready.It wasn’t.I was told that the brake pads would not arrive at the store until 3pm. They did,however,complete the oil change and oil filter housing replacement.I asked when I should return to pick up the vehicle.The service manager (Christian) told me that the brake pads would likely not be installed before COB because though they now had the correct brake pads,the cotter pins were too short to complete the repair.I still don’t know why they didn’t think to order the cotter pins along with the new brake pads upon initial inspection of the vehicle on Saturday morning. Again,I was assured that the vehicle would be ready by Monday as the new cotter pins would be picked up from an Range Rover parts dealer first thing that morning.I finally received a call at 11.30am to tell me the vehicle was ready for pickup.I received my key fob and left the store. Within 3 minutes of driving the vehicle,I knew something was terribly wrong.The brakes seemed unusually ‘sticky’ and made a whistling noise when I’d accelerate.Upon making the turn onto Shady Grove Rd,I accelerated to 50mph when all hell broke loose.When I applied the brakes,the Range Rover would shake violently and would stutter as it tried to slow down.At an intersection,I was nearly rear-ended by a vehicle at 50mph because the vehicle’s front wheels seized up when I tried to slow the vehicle to make a turn.I immediately called Store 972,was transferred to Christian,and told him about the brakes.I couldn’t understand how this could happen if they had adequately test driven the vehicle after completing the repair.He apologized again and asked that I bring the vehicle back to the store. There was no way I was going to try to drive back on those brakes.I somehow made it around the corner to my home,but I couldn’t pull into the driveway as I had zero confidence the brakes would stop the vehicle from running into my garage doors or front door.The tow truck picked up my vehicle on Monday afternoon and I returned to Store 972 yet again to hear the apologies for not just the inconvenience, but their incompetence.Upon seeing Christian, I immediately asked for a refund as I wasn’t going to pay for a job that wasn’t completed.Christian called me that evening, just before 7pm, to tell me that he was authorized to refund the cost of the front brake job ($399) only.The pins that he installed had come undone, and caused significant damage to my front right wheel.Instead of acknowledging his responsibility in the failed repair, he thought a $400 refund would appease me.As of right now,Wednesday,7/31,I still don’t have my vehicle back.

I came i for an oil change for my companies ford transit connect. While here I asked for an estimate for full OEM brakes and rotors and their tires. Total came out reasonably priced and I didn’t feel like it was a rip off at all. I ended up not getting the work done, only because I found out after the estimate that my company already uses another shop for services other than oil changes and my company has a relationship with the owner of the shop. Otherwise I’d like to say staff were very professional and wait time was not bad.They didn’t try any games or up sell. They simply provided me with info and recommendations that were spot on. Im from an automotive family and the staff here is honest. Ronaldo was very professional.
