Received a pretty deep scratch that also dented my vehicle on one of the front body panels. Volvo dealer want just over $1,000 for it - Auto Dent Care were able to do for almost half the price. Staff were friendly and turn around time was very quick. The car looks excellent and they threw in an unexpected wash both inside and out.When we pulled up to pick up the car, a staff member was out there touching up paint chips that had nothing to do with what the car was brought up in for. They were also nice enough to quickly pump up the tires of our other vehicle which had a low tire pressure indicator light pop on while we were on the way there.Overall they were professional, friendly, quick, and went above and beyond. Definitely my new go to place should the unfortunate occur and would recommend to anyone needing work done.

Amazing service, my Pearly White Car has been repaired here after collisions at least 4 times by Felipe and the crew members. They never fail to leave my 2013 car looking brand new each time. The pearly white color match is impeccable, leave it to me to pick the difficult white pearly colored car. The body repairs in all occasions have been perfect. The windshield repairs have always been crystal clear and clean. Their customer service is amazing, I always feel just as important as the owners of the spectacular luxury and vintage vehicles that are also worked on in the shop. Long story, but in summary dont do your own bumper, trust the professionals. Messed up my rear bumper, tried to fix it myself, didnt do so well and I was already done by that point (cold temps and tired). Decided to come here and they were really nice, from giving me options from fixing the original bumper, to a ebay one I tried. Just so happens I actually bought a deformed bumper online. They gave a call and offered to get me a proper bumper for a good price. really quick, really nice, and I felt, a great price. The color matching was amazing too, especially given the paint was on the car for over a decade before the new paint :) If I have any other damages or cosmetic issues Im definitely coming back :) (car had a different painted bumper before, I dont believe it was meant for the S not I series)

Victor and Felipe are the best!! I can trust my life and my 4Runner with them. The entire front passenger side of my car was smashed. They drove in the rain to jumpstart my car when I couldn’t get it to the shop. Their prices were thousand of dollars less than my first estimate in Richmond. They went the extra mile to professionally detail my 4Runner, put a brand new battery in it, brand new paint job, perfect wax, fixed all my settings, messaged me updates, gave me advise, and even buffed out my car rental before I had the return it!!! Greatly recommend this place to anyone that needs anything from an excellent mechanic, bodywork, or professional detail. They literally do everything for cars. I promise, you wont regret it. I walked in this establishment without an appointment Felipe and Victor help me right away. The workers where accommodating and customer service driven. They made sure I was satisfied with my service before leaving the lot. They did exactly want I requested and provided recommendations as well. Had the Auto Dent repair/paint my Maserati bumper. Very clean shop. They bring your car inside at night. The mechanic did a very excellent job of paint matching. I shopped and they are the best priced body shop on Randolph.

This was the best experience I’ve ever had dealing with any shop. I was told my car was gonna be ready in about 2-3 days and I received a phone call about a day an a half later saying my car was ready. Unfortunately a driver in my neighborhood parked so horribly and so closed to my 2020 hyundai palisade that when he or she got out of their car. When he or she opened their door, the drivers side door of their car smashed the passenger side door of my palisade. It left a big scratch and a big dent on my car. I took my Palisade to Auto Dent Care Inc, Located in Rockville MD. This Company took in my car to fix the dent. They Got rid of the dent completely. The dent on the passenger side door of my palisade was no more. Not only did they fix the Dent on my car. They also Got rid of the scratch on the car. I am truly grateful for the wonderful service this company provided for my palisade.

Shout out to Victor and the Manager Felipe for their help, kindness, effort and they are sympathetic when I told them how stress I am because Dyson vaccuum replacement would cost me $500+ if I were to buy a buy a new one. I was stress and bothered for at least 2 days after the accident. I was searching on YouTube, google for solution.m, I crossed multiple videos telling how toothpaste can fix or hide scratches but I was scared that if I do DIY fix solution I might futher damage that it already has. So I thought I might just try to look and check to get it professional done no matter how much it would cost me, because that’s how desperate I was. Then I came acrossed their Shop. At first I was hesitant and was embarrassed to walk in and to inquire because I thought I was silly to ask about scratches in the vaccuum I was carrying with me there because the shop is specifically for auto/cars repairs only. From the very beginning upon entering in the front desk Victor already gave me a warm welcome. Little did he know, I would be needing a help for something that isn’t part of their job description. I told them about why I came there for in the first place. Which I have already expected what he would respond. After asking if they do repairs or damages on appliances, he said they only do repairs on auto/cars only. I asked him if he knows a place where I can get help. To my surprise Victor offered me help and said he could try something to it. He went inside and brought the vaccuum with him. I was just there sitting praying that he could be able repair it. I don’t know how long it took but I was just glad and happy that he didn’t came out right away because I in my mind, I was sure that inside he was really looking and trying his best. You could see and tell that they willing to help and offered me help. They didn’t took advantage of my desperation. If I’d gone to a different shop they would have ripped my money off and charge me so much for something small like this. I offered them to charge me for consideration. But they took the scratch off like it’s brand new again, and mind you they did the service for me for FREE! I repeat for “FREE” But that doesn’t mean you should go and take your scratched appliances with you to them for free. Because that isn’t part of their job description. All I want you guys to know about how this people at this shop company restored humanity, they offered help without asking you anything in return. And but if you do, please consider asking them first, and not based on my review and what service they gave me for free. And please offer them to charge you for consideration because that’s how they make profit, they helped you, so you can help with their business too.

Let me just say this place is amazing. Not only they do an excellent job with body work and paint matching, I found out they also do your everyday diagnostics and repairs as well. I took my car in two weeks ago to check what the dealer told me was a faulty transfer box and needed very costly repair and had them give me a second opinion. Well they said all I needed was to change the oil in the transfer box and after doing the oil change, my care is driving better than ever. Then last week i took my other car in for a full detail and to fix the scratches on the bumper. The car looks like it did when I first bought it from the dealer. Big shout out to Felipe and Victor for going above and beyond to provide such great customer service. I will simply never take my car anywhere else for service. Thank you, Ali

This Auto shop is the best! I stopped by to ask if they help with registration plate mounting. They took my Audi Q3 in and plates were on in less than 5 minutes. I thanked them and asked for my bill, but they said ‘oh no, it’s at no cost to you ma’am.’ They are so professional, amazing customer service, clean nice office, big clean working bay and extremely knowledgeable plus they are not money hungry - customer satisfaction is topmost for them. We have used AutoDent for several repairs on different cars over the past 5 years (we have three teenage sons). The work is excellent and they really work with you to try to complete a plus work on time it ahead of schedule. Hopefully, I won’t need to have any body work done on any of our cars soon, but if so, this is where we go.

My baby, Dodge Durango had long scratches with denting in the side that I could be longer ignore when I saw a small speck of rust a few days ago. They gave me a quote that Id held onto until I could raise the money and get my car to them. The boss told me it would be better than new when they were done. AND IT WAS!!! AND they smoothed away a scratch that wasnt part of the repair. It was done in the 3 days they told me and they washed my baby so she gleamed when they gave her back. My 8-day-old 4-door sedan was run into by an F-150 truck. The entire right side — both doors, front and rear bumpers, and the pillar between the doors — had to be replaced.The work was done perfectly. They handled the insurance things so I barely had to do anything. There is nothing they could have done better.5 stars is not enough.

This place is the worst place to do business. If your car is in need of repair NEVER take it here. The Manager, Sam, he is going to lie to you every step of the way. He doesnt return calls and doesnt follow through with his word. They had my truck in the shop for over a month, and i would have to call just to get an update. Sam will promise you a rental, and he will pay for it, but you, the customer, ends up paying for the rental yourself. The rental company ends up charging your card for charges you didnt authorize.After trying to get Auto Dent to cover the Rental, Sam decides to give a card that gets decline, for just an amount of $33.00. I still havent gotten my money back yet, but want you to know NEVER GO HERE!!!!

I went to see Kiko today for a door ding someone left me. Kiko was very friendly and professional. We walked over to the car and he pointed out a surface scratch I hadnt even seen. When all was said and done, he took care of both the ding and the scratch for a very good price and had me in and out in less than an hour. Dealing with auto body damage in the past, I had a lot of anxiety about getting this taken care of. Its so common to feel taken advantage of or as if youre forced to pay more than you believe something is worth to fix. This was the complete opposite. I highly recommend Kiko or anyone at Auto Dent. This was a rare instance of feeling as though I was being taken care of and having my concerns addressed was a top priority. I hope I dont have to return, but if I do, I know I will have another positive experience. Thanks to Kiko and everyone at Auto Dent for their efforts on my behalf.

I needed a few jobs done on my car. I took it to what was up to this point our regular auto repair shop Autoy/Autowerke. One of the items was wet sanding and buffing roof, pillars and trunk lid which Autoy/Autowerke sublet to this Keystone Cop operation. After I was told my car was done, I came by, paid the bill and took the car. When I got home I walked around it and realized that what was in front of me was what looked like a 3 year old’s attempt to sand the car. The roof and trunk looked OK but the rest of the car—in areas that did not have scarring and was not part of what I requested to have done—was wet sanded and not buffed and there was a burn mark in the paint by gas door (the primer was visible!). I returned the car to Autoy who in turn took it back to Autodent who were not able to fix their own screw up and so Autoy took it to yet another shop which did a better job.
