They take advantage of people (you know, because of COVID) and don’t care about your continued business. Near-sighted business model here. Our salesperson, Luis, was great! He found a car that I was looking for and we made the deal over the phone and via text message. I just went there on a Saturday and did the paperwork and picked up the car. The finance manager Ali was also fantastic. He didnt try to sell me BS products and life insurance that DARCARS dealers usually try to get you sign up for.

While I drive the car ABS lights goes on and off and I called the service department first they told me that I have safety recall so that’s why I made appointment but when I called them to change my appointment they said that I don’t have any recall . That is ridiculous….. that is not right …. It happened almost 3 months my car pretty brand new only a year I drove …..

Theres not enough stars in the sky to give this dealership for the great reliable and patience work that they do with helping customers. One particular representative by the name of Carlos deserve a lot of credit. Without him being so nice, patient, And explaining the entire trade-in and purchasing of my Dodge ram 1500, at the end of the day I would not have purchased my vehicle. Carlos went above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable with the entire process from beginning to end. He offered me drinks, asked me if I wanted anything to eat and made sure my son and I were comfortable. When it was time to go to finance he made sure to tell me how long it would take. I cant say enough about Carlos! The GM also got involved and introduced himself to me it was very nice and informative and took part in assisting Carlos to go above and beyond with helping me purchase this vehicle. This is my third time purchasing a vehicle from this dealership and theres no other dealership I will go to ever again.
I’m giving 3/5 stars because of lack of communication from the staff in following through with what they said they will do. I bought a Jeep and didn’t buy the warranty on that day. I sent an email before the month was over and spoke to the manager twice. He had another staff contact me; however, that person never contacted us back with the needed information and now it’s passed a month and I don’t have any additional warranty.

The service team has tried to rip us off every time we have taken our car for service. They will try to have you pay for more service than is actually needed and say ‘this is wrong, or that is wrong’. Pls be careful, they will try to say your service package does not include certain services! Check your service package and have a copy of what it covers every time you go! DO NOT purchase, or take your car for serving here. They don’t care about customer service, they only care about taking every penny out of your pocket.
My husband just bought a Jeep Wrangler at DARCARs and had an excellent, no- pressure experience working with Muhammad who was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Everything that was promised was delivered. No stress. Came in Friday afternoon, back to sign papers Saturday morning and drove the Jeep home. Buying a car should always be so easy. First off I want to start by saying I had an awesome experience with my salesman Carlos. He helped me and my girlfriend with both of our car purchases on the same day. And he even matched a great deal I got from another dealership. But secondly, when I received my Jeep wrangler, after special ordering it to have each option I wanted, I noticed a very bad scruff mark and paint chip on the front right fender. I immediately went back to Carlos the next day less then 24hrs to show him and he said he would let me know what they can do. The best option I was given was a touch up Paint pen, but then even if that made the paint on the fenders that I paid extra for, look like new. There was still a mark on the unpainted part. So I am currently waiting on an answer from their GSM on whether or not they are going to take care of the fender. Which I’m hoping they are since we bought two special order cars from them on the same day. Will update once I get an answer from the dealership.

The service writer was a nice young man but the mechanics are absolutely horrible and seem like their all about money instead of actually finding out what’s wrong with your car. Long story short, last month, I drove up from Virginia to Maryland and my Dodge Charger went into limp mode while I was driving and eventually shut off and wouldn’t crank back up. I got the car towed to darcars and was charged a diagnostic fee of $235. A little steep but everyone prices are different. So the next day I received a call saying the car needed a new tcm (transmission control module),which would be $1800. I’m a female but I know a little bit about cars so I knew it didn’t need a tcm. Fast forward I towed my car back home and a quick test of the fuel pump determined the fuel pump was indeed the issue and needed replacement. I replaced the fuel pump for $217 with the help of a friend and the car immediately cranked up and has been running since. If you’re gonna charge $235 for a diagnostic test then you need to be right about what’s actually wrong with the vehicle. My advice seek a second opinion before allowing these mechanics to fix something on your car that doesn’t even need to be fixed.
I am very please with the services by sales consultant Mohsen Shirazi. We came without any appointment. He came to approached us (my wife and I) very nice and friendly. Help us through what we actually looking for, he explained the detail costs, gave both of us test drive. We love JEEP and we ended up buying two cars on that day. The Service Department at this dealership is horrible. Everyone there has a long face. You do not feel welcome at all. And they dont show any interest in hearing your concerns. It used to be a lot better a few years ago. I will no longer go there to service my Jeep unless they made changes.

They told me it had nothing wrong, even though it kept turning off, and they still had the decency to charge me after they told me that. Disclaimer: I have not bought any products from this establishment. I have, however, had several very positive encounters with the general management as an employee at the neighboring business. My concerns about employees snapping up the only parking near our store (not the same lot) did not need to be elevated to the point where I felt like that guy more than necessary. Often, people come in to the store when theyre getting their car serviced, and Ive heard nothing but good things.TL;DR The general group manager did more than he needed to. Good stuff.

We bought a new Jeep Wrangler around Mid 2019, it was time for its first oil change. I brought my Jeep into the dealership and was attended right away. Total time was around 30-40min. I drove the car back home but when I arrived home I could smell something burning. I turn the car off and open the hood only to find out the oil filter housing was never screwed back in. Not only that but there was a puddle of fresh oil under the car. Contacted dealership and they asked if I could bring the car back. I tighted the oil filter but when turning the car on the check engine light came on and it was making an odd sound. I turned the car off and called the dealership so they could come pick it up. Im very dissapointed with the service I recived. This is my first and last time I trust Darcars of rockville, if they couldnt complete a simple oil change on a brand new car I cant imagine them doing any bigger jobs on my car.
UPDATED (Nov 17,2020) - No response was received even after I emailed multiple times at the email posted on the reply from the owner. I stand by my comment - after-sales customer support can be better. It shouldnt take 4 weeks for someone in the customer support to pick up the phone and call, if they really wanted to resolve the issue.-------------------------------------------------------------------I started shopping for a new car in Oct considering a trade-in for my 11 yr old GMC Terrain.The sales person Daniel P. was very prompt in contacting me back when I submitted an online request for test drives. He was very courteous and enthusiastic about me coming for a test driving. I was impressed by his eagerness to find me the car of my liking. Oct 14th after test driving 3 different models, Daniel and Jared (Sales Manager) helped me to decide to go for the 2020 Grand Cherokee Altitude. They worked with me to give me pricing which was acceptable, and Jared mentioned that he is giving me rebates from Jeep etc.. I thought they were very courteous and not pushy at all. During the negation I asked Jared that I have been seeing advertisements from Chrysler Capital that there is 0% APR for 72 months with 90 days no payment, and I want that. He assured me that finance person will be able to work with me on that. Also, during negotiation of the sales price Jared said that they can do a trailer hitch install which typically costs $ 1,400 and will be done for free. When he asked what I will be doing mostly, I said moving bicycles etc. After negotiation, we walk to financing. The experience so far is fantastic. That is when the finance person starts to say that the APR is 5.5% something, and it turns out the discounts/rebates that sales people gave me vs 0% APR was mutually exclusive, as in either 0% APR or rebates. So after much negotiations they gave me 4.5% APR, which I wasn’t happy but accepted as I just wanted to get it done. I accepted their explanation that the rebates and financing rules are set by Chrysler Capital and they don’t have any leverage. I only wish that they would have been more transparent at the get go and not after making up my mind about buying that specific car.Let me acknowledge my fault for not researching all the options/accessories for a particular make/model etc. before showing up at a dealership for the hitch install. Next day, another sales person takes me to the service where the gentleman asks me what I will do, and said the same thing that mostly bikes. Oct 26 I had the tow hitch installed to my brand new 2020 Grand Cherokee. Unfortunately, what they ended up doing is installing just the trailer hitch receiver without an electrical harness. There was communication breakdown between the sales and service, and it wasn’t conveyed to me properly what would the install entail. Now I have a brand new vehicle with a ugly knockout on my rear bumper! When purchasing, I agreed to the price of the vehicle with the understanding that a complete trailer hitch will be installed, after doing research I realized by law I can not tow anything without the outlet. So for all practical purposes I have a half done of an install. When I spoked to Jared, answer is “we can not do anything about it”, poor after sales customer support! Otherwise the experience has been good.

Just wanted to share the experience. Sales people are pretty bad. Carlos hasnt returned my phone calls multiple times and the current manager has a very similar behavior as well (they used to have a very good manager several years ago). Nobody keeps their word, forget to call etc Pretty bad customer service. Oh, forgot to mention. Their prices are much higher as well. Wont recommend them.

Service department is a joke. I was guaranteed over the phone that if I arrived at my service appointment, I would be out same day. I took half a day off of work and arrive 15 minutes early. I was informed that they would need to hold my vehicle over the weekend. After some back and forth, I was assured they would TRY to fit me in. I walked out after they quoted me an astronomical amount for a simple procedure. Get your truck fixed elsewhere.

Wanted to jump on here and thank Javier, Nuko and Andy from DARCARS Jeep in Rockville. My wife and I were considering a VW Atlas Cross Sport or a Jeep Grand Cherokee so we stopped by DARCARS to see what they had available. I knew I wanted the black Grand Cherokee with black rims because its just a beautiful combo and its similar to the Wrangler Unlimited Willys trim I had a few years back. We met with Javier and he couldnt have been more helpful from showing us the options and trim levels to comparing the Grand Cherokee to the VW Atlas. It was refreshing to have such honesty at a car dealership. Andy really made the numbers work and we were able to get a Jeep with way more options than the initial Grand Cherokee we looked at first. Being apprehensive and all about a large purchase from out of state, he gave me space and was very responsive to my questions. Above all, he was genuine, and I value that more than anything.About Sean: Sean was just a consummate professional. Be it via text or in-person, he was direct and courteous...another set of traits I value.About Saji: You might have heard of pushy finance guys, well, he isnt one of them. I was set on what I wanted. He respected those wishes and plans, and I think in return he got a big fan and a future customer.About the dealership experience: By now, I have raved about the 3 people I interacted with, so you can be forgiven for expecting the dealership to appear professional. Well, youll be correct in that assessment. Generally professional sales crew. I get turned off easily by the appearance of unprofessionalism, but this place was superb. Service center is always trying to get you for every $$. They gave me a quote for >$700 to replace a headlight bulb! They also charge triple of the cost on any filters I needed changed during my oil change. I got my headlight fixed somewhere else for < $100. I will not go back there.

I ordered running boards for Ram 2500 that werent in stock. I was told they would be there later in the same day. They were there, was given a discount and the Parts Department personnel brought them to and loaded them on my vehicle. I thought that was exceptional customer service.

I inquired about leasing my first Jeep online, and Laleh was my salesperson. She was very knowledgeable and provided all of the information I needed and answered questions I had regarding my 2020 Jeep Renegade. This one was the Orange Edition 4X4. Laleh made the entire process easy for me, while making sure I received the best deal that made sense for me. I ended up purchasing instead! Alex personally delivered the vehicle to me the next day!! He was also very knowledgeable on the features and provided a vehicle demonstration. I highly recommend DARCARS Jeep Rockville and will refer my friends and family to come here. On August 19, 2020 at 1pm i had appointment at the Rockville Maryland Dodge service department for my 2020 dodge challenger to change the Battery. When I arrived at the dealership service department the gentleman was rude and had attitude and ask me what do i want. I responded that i had appointment at 1pm. The gentleman stated to me with attitude and said so what do you need. I responded that i needed to change the battery for the car. And he stated that if this car was used. i responded no this car is new and i bought 3 week ago. He gave me a sarcastic look at the car. and told me that it will take 2 to 3 hours for the car to check the battery. I responded to him that i was told on Monday August 17, 2020 that they will replace the battery due to the car being 3 weeks old. And the i ask for the manager and he stated to me that he is the Assistant service manager his name is ( Daniel Morgadinho ). this guy is very unprofessional. I will not be taken my car to this place again.
I purchased a Jeep Wrangler used from darcars the salesman was the best part.... after purchasing I was obligated to wait until Monday (GPS install) to drive off the lot or put down additional money.... I waited the 2 days drive directly to Atlanta.... no cruise control and the Jeep had no bounce to it’s shocking system I had to put the vehicle in the shop not once but twice and the seal still leaks and there’s some sort of tire rubbing. I’m no mechanic so I trusted the dealer to do what was right..... on top or everything else dmv didn’t produce my tag in time so they promised me and new temp tag that never showed up and now I’m torn between missing work tomorrow or driving illegally because they can’t keep their word I would NOT SEND MY WORST ENEMIES HERE TO BUY A WATER BOTTLE ................ I was forced to add at least one star to post my review but hopefully your smarter than me and go elsewhere....

Thrilled with my purchased of a 2020 Pacifica Hybrid. I live in Michigan and was visiting my in-laws in New York over the holiday. Im an engineer, a spreadsheet nerd, and most important of all, a penny pincher, so I called dealerships all over the Northeast that had pacifica hybrids in their inventory and DARCARS had the lowest price by far. They were happy to work with me, even though I was an out-of-state buyer. Working with Javier was a pleasure. He was very accomodating. I transcated most of the deal remotely and when I showed up to the dealer to pick up the car, he came out with a bunch of paperwork for me to sign, and I drove away with the car a half hour later. Couldnt be more pleased with my vehicle and purchasing experience.

Just purchased a RAM 1500 4x4 Crew Cab 64 for this dealership! And Moshen is a sales magician! If you ask, he will deliver! Make sure if you go to this site, ask for him! He will get you the car or truck you want for the price you want and get you out on the road quickly!!!!
Purchased my truck and purchased extended warranty with it.Had an issue with my truck and called to have the service tech to look at.Called for scheduling and was told We Do Not Service that truck on our location. Closest location was 32 miles from my home. I canceled the extended warranty and was told that I will get the money in 2 weeks. Called 2 weeks later then they told me it can be up yo 3 weeks. 4 weeks later I have not got my money yet. Do not plan to go to this place ever again.
I usually don’t like buying cars and dealing with the whole process but this time was different. First, my wife made an appointment to come in and the person, J.P. was ready and waiting for us when we got there. No waiting. He actually greeted us outside when we arrived. Very friendly and professional. He tagged up with another person, Khamaal, who he was training. Khamaal took over and showed us the vehicle my wife saw online and also showed us more that were on the lot. He was very helpful in showing us how things worked on the car and other questions we asked. Always pleasant the whole time. Once we picked out which one we wanted, he got us in and got us out. Which I loved because I hate waiting and waiting. All in all it was a smooth transaction. I commend Khamaal and JP for the jobs they did. This is my second purchase from Darcars Rockville and when I get ready to get another vehicle, I will be back.
I went into the dealership to buy a Jeep Wrangler as a first time buyer with an excellent credit score. The salesperson was nice and very knowledgeable but every time he came back he couldn’t bring the price down or anything, he kept saying he couldn’t accept the offer that we were wanting (which was reasonable) but then we came to an agreement, even though they could’ve knocked the price down, they just refused not to. Then when I went back to the finance person to discuss my monthly payments and interest rate and he lowballed me and tried to rip me off. He knew what my credit score was and still continued to tell me that I needed things that I didn’t need and was talking like he was the bank. He never attempted to talk to the banks he was just talking like he knew they were not going to give me anything.Management told him not to let me walk out, but he refused to work with me and continued to lowball me and rip me off. Management as well did not want to work with me or bring down the price and wanted to rip me off. I would never recommend this dealership to anybody

Dave Swisher is awesome. Management however does not appear to care about their customers. I have been waiting for over an hour to get an issue with temp tags fixed. The peopleWho can correct this issue are in a meeting. They were notified shortly after this issue was detected and refuse to come down to assist. Furthermore there are two customers in addition to me waiting for them to exit their meeting. I have been here for over 5 hours.

We came in looking at an Audi (used) which isn’t normally what is offered. The car is a great value! We unfortunately did not purchase because we found another car with lower miles for a little more. I’ve been looking for a C63 AMG coupe and of all places, I never expected to find it at a Chrysler dealership. They had one traded in last week. It was traded on Tuesday and I was there to purchase it Friday! Everyone from sales, to finance, to service, has been incredibly helpful and excellent to work with.Thanks to Mohsen, Justin, Ali, Berry, and Arbi for making it happen for me. I haven’t purchased a used car since my very first car back in 1994 so I was nervous about it but the guys at Darcars took great care of me. There were a couple issues that I noticed once I got home and Arbi in service took care of it immediately. I can’t tell you how nice it is to receive excellent service when making a large purchase such as a vehicle. Even though it wasn’t new, or even one of the manufacturers they sell, everyone was extremely helpful and professional. I received an excellent price and would definitely purchase another car from them in the future.
Customer service wise I think they did a great job. I was offered and received a replacement car when it became clear that the repair would last longer than foreseen. Also Corey, the rep, ensured that my existing warranty would cover all the costs. This was all efficiently arranged. Only issue is that one repair (overhead console) they made seems to acting up again and so I’ll find out how good their follow-up support is!
