I’ve been using their dream cream for a few years now! By far my favorite product! I’m a northern Illinois Native, but now reside in Washington state. My last order I had shipped, the lid has busted during shipment. But B&BF quickly shipped me a new lid and all was good! Thank you for the great customer service and products! I have even turned some of my Washington friends on to their products and they love them!!

I just want to share my Dream Cream experience. A came in and was greeted with amazing customer service. A friend shared somd Dream Cream and I figured I had nothing to loose because I have tried so many things for my eczema. I love that it is made locally and supports a small business.I have been dealing with severe eczema on my knees and elbows since my mid-teens, and have had no luck with the creams, foams and other remedies offered by medical professionals. I also dislike the idea of the chemicals in many of the treats in the medical industry. I had pretty much given up on the idea of ever have clear skin again as it has been almost 20 years since I have had normal knees and elbows, and it seems to spread.Low and behold, I am finding relief! Its not completely gone, but I have a pretty severe case. It is better than it has been in years, and that is worth so much to me!! The pictures below show my elbows and knees before I started using the cream. The others are after using dream cream for 3 weeks, several times a day on my elbows and knees. Thank you so much for creating this cream!!

This review is difficult for me to leave. I have been gifted the Dream Cream in the past and feel it is an excellent product. Our home wants to support local as much as we can responsibly in the pandemic due to our age and preexisting conditions.Decided to stop in a while ago to purchase more for our home and to gift other products for a birthday. Thought we came in when the store was closed because no one was at the register. Someone did come to the front of the store, but was distracted. We asked a couple of questions, but felt like we were inconveniencing them. We decided to buy just the dream cream and leave as it seemed the woman was busy.My husband decided to go by one more time for gifts. He said it was virtually the same and decided to leave without purchasing.Maybe it is the stress of working a small business right now. From what I have experienced, it is good product. Read other reviews of snobbery. Certainly hope that is not the case.

Love this place. So many fun things to choose from. The staff is very educated on what they sell. There is a tonic, lotion, or spray for just about any ailment you might have, from a headache to anxiety. The products are good high quality and not watered down like you find in the box stores. If you purchase something as a gift they wrap it up so beautifully for you. The Skin Fx Elixer might just be my favorite item, as I see a difference in my face and how it looks a bit more youthful than it did prior to using it. :D

Jen and her staff are amazing! You feel the love the minute you walk into the store! They wrap things up beautifully for gifts, too! My favs include the Dream Cream and shower steamers!! I love the products from this store! They are all natural and work very well! My hands get super dry in the winter and the dream cream has worked so well that they don’t crack anymore! I would recommend stopping by this store to pick up some bath bombs too! They do gift wrap items in such colorful bags and ribbons! My little niece enjoys her fun gifts I get her from here!

I have been thinking about what I wanted to say in my review of Bath & Body Fusion for a while now, and decided it was time to stop thinking and start saying. Jen and her fabulous staff are some of the most caring, compassionate, and loving people that I have ever met. From the minute you walk in the door you are greeted with a smile and offered help to pick out products, get advice, and find the best price for you in their store. I walked in a couple of months ago anf had no idea what I wanted. Jen recommended her Luxury Face Cleaning Set and a tub of dream cream and I left with those items. I am absolutely in love with how her Charcoal Scrub works on my face leaving it exfoliated and hydrated and the dream cream is a must have at this store. Later on, I went back again and grabbed some more items and found the Body Scrubs. These are one of my favorite things at the store with how clean and refreshed they make my body feel and how it is customizable by adding your choice of essential oils or fragrance to it. Not to mention, these folks are so dedicated to the Rockford community. If you haven;t heard, these amazing people are donating tubs of their dream cream to the healthcare workers and it is a great mission for them to start. That being said, they need help! They are asking the Rockford community for donations (only $5/jar) to help them heal the hands healing us, so please consider donating. I highly recommend Bath & Body Fusion and if you want my recommendation check out the charcoal scrub, the body scrubs, and some dream cream. Check them out! You will not regret it!

I have been going to BBF since they opened downtown, I love all the products they have to offer. Jen makes sure she gets to know her customers and makes sure we all feel welcome. The sales associates are always willing to help find my favorite scents or offer their suggestions on new ones. My son absolutely loves their bath bombs and the little parties that Jen sets up through out the year. I highly recommend this wonderful Store, shop local and make a difference.

I am LOVING these products so far. Face mask leaves my skin silky soft. Muscle tingly helped with a sprained ligament. Lip scrub makes kissable lips. Love that I can choose my own scent for my shower gel and body scrub. The toner is getting rid of milia! Drenched? Who needs ant aging creams. Sponges are amazing on the skin, so are the olive oil soaps. I have cancelled a beauty subscription and dont even want to use what I have. Love BBF from the products to the cute packaging to the wonderful little wooden decorated sticks to the personal attention and back again!

Last December, along with some Christmas presents, I bought a bottle of Tingly muscle spray. I am still using the same bottle of Tingly because a couple of sprays is all that is needed. It works wonders when my shoulder injury starts hurting. I use a few sprays of Tingly and it relaxes the legs cramps I get at night and helps me get a good night sleep. My husband uses Tingley after yard work. I like it over other comerical muscle relaxers because it works better and it is all natural. I enjoy all of the items I have bought at Bath & Body Fusion, but if I could only buy one product from there it would be Tingly. LOVE IT LOVE IT LOVE IT.

I can’t say enough good things about this place and their products. I was severely burned on both legs and arms my a accident with cooking oil that caught fire . I had to spen 2 weeks and 2 days in the icu . They recommend to use a store bought lotion for when I left the icu . I had problems with it irritating my skin severely. I went to see my amazing burn Dr. and she recommended to try a product called Dream Cream because all the ingredients that are beneficial to help heal burned skin. I love the fact that you can actually read and understand the ingredients that are in this product unlike the store bought lotions . I have been using it for a few weeks and the results are amazing it always keeps my skin hydrated and dosent irritate it like other products and has help the healing process . So wether you have severe burns like me or just simple sun burn I would recommend using this product .
