I love the staff here they are always very helpful. I used to always be able to get the products I need. However since the pandemic its really hard to get things I need for work.

I give it a 2 star review only because I will always find what I need. The other 3 I will not give because of the customer service. Atleast not when I personally go in. I feel very uncomfortable, I feel its due to my accent. I do not get the same respect as an English speaker would.Examples #1- I went in to return a couple of items. The older lady that was helping me was very rude to me and when the next customer came up she changed her tone of voice and even smiled at them. I didnt even get a smile.... This has happened multiple times! Reason why I finally write this review. :(#2 I went in and one the gals didnt want to struggle not sure if due to my accent or to find me in the system, but still sold me the items. I went in the next week she couldnt find me in the system. I told her she had found me the week prior, I even showed her my receipt. Turns out she had sold me the items under her own name so she would get me out of there asap..I hope this doesnt continue with me or other customers that go in. Customer service should be their top priority no matter who is walking in their door! We are all paying customers and should ALL be treated equally.

Always have what I need in stock. However, despite being a customer with an account number they can never seem to look it up.
