After having reserved a unit here over a week in advance at this location, I arrived with my U-Haul rental full of belongings only to find out that the one of the managers (or owners?) at this location had deliberately canceled my reservation, without contacting me to let me know, and sold my reserved unit to someone else. Because of this, I had to settle for what was available at another location and at a higher price, because my original price that I had reserved under a special, online, could no longer be honored.The store manager Kayla at this location was super helpful and kind in helping me find a unit at another location and did everything she could to make it happen. But I only wish that my pricing could have been honored and that I would have been contacted in advance, so that I could have made alternative and planned arrangements, rather than having had wasted my time and money that day, making a desperate decision to take anything that was available because of my time restrictions with the rental.Extremely disgruntled with my experience.

Great place. Clean and organized. Very helpful staff. The store manager Kayla is very helpful and knowledgeable. They try to find the perfect storage solutions for your specific storage needs.

Im ready to find another storage place. The price went up after a few months of being here, the gate has issues frequently, and the place has rodents. (Although they have rodent boxes, the issues still exist and Ive had to place my own traps.)

Easy check in and payment online. Staff was very friendly and accommodating, we will definitely recommend this place on Rawlinson Rd. Facility is always clean and very secure at all times. Never a problem getting in or out and bathrooms are clean.

Convenient and easy to access these units! Clean and professional. Office staff are knowledgeable, helpful, and easy to work with. Prices are affordable (especially if you catch the web-discounts). We needed climate controlled storage while we stage our home to move.

Easy to reserve a storage unit online. Was called the next day, had a unit. Went to office and finished the paperwork. Easy, quick, and assistant manager was wonderful. Glad I moved to this facility.

Overran with rodents.

This is a great place to store your stuff. We moved recently and needed short term storage for about 1/3 of our previous home. We rented one climate controlled unit for things that shouldn’t be exposed to high humidity and one outside unit. The staff here is very friendly and helpful. We would definitely rent here again.

Update: despite following contract and giving 10 days written notice, they are billing me for month not used and late fees. Will be contacting my lawyer to deal with them. Even had office staff sign paper when I dropped off written notification. Will also contact credit card since I consider this fradulent. Do not recommend using them. Previous review: You do not have to give out your ss# for this so leave it blank. Contract says cancellation must be in writing and 10 days notice or you will be charged. Also, contract excuses company from any information of yours that is stolen and the cost of that. Someone had taken my spot when I arrived so I had worker write a note with her instructions of where I was told to leave my truck. I did not want to be inadvertently charged for another spot. Make sure to ask for driver license back after they make their copy.

Rare to find good customer service these day. The staff has it mastered. Clean facility and they make you feel like your business is really wanted.Thank you.
