Had the truck I ordered and it was ready to go and clean 15 minutes prior to my pickup time. Easy process and no issues at all.

They were really understanding. They allowed me to upgrade to a larger truck (for a higher rate of course). Also, we had a tornado weather condition, so they allowed an extra day at no charge.

An hour before I suppose to pick up my truck they call and tell me they cant rent me the truck I reserved but do have a smaller one. I accepted but what are you supposed to do an hour before people start showing up to help you move. I show up at Home Depot and they have 3 customers and 1 employee. Phone ringing of the hook going unanswered. Cant blame the employee, he was doing all he could do by himself. It took 30 minutes to get minutes to get started and come to find out the truck didnt have a ramp. planned move, people showing up to help, no truck. They should just say no I dont have what you want when you reserve it.

This is crazy. Not enough staff and it took 30 mins to rent my truck. I have people in the was to help move and this is going to cost me extra money. Thanks home depo, Ill never rent from here agian

Place is a joke, more on Penske part then home depot. Waited in line for 20 minutes, they had the wrong truck reserved, needed a 26 and they had a 16. Then wanted to charge me 145 and 49 cents a mile. Never again.
