I have been coming here since I can’t even remember! I’ve always gotten my make up here and when my hairstylist Amanda came here of course I followed!! All the ladies here are very very nice and always willing to help you with whatever you need. Just recently had my hair and makeup done for my wedding and Tiffany and Amanda both were here to help me when I needed them on 2 separate occasions!! Just wanted to leave a little something letting you know how awesome this place and these girls are!!!
Dear Random User,All of the stylist have 15+ years experience and a solid clientele base. Due to the 6 week shut down from Covid-19 and new booking and occupancy restrictions in accordance to the CDC, 3 out of the 4 stylist in the salon are not even accepting new clients and the 4th is only taking new clients by referrals from current clients. No one has taken a new color client, nor have we received any complaints from our pre-existing color clients, most of which have been with us anywhere from 10 to 20+ years. The stylists are not even affiliated with the boutique, nor the listed number and are separate independent contractors. You would have had to contact them directly to complain about your experience but since this review was posted two days ago (Dec. 2nd) and the new booking changes and regulations have been in place since May 18 when the shut down was lifted, it is completely impossible for your service to have been provided by anyone in the salon at this location.
Well I know this was 2 months ago but you all treated your worker with nothing but disrespect. If i’m being honest Tiffany ignored me when I asked if we could eat there twice. She never once said anything about it not being allowed. Your worker thought it was fine because you all eat out in the open on the lesson tables where you have your makeup on which is very unsanitary. Me nor my sister had your makeup on. I’d rather use walmart’s makeup. It came to my attention that you wanted “black” customers to your store so we were “welcomed” into your establishment. I was not even in your store and when I walked in you rudely told me to get out. And as for you calling my friends “irresponsible and not ladylike” is very immature when your manager insisted us to help bring more people “like us”. You won’t see any of my friends in that establishment. Most of you guys are very disrespectful and I hope your customers see that.
First time here. Ashley not only listened to what I wanted but understood. Fabulous cut and color. Very pleased. Made a follow-up appt and will probably also book a facial.
I was introduced to Merle Norman products in Rock Hill, SC years ago. Although I tried other cosmetics periodically, all roads led back to Merle Norman. There is not another product available that compliments my skin like Merle Norman. The Rock Hill Store location and management team has evolved, but the same great service and product quality remains. I give the whole Merle Norman experience a 5 star.
I love the line. My grandmother used it. My mother uses it. Its pretty much all Ive used since age 12 when my mother took me for my first facial. MN has mondernized and updated, and the ladies in Rock Hill are fantastic. I call it my candy store without the calories.

Very poor costumers service, was kicked out after I bought a pair of earrings. CEO of the store was very rude and very disrespectful to me and my friends. Wanted a refund for my items but was denied service. Will never be back and will definitely be telling my other friends that our customers about this incident. Was not told the reason for being kicked out. The makeup burned my face and broke me out and still are not allowing me for a refund.
They have beauty salon in house! Same hair stylist for 20+ years! This Merle Norman is a good place to shop for gifts as well as supplies. Staff is attentive, friendly, and anxious to please. The stylist are very friendly, too!
This place is VERY disrespectful. me and my friends were inside (one of my friends was an employee) we were minding our business while my friend was helping with a customer when the manager stormed in the store yelling at me and my friends to get out. i will never come back due to the disrespect. don’t go there. their makeup is trash anyways.
I have been using Merle Norman for a long time- I have tried the other brands and nothing keeps my complexion as clear and youthful. Worth the extra price- I am 52 and am told I look 35, no wrinkles or lines and no acne, rashes or age spots. The tinted moisturizer with sunscreen is fantastic, very light and natural. My Mom introduced me to MN 25 years ago, and I introduced my now 17 year old two years ago. She tried the cheap stuff a few times, and always comes back-- likes being the only teenager with no clogged pores! A+++
Favorite cosmetics & skincare in the whole world! Plus most of my wardrobe comes from the boutique & I get my hair done in the salon. The facials are amazing too! One stop shop for sure!

They seem to be closing early. When u n a rush to get here they r closed 15min early then 6pm
