Great customer service and I found some mens products at half price 😀

This location is still taking covid precautions and are very set on it. When we arrived there was a line outside but the wait was only a few minutes. We went to let my mother inlaw pick out some items for mothers day.All the staff were very nice and pleasant. Several asked how we were doing and if we needed anything. We took advantage of the B2G2 candles, B3G2 body care and the 6for26 hand soaps.

I love bath and body works!! They had 75% off and I scored some awesome stuff. I got a candle for 1.23, and 2 lotions. One of which was plumeria. It brings me back to my childhood. I smell great and didnt break the bank. I also really like their scents for the car too.

There employees literally are the most unknowledgable employees ever! I absolutely HATE this place. I live less than 3 minutes away from the Rock Hill, SC location and Ill drive all the way to Charlotte instead for good service.

This place doesn’t like black people im assuming... i went in earlier this week and nobody came over to help me . this worker she’s a blonde in her mid ages just looked at me up and down in a rude manner and some teen worker just stood there. this store needs a of diversity workers. The rude, unprofessional manager named Destinee is refusing to allow customers through the door 30 minutes or more before closing. The store is only open now until 5 pm so we have very little time to shop as it is without being turned away long before closing. When I arrived there was no line and the store wasnt even at full capacity. There was no reason to refuse entry. She claimed it was corporate policy which is a lie because other stores in the area let you in unless there is a long line right before close. Destinee turned away over a dozen customers in the short time I was there. Shes alienating long standing customers so she can close the store even earlier than it already closes. I called corporate and anyone else treated badly should do the same.

Didnt have most of my favorites. I was very disappointed.

Great place

Always find a great scent that I love and then I go back and its gone because they bring in the next season scents. My best one ever is the Fiji Sands exfoliating. Hopefully they bring it back soon it has the best scent and the best temperature does not stick to my hands. Also have great mens body sprays one of our go to use for my husband.

Mariah was my cashier and was so helpful! The store was taking every precaution with reopening their stores due to COVID. Great experience.

Make sure if you receive any coupons in the mail to take them I with you because you cant use the app or any coupons on your phone in this location. I was sent 3 different coupons in the mail and forgot them at home and the same coupons were on my phone but they wouldnt let me use them. Also wasnt asked if I needed any help despite worrying aimlessly trying to find a certain scent because the 2 employees were too busy chit chatting. This is the first time I had such a poor experience at this bath and body works. Previous visits when I left my coupons at home they still gave me the savings and every other time I was greeted all but immediately and asked if I needed any help. Very disappointed

My experience was very unhappy. I am a member on the rewards you get and drove approximately 30 to use my reward points for them to tell me they dont honor them! What good is it to get points if you cant go to nearest Bath and body to redeem them! Yeah you can go online get your 2 reward certificate for $16.50 for your free gift but you pay $10 shipping plus tax so you might as well pay for it cause it sure aint free!!

Great coupons. Customer service good. Lots of items to choose from, lotions, candles, mists, ect. My favorite can only be ordered online. The store is conveniently located. I definitely recommend and purchase again.

I absolutely love this store and when they have clearance over a cup on the bottles of body wash and lotion for 3 to $4 each you can also get the coupons if you add yourself to their mailing list and email list just make sure you check the dates it saves so much money its worth the time!
