Overly nice an introverts nightmare when having to talk that much but Im not complaining, either they were nice or thought I was stealing

Got what I needed in under 10 minutes with great staff!

We are from another town, but found this Walgreens more friendly than what we were used to back home. They transferred some prescriptions from my Home Pharmacy, filled them much faster than I expected, and gave me a flu shot, all in surprisingly quick time. I do not normally give 5 stars, but this is the only fair thing to do as far as Im concerned.Dont ever change!

Tried to get my prescription filled here and they refused to fill it even though my Doctor sent it over. Some worker with the Last name Hicks also gave me a really hard time when I tried asking why they couldn’t fill it. He wouldn’t even talk to me and just gave me the number to corporate. I also tried to get my film done there and it’s been 3 months and every time I ask about it they say they don’t have it so I called corporate and they also said that the man with the last name Hicks signed for it so I went in and asked and he got a big attitude and said that just because he signed for it, it’s not his duty to keep up with them. So they lost my film and I just wouldn’t recommend going to this Walgreens. 0/10 experience

I cant say enough about how awesome this store is - definitely the best location in Rock Hill. Aisles are wide and everything is neatly organized. End caps are arranged very well and honestly impressive! The real reason to go to this location though is the staff - from the front cashiers and photo pickup to the all-star team in the pharmacy! Everyone is nice, friendly, patient, and professional. Ive come into this store before miserable with pain but left smiling and even laughing! If youre considering a change in venue for your pharmaceutical needs, this is the place for you.

I can appreciate a clean store and Walgreens stays clean. I stop in when I see something I need on sale flasing on the billboard or in the flyer.

The pharmacy staff are excellent! The store is bright and always clean. The aisles a easy to navigate. Though there is a Walgreens closer to my home, I drive the extra distance to this one. Its the best.

Its a typical location of a chain drug store. Many different health and non-health items. Of course most are premium priced. The staff is helpful, the store clean.

I would like to give this store a decent rating, but why is it that every time I go in there they are always watching me. Does the blackness of my skin deserve the workers to mysteriously come exactly where Im at? I mean really they have cameras. Ive been working since I was in my 20s and now Im in my 50s. They still treat me like a thief who has come to wipe them out. Ive decided thats my last time going in there. I can keep my money.

They will not refill your prescriptions even if the doctor sends them.
