Typical convenience store., known for fresh cut meats,. Store is very dated, and boring manager is not at all friendly deli area not clean looking and congested

Nice clean store..fresh meats,love there 5 for 20.00 pick. Also bakery is fresh with wide variety of goods. They have it all. Very friendly customer service as well. Glad I stopped in.

Got the sale items I was looking for. Was in and out in a timely manner.

Dont tell maps I was in the parking lot for softball pickup. Huge Big M fan just didnt need anything for leftovers night.

The location was very clean and well stocked. Prices were slightly higher than what youll find at other stores.

Love this small but inexpensive and convenient grocery store. Always get great cuts of meat from the butcher. Deli is great delicious cold subs great cold cuts. Bakery is even good fresh bread different desserts.

I always grab my meats from here they have great prices and selection. It is always clean and theres sanitizer stations throughout the store.

Wondering what phase courtesy is in. I have been shopping at your store for 30 + years but today was too much. The young girl asked if I had bags or wished to purchase I responded no put them back in the cart. She proceeded to push them down to the collection area despite my cart being right by her AND WAITED once the transaction was completed so I could take the groceries out kid the collection area & put them in my cart! I worked my way through college working in a grocery store. I realize this generation has only a fraction of the work ethic my generation did/still does BUT COME ON!! REALLY?!?!

This store is a very homey, friendly place to shop. It Is extremely convenient for me when I need something quickly. I love their deals on meat, and can stock up for the week with dinners rather cheaply! The store is small enough that the employees will remember you and be happy to greet you back, yet large enough so that you can find anything you need.

Its a smaller grocery store with a huge selection of everything you need. The cuts of meat are excellent. The bakery has plenty of fresh breads and a variety of just like home baked cakes and cookies.Looking for fresh fruits in season and local fruits are always available.The veggies are fresh and clean!I really like this store and l have it a5 Star rating.

My girl & I travel frequently & one of the things we like to do is explore grocery stores, we like looking at the different products and or what is more popular in their state versus ours but one thing we have learned from our explorations is that Gates Big M is a 5 star on cleanliness, products(unbelievable meat section)! Anything you might want in a bigger grocer youll find it here. It shows with the employees everyone always has a positive attitude great atmosphere! Thumbs up Gates Big M!

I love Gates Big M. Its small and they have a good variety of items. My only beef is that the meat department seems to roll a lot of unnecessary fat under their chicken parts when they sell them. That is really not necessary. I have mentioned it to someone there before but it continues to happen. They should only leave the skin that is to that particular piece of meat. Please keep your things nicely trimmed because I do believe that you guys have the best meat selection and prices.

Most if not all of their meats are priced relatively low but the rest of the store had marked up prices on common items. You may be better off sourcing your other grocery needs at another store but definitely buy your meats here.

I stop by multiple times a week on my way home from work to pick up dinner. Having an in house butcher makes a world of difference when it comes to the quality of meat, I will not buy from anyone else now. Staff is always friendly and they some products/brands that I cant find at other stores. I love this store!!

I love that it is a small store and I can go in and get what I need without going through a large supermarket where I tend to pick up more items then I intended. I consider this a good thing because I am on a strict budget. I also like the 5 for 20 meat sale.

Small Independent Grocery Association (IGA) close to work. Good selection of foods with an excellent deli, fresh breads and daily sandwich specials. Only drawback is its not open before 8am.

Great food decently priced overall (some things are very cheap, while others are above average slightly; compared to Aldis, Wegmans, Tops, Big lots, ect) The employees are always friendly but theres only ever 1 register open and its either dead or SLAMMED..but its way less busy compared to the other local stores!Watch out for potholes!! The parking lot is due for repairs. In my opinion; it would be beneficial to the store & customers as well to redesign the exterior & interior layout and materials!! 💯

Big M is a nice small grocery store. Probably just a little more expensive than the big chains but you can find what you want fast and its good, and get out faster than those others.
