The store is well stocked and the sales associates are always knowledgeable and friendly.The bathroom could use a remodel since the toilets are permanently stained and the toilet paper fixtures seem to always be falling off of the walls of the Stalls. But the rest of the store is well taken care of.

With long lines they were very, very organized. I was at the end of a very long line and I waited no more than 5 to 10 minutes. It moved so very fast. All the workers had positive attitudes and were kind. I recommend the Greece Target very highly. The customer service is awesome.

Fast and excellent service within their target online pickup department. I dont always have the opportunity to shop in store and sometimes you just want to walk in and walk out and thats what their pickup service provides. Their online department gives its customers access to better rewards and greater deals by shopping online picking up in store. I got a $20 gift card by laundry and cleaning products, I saved $15 dollars after purchasing online and picking up in store health and beauty products. Also, I bought three movies on several occassions and got several free. They are always doing these kind of deals and you cant beat that. There online service on hands are ten times more accurate than walmarts. I can place an order and not worry about whether or not the item is actually in stock.

Would’ve given a negative star review if possible. We used the bathroom and none of the toilets were desirable to use. Aside from the messes that were left in them, you can tell that they haven’t been cleaned in a long time. Pretty disgusted.

I love Target but today I did not feel safe in your store. The person at the service desk was chewing gum and her mask was not covering her nose or part of her mouth. I also observed 2 other associates with their mask not covering their nose. My doctor sends the video to me constantly saying it is supposed to be worn over both nose and mouth I realize it is uncomfortable but so am I walking into your store with it on my face.

Be careful shopping here. The last two times we have gone we were over charged for a number of items. The price it shows on the display is not the real price so make sure you check your receipts. Last night I got 6 items. One was overcharged by $5 and another by $3. When I told the cashier she said “welp should’ve taken a pic of the display. Sorry”. I had a fussy newborn and needed the items otherwise I would’ve left immediately. Buyer beware!

Ive shopped at Target for the past 15 years. It was good for a while, but lately, not so much. Ive gone in about 4 times since June. One time was for a clothing item I saw online for X amount. When I got to the store, the price was different. I pulled out my phone to check and the price was different online than in store. I asked an employee, she stated the online price is different, I could buy it online for the price and pick it up at the store. I couldnt find anywhere online that said it was an online only price, but, okay. I was already in the store so I went to the service desk and asked for the online price. Yes, could be done. Cool, thanks for saving me a trip.The next time I went in to buy a cellphone. I was in the electronics department waiting patiently for 45 minutes. There were two employees and only one who could work with cellphone sales from what I gathered. I stayed in the department but didnt hover because, having been in retail, I know its an uncomfortable feeling knowing someone is just standing there staring at you, waiting you to finish with the customer youre helping. I had talked with the other employee so he knew I was needing a phone. I heard the other couple leave from another aisle, so I headed over to the phone tech. The phone tech was walking away and already past the toys. I wasted 45 minutes of my life. I went back the next day to get the phone and a different employee helped me and told me if I was going with the same service vendor and another prepaid phone, all I had to do was swap out the sim card, there was no reason to have to wait for the tech. I was irritated that I wasnt told this the previous night, but glad that I didnt have to wait another 45 minutes for the tech to finish up with the customer they were with. I bought the phone and ended up coming back two more times because of the phone being defective. That was no fault of the employees. I ended up getting a refund and going to Walmart. I got the same phone for half the price and was helped immediately ( 3 employees working in electronics there and twice as busy as Target but still managed better and faster service, something I never thought I would say!)Even before this, Ive noticed a decline in customer service, product quality, etc over the years. I have to say, Target, it was a nice run, but youve lost your luster and its just not working out anymore.

I wanted to say that the app is great to order from! But even better is that they have the option to drive up and your order is delivered right to your vehicle. The associate was very nice and I would highly recommend it to anyone!

I love target a whole but the customer service there is horrible. I really didn’t appreciate the boy who was greeting all the customers but when it came to me I didn’t even get a hello. Smfh I mean it’s 2020 can we please train employees that your black Customers matter too!!!!!

Just generally a better shopping experience all around. Unique items, great prices, helpful staff clean and well lit. You really cant ask for much more in a store.

I am a veteran. My local TV station listed Target as a store which would give a 10% discount to veterans today. When I asked about it at the register, the cashier told me they weren’t giving a discount. I called back to ask for the manager. The operator never answered. I called electronics who dropped me off the line then put me through when I called back. I waited 6 minutes and the manager never answered nor was there a voicemail. Also, there was only one cashier. The lady in front of me bought a lot of items. So, I had to wait in line a long time. I am completely upset with Target. I would not shop there again.

The store is clean and well organized - workers are very friendly and helpful. Although - i gave it only an 8 because I am finding more and more that there are offers on cartwheel and the items are not available in the store - there is not even a slot for them anymore. So i go there expecting to buy a particular item listed on the cartwheel ap and then it is not there. In the past it was very rare occasion. The past year or so it happens almost every time i go. There are one or two items not on the shelves, that are listed with a discount on the ap.

I just moved to this area about a month ago and I have never been able to shop at Target so I tried them. I like them and the employees were all very helpful but since they have decided that men can use the womens room and women I dont know why they would want to but can use the mens room I just wont be going back there or to any Targets until and if they dropped this policy. Its absolutely stupid to allow men in the ladies room considering the things that can happen. And what about kids to go in by themselves because Moms busy or dads with the daughter? Its just a bad idea and I really think theyre going to suffer because of it.

Why why would you send a child’s kitchen play set without a box??? Why would u do that??? Now my granddaughter has seen it!! WHY would u do that??

Quality and Price

All of the local Target stores are not Super Targets. I usually only go when there is a great deal on something but because they are limited on what they sell, it is not my go-to store. I wish they had more items than they sell. Of the stores that I buy at, Target is the number 1 store that I walk out the most having purchased nothing because of items being out of stock.I have had issues with the Irondequoit store where employees in the past that were downright rude and wouldnt accept the peelie manufacturer coupons that came right off of the box, that if I wanted to use them, I had to purchase items separately (even though the coupon said up to 4 coupons per transaction).Whats more frustrating is when there is something I really want and have to go to 4 different stores just to find it even though the app shows that specific store is not only selling that product but also in stock. I BADLY WISH WE HAD A SUPER TARGET. PLEASE SEND A SUPER TARGET TO ROCHESTER, NY.

I havent been to this target until recently and I remember why I dont come to this one. The customer service needs to seriously improve. The cashiers were nice and professional. The problem was with the managers on the floor. They were very rude and didnt knowhow to do their jobs. Ridiculous. Not coming to this one ever again. I left out the store without purchasing anything rather than spending my money at a establishment that doesnt appreciate their customers. Walmart here I come!

This Target has a great selection of middle-of-the-road quality items at affordable prices. We prefer to do our general shopping here instead of the Walmart down the road.Be aware that this is a VERY large store and its rare that there are ever enough staff on hand to help when youre struggling to find something. I think most times people are self-sufficient in here, but darnit if you can find someone in the section youre looking in. It might just be me!
