Very quiet Garage Door done professionally from their office to when the job was done. I’m glad I went with this company. Price was affordable.

When our garage door buckled sideways (rusted cable finally gave way) we were scheduled to fly out the next morning for an out-of-town wedding. So we had to get it repaired pronto. Of the several overhead door companies we contacted, this was the only one that guaranteed they would fix it the same day. Sure enough, they were here with a crew within a couple of hours and completed the job under an hour. Very reasonably priced as well, especially since this was an emergency call. Highly recommended.

Techs were highly professional and honest - which is refreshing in todays day and age. I had called for a maintenance visit to have the bottom seals replaced, and apparently have some special order bottom seals on my door that I was unaware of. But, instead of trying to replace the seal with some shoddy item that most likely wouldnt work right, they told me up front and charged just the bare minimum since they didnt have to replace any seals. Great company to work with!

I called panicked as my garage door was just stuck open. I had just moved into my home and was trying to ensure critters stayed out as the days became colder. I was very nervous about the door remaining open overnight. I’m so grateful that the team heard my concerns and found a way to see me despite the loaded calendar of appointments that day. Torsion spring broke on my garage door. Called Overhead Door and spoke with Brandon. He scheduled the techs for the next day which they came out and replaced both torsion springs on the door and adjusted the door so it worked perfectly!! The technicians were very knowledgeable and experienced and had the new springs installed very quickly. Great job!!

Appreciated getting help with making our broken door workable manually while waiting for the new door to arrive. The new door took longer to arrive than expected. Our smaller door could not be installed because shelving needs to be moved, which we were not informed of in advance. I next called Overhead Door Company and spoke to someone immediately. They had a technician out in under 30 minutes and took about 10-20 minutes to repair. It was after hours so quite pricey but well worth the cost. Great, great work. They have a new customer.

I had these folks replace a broken torsion spring. Not a big repair but the crew was knowledgeable, friendly and showed up on time. They did a good job and made sure to do a reasonable test of their work before leaving.

Great custom garage doors!

Called them to come and fix my garage door. Told them exactly what was wrong with it and wanted then to come out and fix it. They came out looked at it, got it running again but didnt fix the problem. They then told me what the problem was, which i already knew hence the reason i called them. They just send me a bill and i still have the problem and i have to pay them again if i want them to come out and fix it. Thanks for getting it to run again but id rather have it fixed not pay twice 85 dollars for visits

We are not allowed to do business with this company because we were told by Jay, the person that said he was an owner, that they could come out for free. We said that we needed to pay something, so he said, Ok, $40.00. Once we got the bill, it was $87.00 so we called Jay, the owner and he said he would look into it. Needless to say, Jay was not the owner, but a sales person and the company told us to do business elsewhere...even after we said wed pay it but just wanted them to know one of their employees quoted a different price. Its the principle of how they handled this, not believing a customer, that was lied to. Very frustrating as we tried to make it right, but could not. Ridiculous!

Quick service on getting me two custom springs for my door

If I could give a zero star I would. They sent me a bill for a garage door repair that they never repaired/fixed. My garage door was repaired by another company on the same day they claim they repaired my garage. And the company that actually repaired my garage was paid in full. Overhead Door company never even showed up on my property!Originally I had a problem with my garage door, and the company that showed up to repair was another company, and they repaired the problem garage, and it is working fine. I dont have any problems with that company.. That company received payment in full as well.Surprisingly, a few weeks later, I received a bill from overhead door company saying that overhead door company fixed my garage door!!!I called them and clearly mentioned that you did not install or do anything on my property. I was at my property and I let the guy from another company repair my garage. It looked like the guy on the phone understood what I was saying.However, one month later I received a Past Due notice from overhead door company of olmstead county!!! I called them again, and explained that you did not install anything on my property, and that another company installed it, and they were paid for it. The guy there says NO we installed the spring!!!! ( not verbatim)What a scam. They DID NOT install anything on my property. I was hoping these people will figure out sooner or later,.No they did not figure it out. Instead, they sent another Past Due Letter this past week. The extent to which these scammers can go is unbelievable.
