What a great experience. Tim is a super nice guy and very professional. I called other locksmiths and the dealer looking to get a key for my Honda cut and programmed. I wound up having him make two keys, charged me for one programming and 2 cuts. I got 2 keys for under $125 ... Thats less than what I would have paid for 1 from any other locksmith or the dealer. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I hired the locksmith for a residential service on my vehicle. He was friendly, but unable to perform the job, due to a need of special parts; which he stated, would acquire from a salvage yard. He stated he was very busy and to expect to hear from him in about two weeks.I amicably understood and agreed to wait. After waiting nearly three weeks with no follow up, I contacted the locksmith. He informed me his driver suddenly quit.Sympathetic, I understood his predicament, but was given another ETA, for a two week follow up. I waited the two weeks. Nothing. Ive attempted to call, but to not avail.Over two months have elapsed, with no contact from this business. I believe even the most patient among us would agree, this is too long, and far from prudent practice.Now, Im not going to conjecture the workload to employee ratio this business has. I neither have those figures, nor is it any of my business. Anyone may run their business how they please. Ultimately, it is the customer who decides its efficiency.Unfortunately, this business didnt work out for me. It would have been appreciated if follow up communications were met; and to commit to the given ETAs, or even demonstrate enough professionalism to admit that no further customers could be accepted at the time under the circumstances, whatever they may be.The onus should not fall upon the customer to solve the Mystery of the Missing Locksmith. As I said, far be it from me to tell others how to operate their business, but I might expect such business practices to be a detriment to both the customer and the business itself.At least from my experience, Ive lost consumer confidence in this company, cannot recommend them to friends and family, and will place my money in more committed hands.Such a shame.UPDATE in response:So you have enough time to respond to a review, but not enough time to get back to a customer?Maybe Ill drop your drill off at your shop, you know, whenever I feel like it-- could be tomorrow, could be two months from now.See what I did there?Perhaps you should be more concerned about losing customers, and less about losing your tools.This is already uncomfortable and awkward enough, so I dont want you returning to my home. Either cut your losses on the drill, or just sit tight, and wait for me to drop it off!

Called them to replace a lost car key, the tech showed up on time and was done within 30 minutes.The reason its 2 stars is that he wasnt wearing a mask, which is pretty irresponsible for someone who travels for repairs. Im not out to change anyones mind about wearing a mask, but when it puts my health and my ability to make money at risk, I feel like I have to share that with the general public.

We had our front door lock assembly break late on Saturday afternoon. We called spoke to him right away He gave us an estimate and he came and fixed our door/ lock assembly quickly., efficiently, was professional, and friendly. I had a very ggod experience with this company. I lost m last set of car keys jogging with my dog last week. They made me two keys at bout half what the dealer would have charged and I didnt have to get the car towed because BlackHawk came to me. They did the job fast, sanitized the keys and car and kept social distance. Great job!

I had an appointment with them for 9:00am today (made it last week). At 9:10 I called them to see where they were. They said one of their people called in sick and they were going to call me soon! They were already late and knew they didnt have someone why didnt they call me before 9:00? This was at a location I had driven to. I wasnt happy about being stood-up. I had other things to do that day and had scheduled it so I didnt have to wait all day. Poor business practice to not call. They had my number and now I have theirs. This did happen and I have the phone records to prove it.

This is the ONLY locksmith I will ever use! Tim was personable, bright, and very, very honest. He never tries to oversell like the others do. Its hard to find a trustworthylocksmith. I found this one!

No stars!!!! 🙅🏼‍♀️ Wanted to charge me $130-$180 and would be about a 1-2 hour wait. Went to Mr.Keys and got it done for $25 was in and out in TEN MINUTES. Black Hawk calls me backs 4 hours later when Im finally home and resting saying he was on his way. I told him I already got it done now thank you anyway.The man got upset and hung up on me. Ill never call this place again. Ill go to Mr.Keys on Emerson from now on. Thanks anyway ✌🏼
