The staff at Huber Eye Care is so friendly and really makes you feel at ease. I appreciated their help in picking the best frame for me. I have been to both locations for exams. The doctors are caring and thorough. A definite top choice in the Rochester area!

Great eyecare experience.. our whole family has used Huber Eyecare since moving to Rochester. Even recommended friends from the cities drive down as (I do not know how) they do the best job in setting up progressive lenses. Excellent value as we have never any issues, unlike some other eye care centers.

Had a horrible experience here my sunglasses were made wrong 5 times in a row and are still wrong and so bad that they are completely unwearable and they are telling me I have to eat the cost of the sunglasses since they won’t try to make them again even though they are errors in creating them nothing I have done to mess them up I should not be stuck with expensive glasses that I literally can’t wear but they refuse to fix there own mistakes. I saw bad reviews on them before I went but gave them the benefit of the doubt that was a mistake.

I have been using Huber Eyecare for all my eyewear needs for the past decade. Because I am being followed by an ophthalmologist, I do not get eye exams at Huber, but they always go above and beyond to fill my prescriptions accurately and recommend the best type of lenses. Customer service is great! They really listen and want to make sure that my eyewear is comfortable, flattering and meets my vision needs. Highly recommend!
