I’ve been calling this office since March 8th to pay a bill and no one answers the phone. I can’t go and pay it because they close @ 2 and I work until 5:30. I’d love to pay my bill.

A lady was taking care of me and was talking to another customer who was standing behind her while she was sitting down at the computer so who knows what sensitive information he saw. Unprofessional and never seem to be patient or friendly.

Horrible eye doctor. Finally said Im done and got up and walked out. He said he was getting ready to retire..none to soon I say. Rude . The place is dirty too. The man who took my info unshaven and dirty looking. May have been nice but his appearance was really lacking.

Went INTO the store to order replacement frames under my warranty with one of the reps there. I called about a week and a half later to only find out that the order had never been placed! So at that time, I ordered them over the phone with the rep and asked to be called when they came in. I just called the store (literally) to see if they had come in and NOT TO MY surprise they were there and have been there all day. No one ever called me, yet she said that the optician is only there till 5pm. They have got to do better.

The staff at this location are rude. The NEVER answer the phone either. I picked out and paid out of pocket for a pair of glasses waited 1 week went in to see if they were ready (because they dont ANSWER THE PHONE) and the glasses she gave me were WRONG they were not the ones I picked out. She then proceeded to tell me Im wrong and must not of remembered the glasses I picked out and paid for OUT OF POCKET!! She also said she doesnt know how they got the wrong glasses to order etc. She was rude not apologetic what so ever. She said well I guess I will have to send them out again but it will be another 7-10 days before they are ready and I can try and put a rush on it but it doesnt mean it will happen! ??? What??? As soon as my glasses come in I will never ever go to this dump again!

Very poor service... has issues with particular insurance carriers... as a result they needed assistance filing claims they dont even know who they participate with, and takes it out on the customer if they carry the insurance plan they have an ax to grind with. As a result she only ordered contacts for my right eye.. its now nearly two weeks after many many calls to Walmart and insurance... I still have no left eye contacts leaving my Vision distorted and causing headaches due to the unbalanced vision correction

I cant remember another time Ive been so disappointed with service. Made an appointment this morning... no sign of it this afternoon other than one member of staff vouching that she took my call. I have now paid $120 and been left sitting for almost an hour with only the reassurance that the optician is normally very punctual and even that was provided because I asked what was going on. The staff is nice enough, but Im leaving in 10 minutes with a refund because this is absurd. I hope the Dr. is alright, but based on what Im seeing in other reviews, I dont think this experience is an anomaly. Believe the star rating. Do not go here.

I will never buy anything from Walmart agin period I went into get a replacement pair of glasses and I waiting 7 days to ge them no call no nothing I call Walmart they say my insurance said I need new exam and eye wear cool I get new exam and pick out new glasses then I wait 7 days no call I call them now my insurance said I cant get the glasses because I got a pair 12/3 2015 and 12/10/2015 wait that dont make sense there no way I was able to do that my insurance is telling me Walmart has billed them for two pair of glasses call Walmart the claim they only billed me for a replacement this is ridiculous I started this process in September it is now November and nothing is being done manager said it will take 6-8 weeks to fix the issue with my insurance company really I got to wait another 2 month and I cant see or drive I will not support anything at Walmart every again after this experience and not one person apologize to me that maybe wouldve eased some of my futration

Countless times, visit after visit never enough registers open to get costumers through in a timely fashion. Everything else is fair but two thumbs down on taking our hard earn money at the register and giving us poor costumer service in keeping us in lines for far to long....

I have been trying to get a hold of someone in the vision center, no one ever answers the phone when I call then when I spoke to someone at the customer service desk they said that they only have one person in there they dont answer the phone it is ridiculous and I dont know why or how they get any business if no one wants to do work there
